Family of 6 bought the tickets with Delta to travel on Aug 11th from JFK to São Paulo with final designation being Igucu/ Rio which partners with Latham. Reached airport almost 4 hours before our flight tried to check in on kiosk, no luck ,Latham representative told us to get in the counter line ( we had no luggage to check in) representative there kept us waiting on the counter for over 45 mins .

We asked twice if there is any problem he said no and finally told us to go to some other Latam representative who again kept us waiting for over 45 mins and then told us we need to go to Delta to get ticket number otherwise he can not help us.

We had been getting all check in emails / app thru Delta for this flight and had our reservation number. By now we were started to get tight on time,…

We had a flight with Latam from San José CR-Lima-Santiago de Chile-Auckland/Sydney-Christchurch New Zealand. My travel agent contacted latam to see if we could change flight to get off in Auckland. The latam replay was: „ can’t change the ticket, but we can get off in Auckland.

“ When we told at Latam check in in Lima that we want bag to go to Auckland only they said they can’t change the luggage destination and it has to go to final destination. I asked if they could check bag to Santiago de Chile only and we try again there to check in to Auckland only.

Complaint Reservation Code CUJXFA Reference My name is Romina Gabriela Draper and wish to register a complaint regarding my trip from Adelaide, Australia to Lima, Peru on the 9th of June 2023. As part of my booking, I was supposed to get wheelchair assistance as I suffer from chronic whiplash neck to hipbone, osteoarthritis, bursitis, and tendonitis and can only walk short distances due to these chronic medical conditions.

While these conditions are not outwardly visible, I specifically booked and paid for a business class flight with wheelchair assistance as I was travelling alone and needed help between terminals as the distances were very far especially the transfer in Sydney which required me to travel by bus between the domestic and international airports.

As Americans traveling within the country of Peru I feel we’ve been totally scammed with this airline. We booked 3 flights and EVERY TIME we attempted to add baggage online it declined our cards- we tried multiple. The cards worked with EVERYTHING else mind you.

We knew that bags were cheaper to book ahead but never could get it to work. We tried calling as well the first time and still they said card declined. Oh so strangely this same card worked perfectly fine when we were forced to book the bags at the airport at almost 50% increase in cost.

We ended up paying MORE for our bags than even our flight cost each time. When we tried to talk to the desk/“customer service” they first feigned bad English then wouldn’t even budge after we had finally had it and explained the entire situation.…

LATAM is a gangster airline. I bought a ticket round trip from Rio to Sao Paulo for $160. I want to change it by one day. They want me to pay $264 when a new ticket is $160. They justify this by forcing me to switch to more expensive flights.

They have return flights all afternoon, but for switching, they only offer the more expensive 2:00. Going They have a 10:40 flight or a much cheaper 10:45. They only offer 10:40. refundable ticket? Mafiosos.

- we were a family of 3 with the same last name (a single reservation) from Chile to Peru according to your plan we were all separated, with the covid problem we preferred to sit together and we had to pay 40 dollars for the three of us to have seats together; when we were on the plane we noticed with great surprise that there were many but

many empty seats, only behind one of the original seats there were 3 unoccupied, that makes me think that you separate us so that we pay to be together, that does not seem to me Correct, going to Peru and coming back was the same.

- The food they serve could improve it a little.

Good morning, My wife and I were confirmed to fly from MIA to Lima, Peru on Friday 3-24-2023 at 1:35 AM (LA2695). Airline Booking References (LA: TEHZTT) E Ticket LA 045-7913820748 for Harvey Mangad, and, E Ticket LA 045-7913820749 for Karen Paredes.

We had a family function to attend later that day and planned to stay in Peru until April 2nd. Around 8:00 PM, I received an email from Latam Airlines saying our flight had been canceled. I called the Airline and it was confirmed that our flight indeed had been canceled.

Counter supervisor in iquitos peru. Book me in the flight them said that payment has to be in cash in top that u paid in cash did not provide receipts also stole 100 dollars that I place in the counter .

Hello there, I've taken Flight LA532 from Santiago to New York on Wednesday 15 March 2023 with my wife. Just before boarding, along the finger tunnel, there was a security team that was REMOVING all bottled water we just bought for the 10 hours flight. This water was purchased inside the airport, after the security screening. This is robbery. The security staff said that this is required by the US, but it is not. I travel almost every month from and to the US. The water is always removed at the security screening, and if you nuy it inside the ariport you can take it on the plane. PLUS, and this is UNACCEPTABLE, the airplane stewart does not have water bottles to provide to passengers, only in water cups.

