001 There were 2 caucasian ladies ahead of me with a cute little baby. The cashier, an African American woman named Karen, was very friendly with them & playing with the baby. Next it was my turn. I stepped up, smiled & I got no hello, no good morning, or welcome to lane Bryant.

She took my item, asked for my phone number, I gave it to her. She then proceeded to ring me up bagged my merchandise, slide the bag over to me with no thank you, have a nice day or thanks for shopping at Lane Bryant, then turned around & started speaking to her co-worker.

I thought she was going to at least say thank you, so I in return did not say thank you & left. I felt disrespected not being treated with the same curstesy as the customer before me. And felt the need to report this.

It's not ok to walk out…

I am not pleased with the experience that I recently had at the Collierville Carriage Crossing location on yesterday, 4/28/23. My daughter attempted to return a couple items just purchased from night before, but had a difficult time. One of the items to return was not on the receipt (I was not aware of it) .

The clerk told her that it wasn't on the receipt and that she looked everywhere in their system and it didn't show that I had ever purchased it. Therefore, daughter called me and put me on speaker. Unclear of issue, clerk was told to just put everything in the bag with the receipt & that I would deal with either it later.

Clerk kept telling us over and over that my daughter couldn't leave with the shirt because she didn't pay for it. Ok, my teenager is flustered at this point. I was…

I would not even give LB one star in fact if I could I would give negative stars. Anyways the customer service is rude and hung on me twice.

I used to have a credit card with LB almost 10 years ago and I decided to try again but the website is down .

I got hung up not only once but twice

This company sucks and to be treated like that is ridiculous

First I made an order never got it. The company refund my money. So I made another order I ordered 3 pair of the luvi yoga pants. Well at least I got these BUT First pair way to long, next 2 said my size but waist band why to small.

Called customer service got someone I couldn't under stand. And basically I'm just out. 00 I spent.

I received a pair of $109 pair of jeans in mail. It had a white sticker with red arrow On outside leg where threads were coming apart!! I returned them to store. Associate I feel could have cared less. That’ a lot of money for a pair of seconds that should never have been shipped!

I am writing this email as a long time Lane Bryant customer who is going to call and cancel their Lane Bryant credit card and discontinue business with this company. In the last week I have been trying to pick up my online order and it hasn't gone well although I was finally able to get it today. The last couple days I was unable to get it as they were understaffed and were unable to complete curbside pickup and that is ok. I just didn't want to bring my kids into the store. Today is where it went downhill. I called shortly after 11am and spoke to Kim who said they don't open till noon and they are not going to bring out an online order before noon. Well your store in Livonia Michigan needs some training in customer service. This is the second time I’ve been there in 3 days. There are at least three staff members roaming store and not one greets or ask if u need anything.

It’s like the customer is not even in the store. When I asked who manager was all three said me. Really you are all bad in customer relations. What kind of people do u hire? I will never go back to this store again and will also recommend to all friends and family not to go Either

I went to the Lane Bryant store in Annapolis, MD on Wednesday, May 26th to make a return and to purchase three outfits, bras and panties. The sales associate took my return and placed it on the back counter while Iooked around.

I had several items in my hand and she took them and placed them on the back counter. When I was ready to try on my selections I walked up to the counter at the same time as another customer.

This customer had an arm full of clothes. She took the other customer first. I did say to the associate that I just wanted the clothes that where behind the counter to try on. She didn't respond back to me.

The customer that she was helping had various issues and had to have her transaction voided and re-rung. I waited for over 20 minutes for this transaction to be finished.…

I have purchased several bras from Lane Bryant because they are the only bras I have found that fit me properly. I love the way the bras lift and they are comfortable. Unfortunately ever bra I have purchased the latches in the back always bend and break within a couple of times wear.

00 on bras about 6 months ago and every one of them the hooks are bent or broke and have made them unbearable to wear. Its always the bottom hook. Is there any way to get them repaired? I am so disappointed that I am unable to wear my beautiful bras.

I recently have started on-line shopping due to poor customer service at the Trussville store at the Pinnacle in Trussville ,Al. it's awful. and see how nasty you are treated. I was in line one day behind a customer who left the counter to finish shopping.

I was told by the cashier she needs to see if she wants to come back or finish shopping in an unprofessional way! and others!! Thank you!

95 leggings. Every pair hanging up had dust on them. I first asked the black lady to clean them off and she said its just dust from the air vents so she did clean it off. I didn't get that pair I found another then ask Allison to clean that off and I said, please and thank you.

Allison, was so rude to me because I asked her to clean the leggings off before I purchased. Then She checked me out and rudely left the register and walk angrily to the back room. I ordered 5x bra on there $20 off promotion day well the bra i got ended up being $1.07 after promotion well 2 days later they cancel my order because it shouldn’t of attached to discount but it did on there site i never put a code in it automatically did it so now they won’t honor my price then i emailed them they said they would honor it to place order and they will fix welp of course they are saying no this company does false advertisement and lies does not stand by there price nor there word

I have been a Lane Bryant customer for over 2 years. 00 worth of merchandise (look at my LB CC history). I like to say that the Cacique bras I purchase are not cheap ($ wise) by any means. For what ever reason the underwire in these bras have broke, snapped and are un-repairable.

I have had this happen more times than not. This is the only store that I can find my size 42G. I have brought this to the attention of the store managers and returns can only be done within 60 days.

When I buy the bras I buy at least 2. I have about 10 total and at $50 to $60 each it can be quite expensive. I'm unable to return because I'm outside the return timeframe. I don't wear the bras everyday so there are times were I will buy one and not wear it for 3-4months.

Please let me know what we can do to try…

I initially bought a bunch of bras to try on a d fell in love with this one, ballet style bra in size 26/28. I returned the others which weren't as good and went online to buy 4 more of these bras.

