About the pharmacy in panorama City.. tha lady pharmacist was very mean and very rude.. i am asking my order why its been 5 days i dont received yet.. she answered me i have to wait 2 wks more so iwas upset bec it says on their ads tabt only 3-5 days waiting..

she told me i dont have a choice.. i will pick up or wait for 2 wks.. i said i canot pick up bec i am sick .. she told me i ha e to wait 2 wks.. with very mean voice..

and telling me to talk to the mailing cente so iwaited again many minutes to answer ay call and the she forward me to the worng mailing center.. i know she did it intentionally.. to make me wait and pissed me off..

you have to iunderstand that we need out medicines. And you have to be pokite answering out calls.. we are paying insurance .. you do not have the right…

The nurs advice me left elbow joint x-ray on 10:30pm. I went imagining department and the take my joints x-ray. But I was waiting until 1:30am to visit the doctor. That’s not good. Any patients have to wait for 3-4 hours to visit the doctor.

I have been a Kaiser patient "customer" for over 20 years and now that I am retiring, I have gotten the worst service ever. 1- For over 10 years, I suffer from a persistent cough that doctors at Kaiser have been unable to remedy.

On the contrary, every day it is worse. 2- In January, I asked for a visit with an ophthalmologist.

Finally, I got it in March. According to the doctor, someone would schedule surgery by the first week of June. I called yesterday 6/28/23, and the answer was that someone would call me. too many "customers" (no patients), and not enough attention, but Kaiser CHARGES exorbitant money to Medicare for your "poorest" service.

How many MONTHS to obtain service? 3- For about 8 months I have had severe pain in one of my shoulders, drastically affecting my lifestyle.…

My wife,Carlene Perry was called yesterday and told she has a small tumor on her pancreas,that's it,no discussion with Dr.We called today and the soonest apt.is June 15,really,that's so ruthless and cruel.Not even a call from her Dr.This is the worse care we have been through,you have lost your vision for helping patients some time ago.

As a retired RN it’s been hopeless They have refused to send paper bill for my copay assistance and can’t go to any docs even my primary because I can’t afford it ( why since 2012 I have qualified for copay assistance). Bills piling up soon Kaiser will be taking me to collections .

No money no care . I was approved for oxygen in January called Apria insist I have to pay cash just like providence . My equipment is failing ( suffocating) just like providence I Apria is trying to force me to pay cash for oxygen on desperation !!

Apria has done the same because in oregon we have no department of health who regulates them !! nothing actually gets to Kaiser like providence last year !!! You send no surveys like providence which as a retired healthcare professional and long time Kaiser patient…

Today I experienced something which might have been fatal. I was away from home using a tank of oxygen from April Health Care which emptied after only less than two hours of use. Fortunately I was able to make it home, where I had a spare tank and was knowledgeable enough to connect it while still breathing. I called April at 6:00 PM and that they had received a request from Kaiser for a portable oxygen concentrator on January 6th but it was not valid. I don't know who made the request, but it probably was made through Banner UCMC in Greeley, Colorado. Please help me ---- I do not know how much more I can take!!

On January 2 2023 took my adult daughter to Kaiser San Leandro. She needed her indwelling urinary catheter irrigated or changed. We went to the ER because the clinic we use was closed so we were directed there. I have never had a complaint because care there has always been stellar.

This day none of the staff in what appeared to be an extension ER knew what they were doing.

Finally we were moved to main part of ER and got proper care from Dany and Mary

I tried to add my new born twins who were borned at kaiser on 5/18 to my Kaiser insurance and it has been a nightmare. I contacted kaiser and was informed to contact my employer for adding family members onto the plan.

My human resources gave me the form to have it fill out. On the form, it specifically said contact your insurance carrier and it's employee responsibility to add to delete family members. Inform the kaiser staff member and got the fax number to fax the form over.

I faxed thr form on 5/24 and no one contacted me. Assuming everything was good since I did the same thing with my husband and other kid last year and it was an easy quick process. When I tried to call customer service for their membership cards on 6/30.

Kaiser, tucker georgia. My daughter has been having constant headaches over a month now. She has tingling, confusion, waking up at night, no other meds help, facial tingling and kaiser has refused mri. Now in the past, MRI's were approved for a finger and knee injury.

I'm thinking kaiser is denying mri so they dont have to pay for treatment of something they may find. Its killing her mentally and now suffering with anxiety. One dr was so unprofessional that my daughter had to ask her to just leave the room as the dr was making the situation worse with her unprofessionalism.

i had a adverse reaction to a prescribed medication. Tried to reach my doctor with the "write your doctor" section of the web account only to be responded to by a nurse saying the doctor cannot see me, especially at my home doctor location which is apparently only open for Covid19 patients.

I looked for medical guidance online for how to treat the side effects of the prescribed medication. I even had to call the manufacture of the medicine and get some advice from them. ) they said they would try to contact my doctor but i know its a dead end.

Needless to say i am not happy and plan to investigate getting out of the plan all together. Its gone downhill and not the same good feeling i used to get visiting my doctor. Garden Grove Medical Center in Anaheim..

I've been very frustrated recently when corresponding via the kp.org email system with my doctor, Claudia Ruiz. It seems that messages are being "viewed", but not responded to. I emailed my doctor on a Friday morning (I had reinjured my fractured toe), and had still not received a response by Monday at noon. This had become a medium urgent issue, so I called the advice nurse, who mentioned that she did not see the sent message to my doctor, which I found odd. The nurse emailed my doctor for me, and this time, my doctor responded back. However, I still had a follow up message for Dr. Ruiz, and sent that message back immediately thereafter. Today, I again see that my most recent sent message has been viewed, but there has been no response.

