A King Soopers in my neighborhood in Denver CO was recently robbed and after the acting security guard successfully and bravely thwarted the robbery, he he was fired. I am disgusted by King Soopers cowardice and decision to act in favor of the criminal and support the ongoing crime that is plaguing Denver CO.

I will never again shop at any of your establishments and will spread the word to all family, friends and coworkers to encourage them to boycott your establishments as well. Your establishment is a disgrace. I will also spread this information through all social media sites available to me.

I have been shopping at King Soopers at 8th and Corona since 1992. In recent weeks I have noticed a shortage of shopping carts. I notice there are often carts in the parking lot but they have not been brought into the store. I am a senior. It is not convenient to have to go outdoors, often in the cold, and round up a cart. When I have requested an employee go out and bring some into the store I am told that is not there job

Recently I went to both sides of the store to retrieve a cart. There were None to be found. The small baskets were available. This is not easy to carry with numerous items in it. I just shopped at the KS at Leetsdale and Monaco in Denver. When I checked out, the machine checker - the only thing available - charged me twice for Nature Mode Magnesium, when 2 for 1 bottles were offered. I took the issue to a woman name Kim, who was rude and refused to help. There was no one else to ask - no one at the Help Desk.

I would like to file a complaint against 'Kim' and the nastiness she showed, and also get a refund for the overcharge of $21.99.

Please advise.

I cannot believe your company is so greedy that you charge .10 for bags but then give us bags that are thinner than before and break????????

My groceries broke through and believe me their was not too many items in the bag because I know you customer service people these days want to blame everything on others including the state for making you charge 10 cents a bag but the problem is with Kingsoopers and its management who come up with these cost saving ideas that are stupid you people should be ashamed of yourselves for charging for things that do not work properly but then again that is the name of the game these days every company is making things smaller and charging more! Hello,

We recently purchased the Medium Roast Donut Shop Blend coffee from Kroger. When we were trying to make a cup of coffee with the pod- it exploded EVERYWHERE. The coffee grounds went all over the ceiilng, furniture, tvs, walls, etc. It took hours to clean up. Now we are scared to use the pods it was very traumatizing. I would like to request a refund or some kind of store credit for the purchase. We are still cleaning up the mess. I learned this can be caused by too much airpressure in the pods itself which relates to poor quality of the product. Would like refund or store card for the inconvenience , thank you. I can provide Lot of the item if necessary we still have the box.

I want to voice out my poor experiences from the kingsoopers- 1545 S. Kipling- Lakewood, Colorado. The Manager at the Front Desk ( A Lady) dont know good customer service. Shes not focus- ABSENTMINDED. Charging me twice. Imagine how many customers been charged twice or more?

Rude dont even smile, dont apologize, dont look at you- harsh response. Not a good manager or supervisor at all. NOPE.

Case 53325084 King soopers did not deliver an order in the amount of $165. On Jan 16 I was told I would have a refund within 7-10 business days. On Jan 31 I called to check on the refund and they said it was not processed.

But would be and I would have the refund 3-5 business days. On feb 7 I called back and was told the refund would be another week. King soopers employees do not work with integrity.

I went to buy 35 gallons of gas at Kings fuel center #101. I waited in line to get to the first pump. Then the machine didn't seem like it wanted to take my credit card, then eventually it did.

I filled my car and then was filling some gas cans and on the second gas can it stopped and the handle would no longer operate. I called for help, a fellow customer came over and asked if he could help, I told him to push the help button for me and he did, no one came, so I laid down the hose and went to the window for help.

I checked out my groceries at 5pm on a Monday. There were 3 checkout lanes and suddenly 2 of the lanes closed, leaving only one lane open with about 6 people in line. This is not the self checkout lane. Once I got to the checker, I had several items that were digital and I needed help finding the correct code. The Asian checkout lady knew absolutely nothing on how to help me. I had to have the manager show me how to navigate in the king Soopers app to finish my checkout. I now know how to find the digital codes for such items. How come an employee doesn’t know how to do this?

