2023 I took a day off to reset service requaired message . Lauderdale LR and they didn’t reset this message. I live right across the street in W. Service advisor said I have to call to that dealer to get info what was done. I did it. No answer there days.

Why an advisor didn’t make a call and ask them? I don’t have a bill, because I bought a car after service was done. Why advisor is making problem with a little thing like this. 2023 . Advisor name is Kenn. Thank you. Chris

I brought my 2016 Range Rover to Land Rover of Pompano in Ft Lauderdale FL on April 10,2023 for a service appointment because I had a message on my dashboard that said Coolant level Low. I spoke to someone in the service department who advise me not to drive the car and to have it tow to the dealership which I did April.

After the vehicle was assessed I received a call from the service manager assigned to me and he said the sun roof have a drainage problem and causing water to pool inside the vehicle floor board and the panel of all the doors. He said the repairs should be covered by my insurance company.

I mentioned to him that I purchased an extended warranty from Land Rover which I hope would cover the cost of repair. My vehicle was a Land Rover for more than 2 months when I contacted…

Good morning. I contacted Landrover South Africa concerning my vehicle that I took over for repairs and I was billed for the oil pump to be replaced I took car and in 8 days after car was giving to me I lost deasel for over R1000 rand and

my car got stuck by the high way and I eventually had it tolled home with about R950 I contacted Landrover to complain that the same part that I payed for got damaged within a week and no one is doing anything about it.

So now I’m expected to tow car back to Landrover which cost me about R1200 to be towed in the first instance when I took it in for repairs after loosing fuel getting car Towed and getting stranded . I took a video of the lickage and its attarched To this email.

I purchased at 2023 Range Rover with11 miles. 3 months into purchase the air conditioner do not work on hottest days of the year. I strongly recommend you concerned any other foreign car. These cars look good but a poor quality.

Option from dealer will look at it in 4-5 days.

I have been waiting for a refund of 1800+ for almost 3 years and speaking with Scott at Miramar location, he hasn’t helped one bit. Warranty advised Land Rover was paid directly to their accounting department and they should reimburse me and Land Rover dealership tells me they are waiting for warranty to reimburse me.

This started in January 2023 and may 24, 2023 shows it’s submitted to warranty but it’s another whole years gone by with not a sign of my money. This isn’t good for business and I’m frustrated because I pod right away and I have to beg to receive my own money that is owed to me.

I have a 2017 Evoque with 50,000 miles on it. Bought it at Land Rover Boston and assumed it was a reliable vehicle but I was wrong. I was in a highway and the car literally just died. They lied to me regarding vehicle warranty.

I took it to Land Rover/Jaguar Boston where I bought this car and the manager assured me that they will assist but no communication from anyone-no one cares and they seem to not know anything - frustrating and it’s been close to a month no update. Car had been sitting at the dealer and everyone ignores my calls.

Never again will I buy a Range Rover or Land Rover and their customer service is HORRIBLE -

4/14/2023 - The 2020 Range Rover Sport (VIN SALW52RU5LA895806) has been at their shop since we towed it in in August of 2022 (8 months) They did 1 repair under warranty, but when it was returned to us it wouldn't drive more than a mile and continue with the same problems.

We towed it to them again and asked them if they had checked the fuel for water or other contaminants due to vandalism. They laughed and said yes, they had checked. They did another 2 repairs under warranty and each time it was returned, it continued to stall withing 1-2 miles.

Then in February 2023, they said they found Diesel in the fuel tank and would cost $11k to get it repaired. I disagreed and went to the dealership and asked for the manager. I was told he was unavailable and to discuss the findings with Abraham.…

Have been taking 2013 Range Rover Sport to Virginia Beach Checkered Flag since new and when I called to make appointment they told me they would no longer work on my car since they don’t work on 2013 and older Range Rovers. Hi My name is Sharon Moore (A repeat customer) I recently purchased a 2016 Evoque Range Rover that have evidence that this care is technically a Lemon, I purchased the Vechicle in September of 2022 with a host of car defects (Engine, radiator, leakage of antifreeze behind the firewall, 2 defective radiator hoses, air conditioning, shifting of gears, defective rear passenger door, worn out brake pads, rear tires need replacing. The dealership has had my car for a total of 68 days from the second drop off and 10 days from the first drop.

I bought a brand new defender which broke down not even a month later, the dealership bought it back and even paid 20 K over the price I paid, they offered me another car (double the price) a Brand new Range Rover SVR 180 K.

I bought the car and not even 6 months later the car completely stopped working several times while I was driving, 4 of this times on the freeway. No accelerator, no suspension, almost couldn’t hit the breaks, all panels lights going on and off. Baker Motors, Charleston SC. Called in early November 2022 for maintenance on my 2019 Velar. Earliest appointment was February 2, 2023. Dropped my car odd on Feb 1, 2023. No maintenance performed on February 2. Called on Feb 3 and was told no results on test performed.