I had chpw insurance I was falsely diagnosed with stage 2B breast cancer and underwent chemo. I have been left with digestive issues and I cannot gain weight which makes my muscles unable to grow. I called to obtain Kaiser insurance and the first time I was told that when I received the paperwork in the mail I needed to finish it up in person at our local Kaiser office.

I received it the first time but was denied because it was put into the system two days to early. So I called again, and we did the process again, after I received the paperwork in the mail. I then WALKED to our nearest Kaiser office.

I was told by Member services that there is no medicare Medicaid plan that covers the monthly premiums. I have been billed but I have received no services. I was told twice over the phone…

I feel that some of their doctors are under qualified. They just don't know what they are doing except follow the "text book" answers. I can get better explanation from Google search than these doctors! Majority of nurses/staffs are rude and lazy.

They just don't care about patients.

Last week my child was sick and tried to get same day doctor appointment on both kaiser hospital. MLK Kaiser and Cadillac Kaiser. Two hospitals and no doctors available to see my child?! I appreciate the fact that you now want to fill prescription(s), that have been ordered ahead of time, after you check in; and that would be fine if the area outside the pharmacy area was more sound proof. With people talking, kids yelling and/or screaming, The people in the snack area grinding coffee beans makes it hard to hear the one speaker in the open area outside the pharmacy area.

It would be great if this small area outside the pharmacy area could somehow be enclosed from the rest of the open area to lessen the noise. I waited over 20 minutes at the Sleepy Hollow pharmacy for my prescription to be filled and was never called.

If I was it was because of all the other noise going on that I missed it. I finally went back in to a window to get my prescription. The pharmacies at both…

I wish there was a negative star option. The past 3 days I have been dealing with my severely depressed suicidal 16 year old in the hospital, therapist intakes, phone calls, just trying to get everything done to make sure that my daughter is safe.

I'm a State of Washington member living in CA for 6 months. Was sent to an Orthopedic Dr in Palm Spings (3/5) by my Kaiser Dr. This Dr. told me I needed a right hip replacement and submitted a referral package that same day.

I was called by that Dr office 10 days later and told the service was denied, they weren't told why. I have spent 3hrs plus on the phone, no ones seems to know anything other than they all say it's pending, not denied even know they clearly communicated "in writing" to the Dr that the surgery was denied?

really, thats anything but helpful! they never do! no one knows why? I suspect the file has been lost on someone's messy desk. You would think a hip replacement is either yes or no and the reason why and I shouldn't be kept in the dark.

A lack of information for the patient on c difficill. I was recently told that all antibiotics can give a person c diff. Just two years ago certain antibiotics were labelled the cause. Now all are mentioned to be a possible or are unsafe.

I suppose this protects everyone but the patient. Its a horrible surprise to develop c. diff and even a harder coarse to get it identified and have medical staff acknowledge it or even know anything about it. again to protect whom and to help who,.

And then when a patient i has a future problem they are given tests that are unnecessary to have and not given specific tests to keep the antibiotic to a specific type and not broad spectrum. I have been with kaiser for quite a while. no explanation required. breathing treatment, sputum test....

I called and waited on hold for a half hour. A person answered and asked for my medical number, once I provided I was then hung up on. I called back and they’re closed for lunch. I called on my break and nothing was handled. I am extremely upset, because I was holding and the department was supposed to close at 11:45am and I believe I was hung up on intentionally so they can go to lunch. It is not my fault they did not get to my call before 11:45, I called before then. I called 562.461.4111.

Form letters have incorrect address for Piedmont Hospital. After 3 phones calls to different areas and departments, Kaiser staff instructed me to call your practices and have the issue corrected. My hope is that someone from the corporate office can manage this process with your practices. The form letter provides directions to what used to be the Kaiser office on the Piedmont campus which has not existed for several months. Additionally, the address for any EDG procedure at Piedmont should reflect 1968 Peachtree Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30309, 77 Building, 1st Floor.

Was called to schedule a Therapy appointment on 10/04/17 @ 3:30pm. I went to appointment and they told me that it was until the following week. Was really upset since I had to travel from work to appointment 30 miles.

I spoke even spoke to a service member Jasmine Ferrera and could not do anything to accommodate. I was very clear with the lady on the phone about the appointment and because of their lack of scheduling appointment correctly I wasted my time from work and travel time.

Ordered new lenses on Mon, 2/8/16. Picked them up late Fri, 2/19/16 from Vision Essentials (VE) at the Kaiser Permanente Clairemont Mesa facility in San Diego, CA. Put them on & said "whoa!" The female helping me asked what was wrong. I said I guess I had to get use to them because they were a different Rx. After errands & on way home, noticed stop/street signs were very blurry & out-of-focus, traffic lights had haze around them, had dull, noticeable ache across my forehead. I was nauseous throughout weekend. The sickening headache continued off & on. Knew it was the glasses. Alternated taking them off & on throughout each day. In mornings, had no headache/nausea. Shortly after putting on glasses, symptoms returned. Called VE Mon, 2/22/16 with complaint.

Returned to their office that day…

Called Kaiser customer service number at 404-365-0966 and no one answered. Called back to 1-800 number and put on hold for 10 min no answer. Then I called corp office transfer to ga after waiting 10 min try to arrange for lab work put on hold 5 min. Then they told me advise nurse would be on line, so I waited for 10 min but no advise nurse.

I left my phone number, this is a lousy way to do business and I will be shopping around for better service.
