I was in an accident on my way to work. I was turning right at a green light and once I turned onto the roadway a car turning left across the street hit me. The police officer on the scene and the police report put the other driver at fault.

The insurance company refused to take my statement because they believed the other driver. They wouldn’t even speak to me. They didn’t care what I had to say. They didn’t care what the police report or the officer had to say.

They just sided with the other driver. I would strongly recommend against using this company. Especially if you’re young. They will blame you even if the facts state otherwise. You cannot make an unprotected left turn into a car that has the right of way.

Obviously the person working my claim does not even know the laws.

I filed a complaint at the 1st part of March and they gave me a claim number and told me someone would call me To assess the damages No one did so I called again finally got ahold of the gentleman gave him the claim number he told me it was the 1st he had ever seen it and that he would be out in the next 7 to 10 days And

I've never heard from him since Now we are about to go into may. I paid this company 20 to $30000 since I've owned this home for coverage And the 1st claim I file I can't even get someone to come out and look at it

I called to speak with my adjuster Laura Thacker about the estimate I had received for the damage done to my vehicle in a hit and run on 2-2-23 and she laughed at me and stated she wasn’t paying for a transmission on a vehicle as old as mine with as many miles that it has.

Age and mileage doesn’t matter what matters is that I had a perfectly fine running vehicle before the accident and now I do not. She was extremely unprofessional and rude

When discussing the payout of total loss I asked who the at fault vehicle was, Nathan Goodpastor advised he didn’t know. He proceeded to try & have me sign an affidavit and the quote for vehicle had a deductible - we were not at fault, as we were going straight and another vehicle pulled out from a side street and hit the side of the car.

He filled the claim under my policy instead of the at faults (both vehicle were insured under this agency). He then advised that nothing would be provided for pain & suffering and the damage to a cell phone. Both occupants of the vehicle had major bruising & soreness - missed school & work for 2 days.

My daughter went to the doctor due to a knee injury and now has major anxiety about driving. Nathan Goodpastor has been awful to work with and I am not…