No work done on Feb 3. No work done and no text from technician on Feb 4th. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. This is regular maintenance… checking oil, rotating tires, changing spar plugs since car is 4 years old.

Looking at all the reviews on Land Rover I am very concerned. 5 out of 5 stars! Very Scary!

I went to the fort lauderdale/Pompano dealership and this is my first and worst experience I had with land rover customer service not only I waited a whole week but the dealerships never gave me a loaner car I've waited a whole week without a car then I call corporate nobody ever calls back not even in thr corporate level nore do anybody cares .

Then after I called them on Friday like 7times finally they sent my car to another shop God knows if it was even a certified land rover lot so my car was just sitting there because they are short staffed and nobody can fix cars at that location supposedly with all the money land rover make hire and pay these people your guys already charge alot for labor what's the difference on paying your mechanics for better service anyways my car didn't get…

i have Range rover 2021 Velar i had to travel out of country and left the car on my drive way locked , but when i returned from my trip , car will not open the locks or remote start . then i have called the dealer who told us to call road side assistance, who after a day came to tow the car to dealer car is sitting at dealer and they keep saying they have not even looked at the car.

they keep saying they are busy with some other cars now you have to at least help this dealer to expedite the process

We purchased a 2021 LAND ROVER, RANGE ROVER, VIN: SALGS2RU2MA426064. Starting in May 2022, we developed a faulty driver’s side window control. We were in the process of moving from North Carolina to South Carolina. We contacted the Hilton Head Land Rover dealer.

The first appointment available from May was July 28. We took the vehicle to the shop, and after repairing three recalls, they diagnosed the problem as a window regulator. This was over a five day period. We were told that the part would be available within a week.

I’m trying to get a correct buyout payoff amount to my 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport & every phone number connects me to someone in the Philippines who is reading from a script ! The payoff amount given to me keeps including a monthly lease payment which is incorrect as I called on July 1st to get the amount .

I just keep being told that the Payoff breakdown amounts are computer generated & nothing can be done . Which is ridiculous!! Why would I agree to give you an extra month payment ?! Your customer service & & lease buyout depts are useless robots.

I was refused to enter and to purchase a car part because I did not have a driver's licence. they wanted to take my picture, which I asked what was my picture taken for, but there was no explanation. The Dealership manager was petty and talking rubbish and he called security to come and remove me from the gate making claims that my voice was load and I should not be allowed entry.

This is the old system of apartheit where people of color were not allowed to use certain facilities. I offered to park outside, but the Filipe ( dealership manager) was adament that he will not allow me to purchase a car part in his SHM dealership because i was load.

National security was called to remove me . All this was done because i did not have a drivers licence with me.

Poor service and followup on vehicle repairs to my 2019 HSE Sport Range Rover bought in Trinidad through Trafalgar Motors. Vehicle has been in the company's garage in excess of 2 months awaiting repairs with no proper feedback or consideration for my inconvenience and subsequent expenses. I ordered my new Land Rover Velar in March 2021 and it arrived Sept 30, 2021. I went to the dealer to accept delivery and finalize the deal that evening. When speaking with the finance manager, I SPECIFICALLY said I wanted to buy a 3-4 year maintenance plan to cover oil changes, tire rotation and so forth and showed him the brochure put out by Land Rover.

I was told that they did not sell that specific plan but had another product that provided extended protection and maintenance. I told him I was not particularly interested in an extended warranty but really wanted a service plan. I was told in no uncertain terms that the plan offered coverage for all repairs that might not be covered by the standard warranty AND all regular maintenance. They shouldn't even receive a 1 star! Ive never been more disrespected in my life than by Ryan in the service department! He is an absolute smart alec, and even had the audacity to ask me to call his customers for him.

I had scheduled to drop my car off and reserved a loaner vehicle two weeks prior, and when I arrived I was informed there were no loaners available! Then he proceeded to let me know that I can call the customers that have the loaners myself and see if they would return them.

He also did not offer any help to fix my vehicle. I have a new 2020 range rover evoque and Im a single mom. My car has the check engine light on and sounds horrible as I drive down the road.

Hi my name is Erik Velicevic, late fall we recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport, For the whole winter in Michigan, our new truck had off and on heat. It would take over 30 minutes to heat up and then would blow cold air, so I took it to the dealer for repairs 3 times only to find out finally it was n software issue.

I was told back in March there would be a heater fix during the next software update, this update never never happed for the truck , no chance to update the remaining cold Winter. I leased a 2021 LandRover Discovery Sport earlier last year. Four days after buying the vehicle I had electrical issues. Prior to taking it to a local LandRover dealership, the car also stalled on me twice. I proceeded to take it to the local dealership and left it there for a week. I leased a brand new Range Rover 2021 in December of 2021, and after two months of driving it had an oil spill issue. I took it to the dealership and they kept the car for 4 months (meanwhile I was paying the full lease) before they returned the car.

