CASE 236111 I have JVC TV that is still under warranty and is now two months trying to get something done. I have emailed and talked to that outfit in California and they are completely incompetent. I have done everything they have asked for and still nothing. Was told that they would email me on the 21st of December and that a technician would be out that day. A complete lie one of many. I email them just about every day on this. Nothing. I would never buy another JVC product. Either replace it, fix it or give me my money back.
