I have been a loyal JL & Waitrose customer for years and years and hold both membership cards – having purchased a Motorola G10 SMARTPHONE IN June 2021 I was a bit surprised to find it had a fault in March 2022 so turned to my guarantee and went to the store after being misdirected by the on-line technical helpdesk I felt it should be replaced but the staff would not listen and returned it for repair as apparently only the statutory guarantee is offered whereas I thought JL offered customers a bit more After almost 6 weeks in April, I received a notification that the phone was ready to collect
It went wrong again in July, exactly the same fault (wouldn’t accept sim card)
I returned it agin to JL Brent Cross and the lady put a note on it for a replacement
I collected it again…
