I put an order in three times it keep freezing on the payment. Buying kids books socks etc

Even though stock shows as in store online when you get to the store the stock isn't there this has happened more than once over the last 4 months .so who pays for our time and petrol to go to the store that's meant to have the products we're wanting when the products aren't there

I live in Lenawee county Mi we used to have a Kamrt store I wish Kmart would come back to Ann arbor or Adrian MI they were always courteous friendly and the only store to carry layaway. I also liked how there clothes and shoes helf up.

And the fact that the clothes they carried for children were age appropriate I don't care for there rivals Walmart or Meijer I raised my kids on Kamrt and wish my grandkids could experience the same. Maybe they can come back with same quality of stuff but under differant company name call it kamart but instead of sears corp maybe under a differant coro.

Hoping and wishing to see there return in future as a lot of people in Lenawee we're very upset and disappointed when they left

I’m writing this to support your website forum. In no time in history has it been more important than now to address poor or outright malicious service.

I have no way of knowing if this Kmart caught or addressed the issue. The problem is an employee theft scam that occurred there.

The cashier fails to bag an item purchased, instead putting it behind the counter. If the customer comes back and buys the same item, the cashier gives the customer the item but DOES NOT ring it up. Two items are removed from inventory but only one is paid for.

It looks like the customer has two hats and has stolen one but the employee has the stolen hat, not the customer.

I’m not sure if Kmart has gone solely online. There is no way to complain either by phone or email. This is a cowardly corporate practice…

Hi, I stopped by the Kmart on riggs road in Hyattsville, MD - it was about my 5th or 6th time stopping, the store is going out of business. 99. The young man ask the supervisor, the supervisor went to look or check the price of the dress.

I visit USA every year and do most of my online shopping from Kmart. Up until this year I have had no problems.

However this year they dont seem to want to take my money on smaller orders. Constantly want me to call my credit card company for authorisation. Hi I just wanted to tell you that Kmart messed up my order. They send me the wrong product and also they cancelled one of my other orders, I really don’t know what’s going on but Kmart needs to more alert on what they are doing.

I am a regular customer at the Edwardsville PA Kmart. I did some Christmas Shopping a few days before Christmas because you had a spent 50 dollars and get 15 dollars in points promotion. I returned to the store last week because you still had the promotion.

I visited the Kmart in Kearny, NJ today for dog food, as I approached the aisle where the pet food was displayed I noticed as I was attempting to load the 50 lb. bag of dog food in my cart, I notices mice droppings covering a large part of the bottom shelves.

The bag of dog food had tears in it from the mice tampering. I place the damage bag of dog food back and began to choose another from the top shelve. I placed the second bag in the cart and proceeded to the cashiers counter.

I went into my local store to day to pick up an online order. The lady at the customer service desk was rude to everyone. I believe she was a supervisor because she was going back and forth trying to manage the customer service desk by herself as well as answer the phone and help cashiers with overrides etc.

On 14 12 18 I went to Kmart Riverlink wishing to purchase 2 LOL Pearl toys advertised on special for $39 each. No one in toy dept could help. About 15 mins later I was brought the wrong ones. I ordered an item, a Christmas present, online and changed both the billing and shipping address during the order process. The correct address showed on the confirmation page.

However, the item was shipped and delivered to the wrong address. I called when I realized I should've received the item and haven't yet received it. I was told that they would send UPS to pick up the item, if it was still there, and deliver it to the correct address.

About a week later I received an email stating that since the item had already been delivered, they could not proceed with the replacement/refund procedure, and that I attempt to pick up item from where it was delivered. I was thinking of ordering a bike online at Kmart, Kmart of Toms River on Rte 37 is closest to my home. Before I ordered online I called the store to see how long it would take to assemble the bike, the associate said the man who assembles bikes is here every Monday.

I thought ok at best it would take only a week to assemble the bike when it arrived. I ordered the bike and it came in on a Monday Oct 15th 2018. I saw a manager a man in a blue shirt and asked if the man who assembles bikes is in today.

He said no there are no bikes to assemble. I said that's not true my bike just came in today. I said I was told the assembler comes in every Monday. He said oh no he'll only come in if there are 15 bikes to assemble. WOW bait and switch.

Its been over a month that i ordered online for store pick up. When i got there they said it was cancelled and i would not be charged.