Also, upon walking in there were no buggies in the entry way. They were all in the parking lot. I had to walk out in 5 degree weather to grab a buggy. Not only do we have to bag our own groceries, we have to bring…

I ordered my groceries online as I have done many times. with it until today. 10 cents a bag, I took my bags to pick up. She comes out to the car and starts throwing my stuff in the back of my car.

I got out and said here are my bags. She said she didnt have to bag any of it!! Oh and by the way you didnt get some of your order because it only available through delivery or you go Inside the store and get it yourself !!!

While checking out, I purchased some chicken breasts that were buy one get one. I asked the clerk who Said they are not on sale. I checked out, purchasing the chicken. Upon completion, went back to the meat section and took the barcode showing buy one get one free. ” And walked away.

I asked if we could make this right. ” I showed her the buy one get one barcode again and she said, “whatever, how did you pay? I stated with card. Her reply was, give me your card. She was extremely rude.

There is a major store in Denver Colorado. It is in Stapleton neighborhood also known as Central Park. This store there has no handbaskets at all! They require every customer to use one of the very few shopping carts, that you also have to fight for, to shop with.

This causes major traffic congestion within all of the very narrow aisles at this store. I wanted to be a foot shopper with a handbasket. This store did not allow me that simple privilege that I get at every other grocery store in any state in the United States!

I texted with King Sooper's customer service and chatted with a "Krizia Mae" who was slow to respond and asked questions but finally wound up giving me a completely wrong answer. When I explained that I knew she was mistaken, she disconnected.

This was the second agent who I had and the first one disconnected abruptly before learning my name. What's more this Krizia had poor English so I suspect she didn't even really understand my issue. Where do they get these people?

Do they not monitor them? How can their training be improved both in handling customers and understanding the business procresses? It's miserable.

Yesterday around 5:15 pm my husband and I went into the king Soopers near our home 103rd and Federal Blvd. Westminster, Co. We went to the Deli asked for a 8 piece chicken. The man told us he didn’t have any.

I asked for chicken strips. He said he only had 3 strips and they were old. He stated that they were closing. Who closes the deli at 5 in the early evening. Peoples are trying to get dinner. This kings Soopers has really went downhill.

The produce dept vegetables are rotten and still left on display. Especially the potatoes. I’m really big on Customer Service. This Store lacks professionalism. We left and went to shop at Safeway across the street. Kings had always been my 1st choice. No so anymore

12/01/22 2:20pm Uintah Street in Colorado Springs, CO, while talking to an employee a second KS employee heisted my grocery list along with Kroger coupons. This took place at the entrance of the store and should be captured by your store camera.

I did talk to an Asst. Store Manager (8:00 am) Friday, about this incident she has not replied. The KS employee that I was talking to was a clerk by the name of Daniel. With high prices at your store as well as others I use coupons to offset your high prices.

I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. I will not allow myself to be used as a joke or will not allow other senior citizens to be taken advantage of. The Brookdale Senior bus was departing as this event unfolded.

I hope they were not violated. Senior citizens are constantly victims…

today I went to kingsooper thr cashier employee her name is "dawn" and while i was putting the stuff she was mean to my kid but I ignored it then I asked my son if he can help me to put the stick that split the merchandise between me and thr customer behind me to its place .

when my 6 years old was putting it she snap on him and grap the stick physically bad and told him to go away! i told her not to talk or act with my kids like tgis she said let me tell you why !

You have lost my business for good. The treatment I received from the click list department today was the final straw. I have been comparing this service with the same service at Whole Foods and hands down their customer service and their attention to making sure that every item I ordered is available amd when the one time it wasn't they delivered it to me for free when it came in stock was superior service.

Not one time has Whole Foods ever used the we are short handed excuse.

Also, I have been comparing prices as well and on the average they aren't any higher than your prices. They now have my full business.
