Also that meant the tire rotation needed was never done. Wow they let the customer drive away in an unsafe vehicle!

Came to Just tires in Monterey park on Atlantic Blvd to order tires for a 68 Bug. Was told to order the day before I needed them. Ordered early Saturday and was told they’d be in that afternoon. Asked to come in Sunday. Told it was ok.
On Sunday, Customer advisor, Sergio Estrada, informed me they never arrived and look to not give a damn. Did not offer apology. Could not provide customer service number and did not care. When asked what we could do, he stated for me to come back when they’re here.
He was alone with no one else to speak to. He was sarcastic the entire time. Pathetic customer service. How he’s held on to his job is beyond me.
My complaint is regarding Bryan Velazquez, store manager at Just Tires in Monterey Park, CA Since Bryan has been at this location he is aloof. He seems to be someplace other than in the store. He doesn't make eye contact, doesn't smile, doesn't welcome you other than some words that are monotone and says them without looking at you.

scratched up in the area where the wheel and the tire meet. Then I contacted the store right away and was able to talk to the manager (Thomas Kwon) but he completely declined the all the responsibilities and claimed that I was not telling the truth.
That is unacceptable customer service. I'm requesting a compensation to correct this or at least fix the wheel. Fyi, I have photos and video to show the damage but there is no place here for me to attach them.

Had a nail in my tire went in to have it services. The associate drove my car in the service area. Put the car in the air took off the tire off to repair it. The sales associate came out and said that it could not be repaired it needed to be replaced.

I came in on March 20th for new tires and was told needed front brakes. My inv 82184 Had the brakes done. Had to take the car to dealership for a recall. They was hesitation and rumbling in the brakes. Not even that came back in June for the back brakes and was told nothing was done. So tell me in 2 months that my rotors were scorched. I spoke to Josh the manager on the 40/42 location in Garner NC . He advised should of came to them. Why would I bring my car back to the place that i paid 840.00 for both front and back brakes received a warranty on them. He told me i should of came back. There is no manager on duty so they pretty much makeup the prices/services. We went here before for an oil change and tire rotation. When we went, they said the tires were all good. We came back a couple of months later because our tires was still losing air.

I was just in the Forestville Maryland location to get my battery cable to be fixed Employee Robert Melvin was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I have been going there for over 3 years. Robert insisted that it couldn't be fixed and I went to the manager Ron and he was able to fix it with another employee.
When Ron referred employee completed the job I asked him why he couldn't Robert fix it. Robert got in my face to hit me and my husband had to separate him from me. I am a 65 year old women and my husband is 70, Robert should be fired and the other employees were out there as well.
Purchase two tires a week ago back rear. My granddaughter was driving my car and asked what the metal rattling was. I’m 87 and I’d not hear it. Took it to my mechanic and was told that it was rear tire two bolts rolling around in hubcap.

Also tried to get a wheel alignment previously on same truck and gave me another silly excuse. I will never waste my time or gas going to any Just tires because of the incompetence.
This is far from a complaint. This is a five star review for Craig Wolfe at 101 Brattain Dr GarnerNC. This guy is the most polite, courteous, and knowledgeable person. He deserves to be at the corporate level in charge of customer service teaching others how to treat customers.
He found out problem right away, fixed it so we could get homes which was two hours away.
Paying for oil change and tire repair. They tried to sneak and not do a tire rotation. Then when asked he got nasty. And said have to ask. Which I said when you're doing a tire rotation you can check for the screw.

However, Jeff is why I’ll be not returning, too. The way he treats females is disgusting. I’ve been a customer over ten years and found it comforting to get my car worked on at this store. I have been a Just Tires customer for over 25 years. But I have just recently been receiving solicitation mailers from Just Tires. These mailings are high gloss and the products listed are items I cannot use. The Just Tires marketing department has started an aggressive and hostile marketing campaign where the mailers are expensive, not environmentally friendly, and do not accurately target the proper customers.
And I did not opt-in to these mismanaged marketing campaigns. The Just Tires marketing department mistakenly assumed that I wanted to be on this distribution list. I do not. Worse yet, the Just Tires marketing department intentionally does not provide any way to request to be removed from these mailings.

On June 23 I took my car in for rattling sounds from my muffler. I was told the muffler needed to be replaces. I paid to have this done. on August 4th my car started showing the same exact issues , I took it back and this time I'm being told the piping connected to the muffler is rusted and this is what is causing the problem.
I stated to the gentlemen that was working on my car ,the rust had to be on the pipe when I had the muffler replace in June and questioned why it was not mentioned he said maybe he was trying to save me money. My concern is that the muffler was not replace but fixed temporarily and now that the problem is happening again instead of covering it under the warranty I"m being told it is a rusted pipe connected to the muffler that is causing the muffler to rattle. 00…
Just Tires gave me the worst customer experience. The only plus that I give is the tire repair. The negative comes in when the wheel cover was broken off the car. They are supposes to be professional but they were not.
The manager told us that they would order a new cap and reach out to us but it has been almost two months and they have not. I would not go back her to get a tire fixed again. Worst experience ever.

I go to the Just Tire on Ogden Avenue in Westmont. Almost 3 years ago I bought a 3-year extended alignment plan. Maybe the first couple alignments went okay, but ever since then it's been nothing but a headache every time I take my car for the free alignment during this warranty I bought.
I always have to wait an hour and a half to get my car done, and it doesn't even feel like anything change for the better. Today in June 2018 was the worst yet. I made an appointment a week in advance for an alignment and ask while they were at it if they could check the vibration on my tires.

I went to Just tires on September 22 2017 After being told that my car would be done in 1 hour 1/2 it still was not ready for 2 hours later. Then when I drove my car it was messed up the car had problems backing up when I took my car to Just tires was nothing wrong with I spoke to Steve.
I took it back to them and they took up my day with my car just parked and I was waiting for hours they never fixed my car. I asked Steve Who was the Manager I would like to speak to him this was in the office in Irvine.

Needed my tires checked as they were becoming warped. Alignment good. One tire had a screw in a thread near the sidewall. Went to the Lansing location on 9-19-16. The African American man there told me that I had to pay $35 to fix it. I was told by my mechanic that the tires were beginning to warp. The guy a just tires stated that the reason for the warping was because of my shocks. Lol my car is 6 years old and the shocks are fine. Then he changed his story and said well maybe it's a coupling.

Slowed the Just Tires manager a leak in my tire and was told rim needed repairing. Then I got a call saying I needed a new tire as well. I declined and went to pick up rim and old tire.
There was no repair on rim and the employees would not return it till I paid for a repair that was not performed. I took pictures and will proceed with legal action against Just Tires corporate for this scam.
I have my truck at Forestville just tires. I have been here since 9am for rotating tires and my truck is up in the air. The lift is broken, I had to go see what the problem was, and the service guy will not tell me anything.

Bought a brand new tire on June 22, tire went low according to my car tire pressure sensor two days later, took the tire back to be checked but the manager refused to take a look as I waited almost two hours for assistance. Left home with my one year old and a few days later I was stranded with a flat tire that will not take or hold air.
AAA suggested returning the tire as it was a bad tire and take my business else where. Just Tires refuses to refund or honor warranty of 30 days.
