m. to make a handful of returns. I separated the returns by online order number. Each return had 10-12 items. The items were shipped to me without any tags on them whatsoever. I did pay with my JCPenney card. Upon arrival to the return desk, there were two women at the desk.
The African American woman was the one who called me up. When I arrived up to her register, I explained that I had some returns. I took the first one out with the receipt and the ten items. I told her that there were no tags.
' She proceeded to move the clothes around several times, shake her head, make faces but do nothing. I then saw her go over to the phone and call someone. She returned to her register and started using the palm device and looking up one of the items.
