I always use Kleenex tissues as I find them the best affordable and product on the market, today I bought a box of Kleenex and I'm most disappointed with them as they are thin keep breaking in half as I go to pull one out of the box, have had to throw many halves in the bin before extracting a full tissues, I am applying images of the thin tissue and halves which rip. Dissatisfied as I like this product!!
Why did you discontinue the several types of Kleenex boxes designs? The only ones I can currently get in stores are the flowery jungle-like designs. I want ones that will blend and enhance my bathroom decor--and these latest garish designs go beyond UGLY !!
Why did you change the old beautiful designs? If you want to keep the new current designs, can you at least bring back the older designs? You are not even giving the consumer a choice now, which is a bad business model.
Each time I remove a tissue from the box I get a messy pile of “shavings” or “dust” off the tissue causing quite the mess (see picture attached below). I’m ready to buy another package at Costco but don’t want to go through the mess (a case from Costco lasts months) if I can avoid it. Has this issue been resolved yet?
I Never leave reviews wether good or bad but these are by far the absolute worst tissue I've ever used!!! Kleenex with lotion. My paper towels were softer on my nose then the Kleenex. I have a severe sinus infection going on week 3 I usually use " puffs plus" I saw the Kleenex with lotion it was a dollar cheaper so I bought them.
What a mistake they made my nose so much worse they literally made my nose RAW it felt like I was using notebook paper. I am just so disappointed I couldn't get back to the store today to get my trusty , "puffs plus" .
I figured "Kleenex" being such a popular well known brand they'd be nice and soft with the feel of lotion in them like the " puffs plus" do. Change the way you make them or use different material these are terrible.
Not sure what’s going on with the kleenex but about every 10-12 have this stuff on them and it looks like it bleed thru. This is the 2nd box of 6 so far. It’s so gross
This is the second time I bought a package of three boxes of tissues that two of the boxes were less than half full and one box only had 10 tissues in it. Never had a problem with Kleenex in all my years of this life but now I’m not thrilled. To take them back to the store such a hassle for me because I’m a senior citizen I just wanted you to know that I want to check to see if the tissue boxes are full.
Kleenex tissue box claims "2 strong layers" however the last quarter or so of the boxes only have one layer.

I am not a prude or normally the complaining type. BUT your new advert is really horrible.
I had just finished a hard day at work and sat down to have my dinner when the advert canlme on and to be honest it turned my stomach.
My dinner went into the bin.
I know you have to advertise your product but a child with snot running down her face and wiping it on her clothes is not the nicest thing to watch.
Surely there could be other alternatives to that.
Very disappointed that the theme and quality of that particular advert.

Purchases of Kleenex trusted care,230 2-ply tissues, which included about (10) boxes in each package -- we purchase usually 2 - 3 packaged ( 30 total ) from costco in Clackamas, Oregon. We am very disappointed because whenever I pull out a Kleenex, small particles of paper spill out.
Sizes vary -- ( size from about 1 inch oval to small bb size and smaller ) If riding in car have these white pieces fall all over my black sweater ( very noticeable ) We now have these small particles on night stands dressing table, dressing room carpet and on my kitchen counter, bathroom countertop, carpet wherever we have a box of Kleenex.
It looks very messy and we resent having to clean this up all the time. We have not had this problem in the past. What are you doing differently with this product? These…
Large and thick tissues are still large, but noticeably, no longer thick and fall apart very quickly, looking disgusting if used a second time when away from home.
I’ve had two large boxes of Kleenex and both have a lot of little shreds of cotton scattered throughout the sheets of Kleenex. Not only do they get in your nose, but they get on my clothes and all over the box and counter. Very annoying.

Your commercial about a little boy blowing snouts out his nose is very discussing. When iam eating dinner or lunch I dont want to see a commercial with s little boy with buggers coming from his nose. I think you could have picked a better commercial.
This is the 2nd time I've bought a four pack and the tissues smell like oil and dust, kleenex is my favorite, but when you can't use them, it's a waste of money, so I'll be spending my money on something I can use !
So I have started buying kleenex in the muti packs to try and save some money. I started this a few months ago. I've been buying the single boxes for me and my husband for a few years for retailers like Walmart and Kroger dollar general.
But unfortunately the quality of the product of took a huge hit when Covid hit. Kleenex use to be the go to tissue to blow my nose and it wouldn't tear up and put snot all over my hands. As matter of fact my last muti 4 pack box was so horrible like ever other one was ripping. Why?

