Rude and Forgetful Cashier from Jollibee Philippines Makiling near waltermart. Did not give me my change at first when I asked and she said she's given it to me even rhough she hasn't. Turns out I was correct and didn't even apologise ALSO gave me a RIPPED BILL!!!

CALLING OUT ALL THE ATTENTION OF HIGHER MANAGEMENT OF JOLLIBEE NIOG BACOOR!! THE MANAGER NAMED "GRETCHEN CORDERO" IS VERY INHUMANE, LITERALLY HORRIBLE!! THIS MANAGER TREATS HER EMPLOYEES AS A TRASH, WHY JOLLIBEE NIOG BRANCH AND GENERATION ONE RESOURCES HIRED THIS KIND OF PEOPLE TO LEAD???

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN HER EMBARRASSED ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF MANY PEOPLE, MANY CUSTOMERS. IS SHE HAPPY WHILE DOING THAT? INSTEAD OF HELPING THOSE CREWS, SHE'S STANDING THERE AND YELLED FOR THE WHOLE TIME!

I’ve been a good jollibee customer ever since it opened. Lately, I’ve been receiving ONLY CHICKEN WINGS in my orders ( bucket of 6 or 8) I’m not asking too much but maybe add one thigh or leg might make my family enjoy our meal.

Tomas morato branch ALWAYS give us wing parts.

I’d like to make a complaint about what happened to my mother yesterday at around 1:15pm in Jollibee East Ave branch in front of PSA. My friend ordered coke float for my 79yrs old mother. They are aware of the strawless policy however my mom have this teeth sensitivity.

They first tried to request to one of your crew since they saw one lady from the other table had one but the crew refused to give. My friend asked the crew to call the manager to complaint the same and surprisingly the manager told my friend “kutcharahin nya na lang po” at fist my friend thought it was a joke but it was meant since he insisted to use it and refused to give straw. I wish to lodge a complaint about the poor quality food I received from the Jollibee Woodlands mrt (Singapore) outlet.

I am addressing this complaint to you as I have tried calling Jollibee Singapore multiple times with no response. I have also emailed them about my complaint with no response. A few weeks ago, I went to Jollibee for the first time. I ordered a meal from the Bedok outlet (Singapore) and I was so impressed with the plump, crisp and delicious spicy chicken. Nag order ako sa jollibee mix and match 2 orders and ala carte order ng spaghetti and yum burger . Nakaka disappoint na ganyan na ba kayo kahirap ? Pati ketchup pinagdadamot na ??? Humingi lang ako 5 pcs of ketchup kasi fav.

Ko yun firstime ko nag order sa jollibee metrolane sa QC . Pero hanggang dalawa lang daw yung ketchup . Siguro naman sa lahat ng nag take out iilan lang kami na nag request ng ketchup tapos ipagdadamot pa nextime wag sana ipag damot kasi for sure pag yung mga employee nyo yung may order sigurado di lang dalawa yung uwe nyang ketchup .

I am very disappointed with the service of a crew at Jollibee Calumpit, her name is Sandra, her attitude is very bad and she is rude to the customers

Gusto ko pong icomplain ang Jollibee Rosario, La Union. Nakapila kami ng matagal sa store nila and wala ni isa ang nagsabi samin na kailangan ipunch ang orders sa malaking screen nila. What a waste of time. Not all Jollibees merong gnun.

Sana manlang kahit ung guard ang magsabi sa mga customers na need muna ipunch ung orders dun bgo pumunta sa counter. Payment lang daw dun. Like WTF, antagal namin sa line tapos hindi nio cnbe yan sa mga customers niyo.

Me and my kids love Jollibee but after what happened awhile ago we transferred to Mcdo. Katapat lang naman nila. Sana makarating itonsa store or sa main office pra hindi na maulit sa ibang customers. We are very disappointed and upset.

April 2022 ng makilala ng asawa ko ang haliparot na babaeng yan. Yung kasamahan sa trabaho ng asawa ko nirefer sa kanya yang babaeng yan dahil may corporate event sila na nangangailangang mag bulk breakfast order. Ang malanding yan hindi lang basta inassist ang asawa sa orders kundi pati na din sa kama.

Gitna ng August 2022 ng nalaman ko ang kahayupan ng babaeng yan. Minessage ko siya sa fb at pinaalam sa kanya na pamilyadong tao ang kinakarengkengan niya!

I have a complain against the manager in baybay leyte branch named Josel Marie Abapo Wenceslao . Her behavior is very unacceptable defaming Desiree Mae Balaga in social media ( facebook} about Desiree Balaga's personal affair. And also defaming me, Myra Balaga Morales in social media telling lies against me in facebook.

I have proof to prove the jollibee company that your manager Josel Marie Abapo is not a good representation of your company. The Balaga clan and my friends will not be your customer from now on in Baybay Leyte due to her unacceptable behavior.
