Dear Sirs

I have been a loyal JL & Waitrose customer for years and years and hold both membership cards – having purchased a Motorola G10 SMARTPHONE IN June 2021 I was a bit surprised to find it had a fault in March 2022 so turned to my guarantee and went to the store after being misdirected by the on-line technical helpdesk I felt it should be replaced but the staff would not listen and returned it for repair as apparently only the statutory guarantee is offered whereas I thought JL offered customers a bit more After almost 6 weeks in April, I received a notification that the phone was ready to collect

It went wrong again in July, exactly the same fault (wouldn’t accept sim card)

I returned it agin to JL Brent Cross and the lady put a note on it for a replacement

I collected it again…

Hi (Have proof of emails & Conversations which I can forward)

I have a poor service story about John Lewis?? Basically John Lewis should have collected a faulty TV from my house, they collected the wrong Tv and 5 months later after many calls and emails they said they found my Tv and trying to deliver back a damage Tv and offered £50 to replace it? All I wanted back was my original Tv in its perfect condition.. lost more to this story.. have emails and contact details.. which they refused to recognise as my communication trying to contact him about my TV??

Please don’t print any names or release any information regarding my details to John Lewis without my consent.

More information if you require…

My understanding is that the crew took away the wrong TV that was not even…

Telephoned your 0207 629 7711 number to ask a question about the availability of an electrical appliance as I could not see it online. I encountered an endless menu of options before getting through to a woman who then gave me a premium rate number to ask my question. I mentioned to her that the menu had infuriated me, and so too had being referred on to a premium rate call line. I subsequently made my purchase at another retailer this afternoon. As a lifelong customer of John Lewis I was sorry to do this
