Had a cashier say “yikes” to me because I bought 3 tornados. I hadn’t eaten breakfast that day, and I wasn’t going to be able to eat again after work, but either way, that was completely uncalled for.

I am.a 64 year old retired truck driver normally I have great service at kwik trip but this morning I was in medford wi at the north store i got gas coffee doughnuts an milk i also needed to buy 2 packs of cigarettes for my wife who is 54 years old an I happen to mention that to the cashierthe 2 cashiers said they couldn't sell them to me because I was buying them for my wife . I have doubts about visiting your store because of this

I bought gas & soda inside store & went outside to pump my gas & thr wr tons of spiders on the pump so I remover a cpl n was scaring my gf who was inside her truck waiting. I put them in a cup n shook them in front of her fr a bit thñ left.

2 police men wr pullin in at that time n pulled me over cuz the clerks called n said I was a creep acting weird talking to myself like crazy people. Because of that I was an hour late for work with docked pay & I'm extremely offended by the actions.

I nvr thought talking to oneself wld b a crime & police called cuz of it! So messed up!

Bread racks ate a safety hazzard on the drink/chip lane busy isle any isle is narrow in the store and bread racks should be outside or in back at all times.. Continously in my way every time I come into the store on JFK Road Dubuque Iowa someonrs going to bump or trip and have a bad accident.

My husband are a beefy hotdog Wednesday May 17th 2023 at the kwik trip in Green Bay on University Ave.. He ended up getting very sick after eating it.. 5 days with diarrhea and throwing up he got very dehydrated and passing out which ended up taking a ambulance to the hospital where they told us he has a very serious case of Ecoli poisoning ..

hospital expenses, ambulance call, and medication all because this place is a health Hazzard and I will be calling the health department

Store #750 cashier Nicole tossed my change onto the counter and had an attitude with foul language because I paid with a larger bill

The staff at the Kwik Trip in Manitowoc on Menasha Avenue are very rude. This morning when the store was closed all of the lights were on at the pumps so I stopped for gas at 6AM. I went to pre-pay and the door was locked and someone inside literally yelled at me that the store was closed.

How would the customers know? The lights above the pumps should have been turned off if the store was closed. In general the staff at this location are not friendly. They could use some customer service training. I found a different site to get my gas this morning where I was treated with respect (the BP).

m. Needed to use the restroom before shopping. Saw an employee go in. I waited 5 minutes... and another 5 minutes... Then hear videos being played in the stall. " He smugly replied, "yeah, I am" and turns up the volume.

I go to a manager to complain, and I can't get him to even acknowledge my presence. I tried to tell him about the employee sitting in the bathroom just watching videos. He ignores me. No comment. Nothing. Straight out ignores me as if I was not there.

When I go up the counter to make my purchases, he's behind the counter and won't make eye contact. On any other day, I would have nothing but praise for this store. I don't know the manager who ignored me, nor do I know the employee that was having his movie break.

Crivitz location- Was traveling home from a Packer:Lions game. Hungry to stopped at thislocation looking for something hot to eat. Store was full of Packer/Lions fans all looking fore the same thing. Other than soup there was no hot food.

, no hot sandwiches etc. nothing. When I said something to the cashier she said they got tired of throwing food away so they stopped offering hot food on late night. I understand that however there should be exceptions this game was no secret your store was full of customers all disappointed.

Normally this location which appears to be high volume offers allot of options…. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us at this location.

I was in the Hayward Wisconsin Kwik Trip, (NEW ONE) and witnessed one of the assistance managers (Kathy) I believe? Yelling at the employees making them feel stupid in front of customers, and heard her say “OH I BETTER JUST GET OUT OF HERE BECAUSE IM STARTING TO GET CRABBY” and overheard a customer say that’s not right that’s no way to treat the employees.

How is it..you can into a Kwiktrip @ noon during the week & there are No Hot dogs on the rollers...you tell one of the workers & you get " ohhh, I wasn't aware that there weren't any ready !"...& there are 5 people standing around talking..& one was the Manager...the more I go to Kwiktrip..the more I find fault - laziness & just getting to big to serve the people that made them what there are now...the new stores are Beautiful..but to much wasted help...lines are way to long to check.out for a small buy...just an opinion....

As soon as me and my colleagues entered the building a Grey haired older lady was being rude with her tone of voice saying excuse me rudely and she opens the register next to a man on the other register and very rude again she said I can help who's next and I was turning to head towards her as she rudely said again louder this time I can help you.

So I told her I had to enter my food card manually and she sighed loud and asked me if I swiped it yet I said I told you no I have to enter it Manually and she got loud again and said ugh I can't do that he can and pointed to the man on the register on the end and he told me they can't do it here.

I know for a fact that you can do it because I've done it at every kwik trip including the other fondulac kwik trip location and I use it every day…

Omg kwik trip, Cut back on the sodium in your take home meals! Awful! If I wanted to taste all salt I would buy a box of salt and eat it. Terribly salty! Your chicken too! Quality over profits please.

I live kwik trip and buy alot oftheir meals , but this is ridiculous and it is my understanding the meals are prepared at your campus in LaCrosse.

On Monday may 16th I had my boyfriend go to our local kwik trip on Meade and Wisconsin. 00$ on my cashapp card to pay a bill. After leaving he noticed the transaction was denied because with that transaction it would have put me over my 1,000$ limit of cash deposit on my phone app.

( have texts and records proving so) so he went back to straighten it out multiple time to no avail end result of being told that nothing they can do and that the transaction had to of went through. I m not at the end of my patience and will be getting the police possibly a lawyer if this is not fixed and refunded at the absolute least after what I have been put through trying to recover my own money which I work so very hard for.
