Booked 3 flight tickets online. After 3 min agent called me and said they have to make sure that tickets are available. 30 min later same guy called me again and said that tickets are unavailable BUT if i pay $107 extra per each, they can give me better seats. I said NO!

He said he can give me $50 discount… Why in the world would i pay $107 or even $1 to a scammer?

Kayak I am beyond angry and disgusted with what falls under Dark UX of your site...that leaves me the user completely screwed: I work for Cisco webex as a User Experience Design lead and team manager so I know what I'm talking about. IT HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO MANAGE MY FLIGHT OR MAKE A CHANGE TO IT, TWO DAYS AFTER PURCHASING TICKETS THAT INCLUDED PAYING MORE FOR ABILITY TO CHANGE DATES WITHOUT PENALTY.

I booked flights for two via Kayak, which included paying for an upgrade to make it cost free to change the dates of the flight— two days later when needing to change the dates we followed the directions in the email from SW airline only to learn they won't allow us to change without hefty penalties because we purchased our tickets through Kayak and there is no evidence they can see, that…

I booked an airline ticket via Kayak in a site called Smart Fares for my mother to fly from Chennai to Washington DC (screenshot attached). 72 USD and was confirmed on Sunday (8/21). On Monday (8/22) I got a call from SmartFares travel agent saying that I have to pay $200 more - a total of $888 USD since the airline prices have gone up since booking the ticket.

This is unfair, and I ended up canceling the ticket via Smart Fares. I will not reserve any more tickets via Kayak or Smart Fares ever. Good bye!

I bought air line ticket from kayak/chat deal last year, kayak extented upto sep 2022, I been trying to book and calling kayak around 20 times , each time they put you hold around an hour then telling me , they cannot find same routes ticket , I keep sending emails they told me someone call you , finally I got email reel ticket was non refundable and

exchanged, sorry for your lost etc ,,,, These people are really fraud, they try to hook you then never let you go , I heard they kayak will soon hitting Big law suit

I cancelled my reservation at the Courtyard by Marriott in NewPort News, VA on 6/24; my checkin date was 6/28. 60 because i was unaware of an event going on in Hampton, VA and the altered cancellation policy they had because of the event.

I was not going to the event. I have also left a message for Ms. Ebony Moore on Monday and have not received a return call and sent an email this evening. Can some one please contact me, to discuss a resolution on your guest getting a full refund.

I booked an Enterprise car through KAYAK, for September 7th from Orlando International Airport. I advised I required my car from 7pm but it is booked from a location which closes at 6pm (at which time I will be in the air).

As the KAYAK billing email and confirmation indicated, I contacted Enterprise to modify my booking to the Airport. Enterprise wanted substantially more money for KAYAK's mistake, or laughably suggested I could collect my car the next day. How they can have confirmed a booking for a location which is closed while I am still en route to Orlando, is beyond me.

What i want to know is what you now propose to do about this? Thanks for helping!