I asked for refund for the months I didn't drive the car and they said the only way is to ask for the car to be recalled. I started the process to recall and terminate my contract in June 2021 and finally in September 2021 got contacted from consumer affair saying that they would send a check paying back my payments (minus the two months I drove the car) and return the car.

Called to make appointment for Starter problem Mon Dec 6, told no available service until February, no longer do loner vehicles. Told should have vehicle towed to them for immediate service. Dealership arranged tow. Ask to let know when vehicle arrived at dealsership. Did not call me.

I am sitting here, tears in my eyes, writing this a few hours after having a major, in person, blow out with the service department in Fort Lauderdale. I own my 2nd Land Rover, a 2021 Defender 110 that I have loving named, Le Beast. My vehicle was towed twice with issues. The second time I asked for vehicle to be service and was told that it didn't need it. They came back with a health check. My vehicle got serviced on Tuesday 19th of October and they found that tyres where worn on the inside.

Health check was done in March and No feed back on tyres to be W/l if advised I would of gone out of my way to keep my Family safe. Very disappointing once again with Range Rover. This is my second car and I upgrade every three years.

I will take my concerns further.

On September 17th my wife pulled up to an ATM to withdraw some money in her 2019 HSE Super Charged RR. She dropped her card and had to pull forward to retrieve the card. After putting the RR in park she exited the vehicle and was about to pick up her card as the RR started to move into reverse. luckily the door caught a federal mailbox and slowed the RR down so she could reenter and stop the RR. As we have now realized this is a common occurrence for RR and I would like an explanation of what happened? She is very fortunate that she did not get hurt and no other vehicles were involved.

As you can see in the picture below the door was almost torn off the truck.

The dealers are honestly awful and land rover does nothing about it and makes it worse. They have cars in high demand and land rover allows the dealers to charge 30k above msrp? Other companies don't callow this but these idiots do.. in fact they make it worse by not allowing dealerships to sell outside of their territory so it makes it worse.

not to mention when you do buy it, the car is the worst thing and they break down all the time.. don't waste your time with this company they are honestly the worst company.

The Velar is an extremely good looking, sleek even for a Land Rover, as well as very well performing in all aspects such as stability, safety, handling and comfort to name a few. I only have one major complaint which is that I did not get cross traffic alert.

I was assured by the dealership that is was included so I consequently signed the purchase contract. Upon using the vehicle I found that it was not included. When I informed the dealership they indicated that it was their understanding it should be included as I had the blind spot alert which would be tied into the cross traffic alert.

It was finally determined that the official paperwork on the vehicle found by the service department indicated no cross traffic. As my wife and I are getting up there in age and traffic in the…

Hi i have a 2017 Range Rover Land Rover with suspension issues that tow dealers - Glen Cove and Freeport Long Island failed to correct. The vehicle is lease and still under warranty. The vehicle has an unsafe, unstable ride.

Yesterday I lost control of the vehicle and spun out of control narrowly missing a pedestrian. I've been to two dealerships with this complaint but the problem still persists. I no longer want to drive this vehicle. I do not feel safe in it.

My car was towed to Land Rover San diego on evening of September 10th On Thursday the 12th I had to call them to find out status...after being put on hold numerous times I was given my service advisor (chris) voice mail....left a message on the 13 he called said the only problem was the battery needed to be replaced and was under warrenty. then he up sold me to do the 15,000 mile check or 1 year which I said was fine and that they wanted to rotate tires once again fine. we will deliver your car to you on Saturday..Monday at the latest...fine.....on wenesday I called where is my car...we will deliver it tomorrow it is now nearly 4pm no call....called him got voice mail Again! so the chance of it being delivered today is probably NONE

I brought my 2018 Velar in for the 16,000 mile service on 10/7. Shortly after this service, I received sporadic "low battery, start the ignition" alerts. After seeing the alert two days in a row, I phoned the dealership on 11/14 to speak to a service representative. I was concerned there was an issue as I had not seen these alerts prior to the car being serviced. I've had previous experiences where the battery died; however, it was clearly my error as I left the door ajar or the glove box open. Since there was no indication of an open door, etc., I was concerned.

I have a Land Rover evoque which is not even a year old. This car is a lemon. It has been in the shop more than it has been on the road. I drive alone as a woman many miles in remote areas. I need a car that is reliable. This Land Rover is not.

The dealer is responsive but only addresses the immediate issue. There is something seriously wrong with this car. The underlying issue needs to be resolved immediately. Or the car replaced. I cannot drive a car that has issue after issue. I bring it in for one thing. That is resolved. Less than a week later something else breaks. I cannot live at the dealership.

For my safety and security these ongoing issues need to be fixed once and for all or the car replaced immediately.
