Ordered a pair of boots the day after Thanksgiving with their amazing deal. Got a $70 pair of boots for $17! Because it was so much cheaper than I was expecting I paid the extra to have them shipped quickly so I would have them by the 3rd for my birthday.

Shipping was within 3-5 days and the order was on the 26th... that meant shoes there by the 2nd. Well, they were showing as delivered on the 30th, but I was home and nothing was there. I called the company and the shipping company to let them know.

Fedex said it was an incorrect scan and that I'd receive them the next day, but to let justfab know. I did. I called every day from the 30th until the 2nd asking for them to resend the boots so I would have them.

They never showed up and I was just brushed off every time I asked for help or…

I've been a VIP member for a long time and used to enjoy the company. The last 15 months, I have continued to escalate that I didn't have the buttons on my computer to purchase anything and each month I continued to pay the membership fees with the understanding that I would get this corrected but

after countless agents telling me the same things "clear the cache and use Google Chrome" but when I followed these instructions it wasn't working. I was offered to have my 15 credits added manually but I would constantly mention that I was unable to "add to shopping bag" making my ability to order anything impossible.

In the end, I cancelled my membership but I am very disappointed to have wasted 15 credits without so much as an offer to make it right. No money given back nor was any product…

I was charged twice for a membership that I cancelled. They refunded me one charge then said there is nothing else they can help me with. When I asked to talk to a manager they hung up on me

I placed an order on November 1st for 25 pairs of shoes that have been building up in my member credits my billing address did not match my credit card address that I recently put on file with them due to the 1st one being hacked so they canceled my subscription and I had to reverify everything with them after doing so I was told it would be reshipped in 24 to 72 hours and it was never done I had to call back 3 more times and

was told the exact same thing the last time I was told this by a manager it still wasn't shipped 9 days later I called back spoke to reina a representative who again tried to tell me the same thing it would ship in 24 to 72 hours I told her no I want my money back this is ridiculous and she hung up on me this Company needs to be taken off of the market

I have spoke with Reps at Just Fab multiple times, starting this past Summer after my daughter passed . My daughter Pamela Pickett had an account with you and has a balance of over 400.00. I was told on two different occasions over several months that the refund would be mailed to me. I am the Executor of her Estate, and at no time did anyone ask for a copy of proof, therefore I did not send it. When I spoke to a Rep this past week, they said that I needed to send Power of Attorney. Why would you not contact me to ask me to send this earlier? when I have been waiting on the refund for months?. This is not acceptable to me. I would like to speak to a Rep that speaks without a foreign accent. Your employees are not helpful. I would like my daughters balance mailed to me ASAP.

Good Morning, I wanted to make a complaint about a customer service representative that I spoke to last night. I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me. He spoke to me like I was a child. During several times of the phone call he was speaking over me and that is very rude.

My daughter has mental health issues and ordered son boots from justfab. I let her use my card which was fine but unknowingly she was added to the membership this meant they have taken another £35 from my account without my permission.

All they keep saying is you have credit.. They have not listened to any explanation.... When someone has mental health issues it Mena they don't comprehend or understand or even look for misleading information. I thought it was a one off payment.

They are advertising there site under false information.

JustFab was my top online shop until this summer. I went to go cancel my subscription because of an extra charge and no explanation. After canceling, JustFab charged me THREE times between June & November although my account was cancelled.

Those mistakes should never occur especially after three times, let alone ONE time!... AND they keep hitting me at my hard times (LOL) Not really funny, being as though I should have NO ties with them!

I am a new VIP member to JustFab and placed my order #609834111 on Sunday, September 30, 2018 during an amazing sale that was going on. I ordered 4 pairs of boots for a total of $70 and was ecstatic.

I could not wait until they came in. There was a delay in the initial shipping but they finally arrived yesterday, October 10, 2018. I was so excited to open the huge box with my 4 new pairs of boots.

The first pair I tried on was a pair of short booties and fit amazingly, I was immediately pleased. The next 3 pairs did not go so well for me. They were all taller riding boots and I had purchased the "wide calf" option as I know that that's what will fit my larger calves.

Now, when I say that I have larger calves, I do not have abnormally large "wide calf" calves. I have purchased several…
