Jimmy John's

Went to the falcon/ Peyton Colorado Jimmy Johns and when I was done I was in the parking lot leaving when a Mexican looking employee came out of the store and was using vulgar language at me. Then a few hours later this individual shows up in his red mini cooper with white stripes over at my place of employment and harassed me, stating he was going to cause bodily harm and that he would wait till I was off work.

I suppose this is acceptable behavior for a Jimmy Johns employee. Since then I have removed my membership because I'm not sure I'll be back after this incident. That individual should be fired.

Today was my first time ever ordering from Jimmy John's. I placed an order for delivery for a jalapeno ranch wrap with no onions. I received my order and it was full of onions and i don't believe it was even a jalapeno wrap.

It tasted like tuna salad. It was definitely not what tje picture looked like. There was no jalapeños or red pepper flakes. And it was full of onions. I called the store and asked for delivery of what I paid for.

The girl answering the phone told me i would have to bring my incorrect order into the store to have my order corrected. The reason I ordered from you is because I couldn't go to the store. I asked again for it to be redelivered and stated that the driver could take the wrong one back with them if they wanted me to prove my order was wrong.

I went into Jimmy John's in Pawleys island sc. I ordered and paid my bill and was told to go to the other end of the counter. As I turned there was a big puddle of water and I fell pretty hard on the tile floor.

I have not been to be checked but I am home on a heating pad.

Last night around 7:00pm I stopped at Jimmy John's in Lancaster, Ohio on Memorial Dr. I ordered,though the drive through, two large #9's with only tomato and lettuce. Paid for my order,$32. When I got home,to my surprise I was given two 9's with mayo and onions.

Both subs were thrown away because no one in my family can stomach onions. I tried taking the meat off the subs and used different bread but the meat and cheese was already soaked in onions. This is the second time my order was incorrect and there will not be a third.

The first time I received two #9's with only tomato and lettuce, missing all the meat and cheese. I'm very disappointed and upset with this store,Jimmy John's is a favorite at my house and will be missed Thank you for taking time to read my complaint.

I tried to order food the worker came all I had was a 50 so she told me she would have to go back to the store and get change in which I said that was fine because I am working and could not leave my clients home alone to pick up food then less than 10 minutes later I got a call telling me that they will not be back and that they could not take my $50 because the worker was not aware that they could not take a $50 bill for my food, they were very rude about it unapologetic never tried to fix the issue at all I was talking to one person to start a conversation and

I was in store # 2737 last night and I was treated very poor by a employee by the name of josh...then was passed off to a young man name Nathaniel who was a little more helpful at least...I am a long time guest at your store and don't appreciate being treated in that bad manner at all.! I spend a lot of money on sandwiches for my family at this location and I'm very disappointed

At 3:23 pm on 3/16/23, I needed a break from the office and a mid-afternoon snack. I worked through lunch and was hungry. I went to the Jimmy John's near my office at 1901 E Fire Tower Road in Greenville NC to eat.

At this time in the afternoon, I was the only customer there. While I was trying to decide what I wanted a gentleman (Corbett is the name on my receipt) stepped up to the counter and would not leave me alone to decide.

He was very aggressive in pushing this sandwich or that one.

Finally, he took a breath and I could decide in peace so I placed an order for 2 subs and a drink. Even then he kept pushing me toward other items including a frequent guest card. After declining it three times he finally backed off and let me get my drink and eat.

If I could give less stars I would. Waited over an hour for food then the wrong items came. They said they can’t correct because they have no drivers and they can’t refund. Only credit with no proof. Wouldn’t give me her name but said I absolutely could not have a refund and I would get credit to my phone number.

First of all I like jj but this particular establishment ln waterfort , highland and cresent was not good. My ordered a 8 inch #9, brought it home and it wae a turkey mini. I did not want to drive back, so when I called she said I could drive back or get a 5 dollar voucher.

I ask for my water with lemon, kid said there’s the cups. I ask what else came with my order, he said that’s all. My turkey sandwich was very small, with 1/2 tomato & very little lettuce, really? The bun was cold and that was not even considered a sandwich.

YOUR DELIVERY PERSON WALKED INTO OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS & THREW MY ORDER ON THE FLOOR & WALKED OUT...NOT GOOD

Ordered at 1:30, got a call the driver is on break and I will get it once they get back. Delivered at 2:17. Then it was the wrong sandwich and a different soda splashed onto my cup. Then I called them and got hung up on.

Called again and they said they will put a credit on my account for "when I order again" yeah most likely won't happen.

Why was the store open and had no bread? You are a sandwich shop that revolves around having bread. No bread no business.