There was a bogo deal going on, so I felt I could spend more than I normally would since I'd get so many comfy bras.

However, my order was canceled without my consent. I contacted customer support. Apparently, even though I had placed my order while there was stock, now there weren't enough.

Also, the company decided they weren't making as large of a profit margin as they liked, so they rescinded the deal. This pissed me off. Big business is always cash grabbing with no shame, though, so I can’t claim to be surprised.

I wanted to stop supporting their brand, but I need those bras regardless.…

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. I go into the Lane Bryant store today in Bellis Fair mall because I needed a few things. I was in the store for about 10 maybe 15 minutes. I was not greeted until about 10 minutes in.

) so after I start picking up the few things I need I was asked if I wanted a fitting room (Which is normal) I declined as I was only buying bras and knew my size well since I shop here OFTEN. After declining a dressing room I was watched like a hawk for some reason?

Bought a bra online it did not fit so I took it back to Tangor outlet mall in it in Georgia they ordered me a larger size it did not fit so I took it back to the Lane Bryant in Mcdonagh Georgia and was told that they had to put it on a in-store credit because the lady that rang it up in Locust Grove rang it up wrong I paid by my credit card they would not refund my credit card and

gave it to me in store credit I will never shop at Lane Bryant again never I’m done with y’all

Yes hi I have been dealing with billing issues for a long time I was told that my due date could change for 28th of each month . The 5th is very hard for me to make it on time you can see when I pay bill etc .

It's very upsetting and I'm been hit with fees for being late etc going through a rough time and I'm trying to work with you guys . I have never ever felt with a company that can't change a due date after being told it would be change after I made my 45 dollar payment .

I'm very upset customer and I want the this to get to higher up person please .

I am complaining about these undergarments I purchased a few days ago, I specifically asked the 2 employees what they thought about these new high rise briefs they were selling I asked if they roll down because they were so high up I wasn't able to try them on store policy so when I got home I took the tags off them and I washed them with my clothes because I always wash underwear before I wear them well they are awful they keep rolling down I had a discussion when the employees about size also they concurred both of them that they are made true to size so

now I spent alot of money each on these underwear I feel like crying because it takes alot to find underwear that I like and I spent way too much on these. I won't try to return them because I feel I wore one of them and its just not…

This past July 4th, I went to Lane Bryant store Winter Garden Village, Fl. I was celebrating my birthday (58), in the company of my daughter (30) and granddaughter (3). We were buying some nice blouses and lingeries. Like always, we were helped by two sweet and excellent sales representative on that day.

On the way to pay, I saw this father with two kids coming out from a door area. I asked them if the came from the restroom and they said yes. Then, my daughter asked the cashier if I can use the restroom.

My personal experience Lane Bryant doesn’t care about their customers who keep them in business especially if you are a customer and used their credit card. When you do use it they want to charge you $27 for late fees when realistically your not late paying. It’s ridiculous.

It’s a scam just to get more money out of their customers. Because of some BS time zone. That right there needs to change immediately, it shouldn’t matter what time zone you’re in if you paid your bill on the day it’s due it shouldn’t matter about the time zone.

See another scam just to get more money out of people. This happened to me more than one and yet the customer service you call the customer service, don’t care at all. Because of this it happening to me more than once I am canceling my card. ASAP.

Today I am not filing a complaint, I want to express how pleased I was with a representative at one of your locations.

First of all, I am handicap and being in my situation, it is very hard because personally I feel like a "freak show' to everyone, .......except for yesterday. Your associate Emeral at your Woodland TX location (at The Woodlands Mall) was extremely "EXCEPTIONAL"!! For once I felt appreciated, and cared for. It's as if she saw right through my handicap and treated me as a "NORMAL" human being! As odd as that sounds it was refreshing.

I went to the Lane Bryant store earlier this month and saw the sign (buy 3 for $18). When I got to the counter she says oh oh 2 items were not ringing up for sale and was more money.

I asked her to point me to the items that were correct and she showed me some to choose from. One item went through but again one of those added up to more money so she said I will fix it because of all the confusion and let it go in for the 3 for $18. m.

This was the same lady that I had the issue with the first visit. I went back to purchase some items that were under the sign $5 each. When I got to the counter I had 3 items at $5 and had a gift card for $15.

I visited the Lane Bryant store in Levittown, NY on Sunday evening on 12/18/16. I was sent a $15.00 in the mail which expired on 12/18. After standing on line for about 20 minutes the girl at the register told me she couldn't honor the coupon because everything in the store was on sale. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that this coupon couldn't be used on sale items. Since the coupon expired on 12/18 I told the women this upset me and she said there was nothing she could do. This is totally unfair.

I'm a frustrated Lane Bryant charge customer. This policy is totally unfair and should be changed. If possible, I would like to receive another coupon to replace the one I wasn't able to use.

I placed an order on 5 Jul 2016 at Lane Bryant. I haven't received the item to date.

First I never received notice that it was ready for pickup so I visited the store and was told that it wasn't available. I've since visited the store on four more occasions. This past week I called Lane Bryant customer service and they called the store and was told that the item was there for pickup.

I went to the store with the order print out. I was made to wait over an hour and still did not receive my order. As far as I could tell, there were no phone calls made to locate the item, have it re-shipped or anything.

I need to have this resolved; please advise.

The associate's are great but corporate is trying to fire someone that didn't do anything. The customer called corporate and told that the associate rolled her eyes and didn't do that. Lane Bryant corporate threatened her job. You know i will never ever be a customer of that store matter of fact not one of there other stores.

Now someone doesn't have a job. Just to say the manger blamed her and but she knows that they were wrong.
