On Feb 2 I was involved in an accident and was assigned to Ashley Wesson Calvin that day. On the same day she reassigned me to lucero hernandez.

After a few days of not hearing from lucero I started emailing her. Sent her photos and a description of the accident. I asked her to call me. It takes her 11 days to call me.

On Feb 13th, she finally calls me around 440pm. I was sitting in my Drs office that had a no cell phone policy but I picked up my phone anyway and politely told her that I could not talk and for her to call me the next day. She doesn’t call.

After a few days of not hearing from her I start emailing her again. I also started leaving voicemails on her machine, almost daily. Nothing.

11 days later ( Feb 24) someone calls me from the claim dept at 445pm. I…

WE HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED ON THE 3RD OF NOV, THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED AND WE HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE ADJUSTER ABIGAIL PALACIOS, HER SUPERVISOR CRYSTAL WILLIAMS, ALONDA JACKSON AND SINCE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN HERE NOT ONE PERSON HAS RETURNED OUR CALLS. YESTERDAY THEY CALLED THE CUSTOMER TO COME TO OUR SHOP TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE AND AGAIN NO ONE CALLED US TO LET US KNOW WHO IS PAYING THE STORAGE FEES, THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND

THE NEGLECT THAT THE CUSTOMER AND OURSELVES RECEIVED FROM KEMPER IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. WE NEED A RESOLUTION ON WHO IS PAYING OUR STORAGE FEES AND WE WILL NOT BE RELEASING THE VEHICLE UNTIL WE GET PAID!

As you know I had damaged to my car due to a collision caused by your negligent insured customer driving a Chrysler FL license 55AHAU. I have been waiting patiently for a months to have a formal appraisal of my vehicle . It has been an inconvenience not to have a car . I did received a payment of $4506.9 in April 2022 .