Everytime I pull a Kleenex I get coveted with a plume of uncontrolled lint. For the last 30 years I've bought Puffs & never had an issue. Started buying Kleenex for price the last year, you product control is terrible, I'm going back to Puffs.
Pay attention to your products, they are failing badly
I purchased a multi-pack of Kleenex from Costco a few months ago. Every box that was open and utilized (4) was met with the same problem. About three fourths of the way through, the Kleenex stopped coming out and one had to reach in and very carefully remove the correct sheet and only for it to happen again after a few pulls. Every box??? Are you kidding me? This is just FYI.
As soon as the multipack is complete, I will switch to a different manufacturer.
I have purchased your product for years and have always been satisfied until recently. The last bulk buy that I made had defective boxes where the kleenex came out in bunches, instead of one at a time. All of the boxes have been defective just like this and therefore they have been a horrible mess!

The kleenex is so flimsy, it doesn't pull out right most of the time. The boxes fall apart easy. Everything is cheapened. 44 for 3 boxes of more kleenex. Shouldn't the lesser amount of kleenex cost less?

Recently bought a jumbo 3 pack of your Kleenex Facial Tissues - something we do regularly.
However, this batch (all 3 boxes) had frayed Tissues, (see photos attached), which made a lot of fluff when pulling tissues out. As we go through MANY boxes per week, due to allergies, this caused more sneezing. Kleenex has always been our first choice, but we hesitate to purchase more for fear this is your new normal.
Hi there, I live In Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. I purchased Kleenex bath tissues at a store called E-Mart. ( Korean chain store). But the items seemed not as the usual good quality. They have different patterns and texture. And tears easily once it’s wet.

Hi, Just womdering if you recently changed product content for your tissues. I recall them being interchangeable with Puffs in terms of softness in the past. However, I recently purchased a multipack and found the tissues are not of the same quality softness as prior purchases. They seem more the consistency for use as a paper towel instead of a tissue.

As a long term user of Kleenex man size tissues and with a box regularly kept in each room of my house, I am annoyed to find that in my last purchase of 4 boxes it was impossible to remove a single tissue from each box resulting in sometimes 2,3,or 4 or more tissues coming out together and joined together.

I bought six boxes (two pkgs of thee) and the boxes (all six of them) are only 3/4ths full. What is going on? I might as well buy another brand and pay a bit more to get a full box. No happy with you. This is not acceptable.
I have been a satisfied user of Kleenex for decades.
However the last box I opened smelled rather strongly of toxic chemicals. The outside of the box is in perfect condition so it has been contaminated with something during the manufacturing process. What in the world happened?? Is this a temporary problem and you have remedied it?

Purchased a 12 box pack of Kleenex at Sam's Club on 8-23-18. Opened pack and found one (unopened) box empty. I would appreciate at least a credit for this box ($15.48/12)=1.29+0.06(tax)=$1.35.

there use to be a perfect quarter fold for easy removal. So I end grabbing a clump of them out of frustration and I actually cut the box for easier removal I noticed one tissue is not enough. HALF THE SIZE!!!

Bought large multi-pack at Sam's, of the small square Kleenex box variety. They are "Anti-Viral with 3 layers and a moisture-activated layer".
I hate them. They leave a foul taste around the mouth and fibers behind as well. They aren't great at moisture absorption either.
I'm left with lots oof boxes that I guess I'll give away because I don't want to use them anymore. I have to look for another type of kleenex now... the regular kind!

Recently, I purchased 4 boxes of Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues (120 in each box). I am very disappointed with the product. When I use them they smell terrible. I will NEVER buy this brand of tissues again. Hope you get this resolved.

I've been using Kleenex for years and this is just absolutely unacceptable. Using this product I found tufts of some unknown material coming out of the tissues! It made a mess and got everywhere and was absolutely horrible. This is ridiculous and I expect better.
I will be sure to make this blowup because this is the second time this has happened.
On Wednesday around 1.30pm, the Kleenex Cottonelle 24 pack was being advertised and sold for $11.00 (at Campbelltown Mall Woolworths) not as per catalog effective from Wednesday19/10/2016 for $9.00. I had to buy a different pack (ie. Kleenex Soft & Strong 24 pack for $9.00) , the self service register did not print a receipt either (which is not the first time) and I had to move on as there was a long line behind me.
Very upset about the Kleenex I bought the other day. They are not as soft as I remember at all. Maybe it's crazy to complain about something that is so cheap, but I am a loyal customer who has been buying Kleenex brand tissues since the 90's.