Quiero ver a este viajero recoger el 16 de febrero de 2023 por un dulce en Santiago de Chile. 2023 Volé desde Santiago de Chile a Calama terminal 1 (vuelo nro. LA146). Cuando se anunció el embarque, un joven con lentes se me acercó y me cobró $40 USD porque mi equipaje de mano es demasiado grande.

Le respondí que el equipaje cumple con las dimensiones de los estándares en el boleto de avión (le envío una foto del boleto). El hombre dijo que pensaba que era demasiado grande y que no me dejaba volar. Se llevó mi maleta con mis impresiones (le mando foto de la maleta). No dio recibo.

El 18 de febrero de 2023 regresé a Santiago, pero no me devolvieron la maleta (envío foto del pasaje).

I spoke to someone who repped for Latham Airline via googling the number +1 (806) 256-8457 Someone who said his name is Richard and indian accent was beyond rude, talked over me, was disinterested about my enquiry. Latham airlines cancelled my flight via expedia with no reason… tried to explain to Richard, didnt help me at all.

he estado esperando por la indeminisacion que dijeron que nos hiban a dar y hasta ahora no he recibido nada somos 3 adultos viajando con un Infante de 6 semanas.

primero estubimos 4 horas antes del vuelo y no nos querian dar el basinate para la bebe, y eso que hicimos un pedido cuando compramos los tickets.

They will not offer any refund, even for luggage charges for a flight that was never taken..I was told a refund was given, then get a letter saying different. Govt warnings against demonstrations, violence etc were given and said to avoid the area... 24 hour rule did not apply, despite airline employee saying it was ok...

I ordered a special lactose free meal for my journey from Chile to Mexico. The main meal arrived and was very cold. This could be as we were on the back of the plane and the air hostess was serving drinks and food at the same time and we were the last aisle to be served.

To have a meal that is supposed to be warm and been out since they started serving isn’t good. Not only was it not nice as it was very cold and not edible, I’m not sure if it’s safe to have the food in these conditions.

My tray was kept in the top so not kept warm underneath. As the flight was over 8 hours, it’s a long time to travel without food. The breakfast was Luke warm but at least it was edible.

Latam has lost my bag and made a load of errors, in i guess you can all an attempt to look for it. Although the problem started in London with a latam staff member not checking our bag in correctly, she never gave it a ticket or processed it ( which we found out when we arrived n SP) Now they have closed the case without even waiting to hear back from London, although they sent an email on the 23rd of January to london requesting that they look there.

I have the emails to prove this. They are saying the case is closed??? Their customer email address is coming back as not found, as for the phone number it now wont put my call through as the case number can not be found.

To say i am livid is an understatement.

I canceled my flight within the dates allowed and I requested a refund for my wife and myself. Latam Airlines refunded me only the cost of one ticket. Iv'e been going back and forth emailing ( at least 12 times) Latam customer service.

I have given you guys all the information you asked for a long time ago. I can share with you guys the whole list of the emails we have traded back and forth. There is nothing more that you required of me.

As I have mentioned, I'm a 100% disabled Veteran from the USAF and I have many limits mentally that I can deal with and it has really taken a toll on me from all this trouble I'm having just to be refunded. I live on a fixed income that doesn't leave extra money for this kind of situation.

There is a national emergency in Peru and people are getting killed. I have a flight leaving Toronto at 9 am on Dec 17 and you still have not cancelled my booking. The support representatives are extremely poor in answering questions, might as well replace the whole team with robots.

They don't care about passenger safety as long as Latam gets their ticket money. They don't have an answer for what happens if I take my flight to Mexico and get stranded there with no ways to communicate. Bottomline: will never book with Latam again because money is more important than passenger safety I want my full refund back

We arrived in Argentina, myself, my wife and our 2 kids, one 3yo and a baby (4 months old). We came to visit our family after 4 long years, by the time we got to Argentina we realised our 5 bags have been lost and Latam has not idea where they are, I have made a report and

nothing so far, it’s been 96 hours and all they offered was a 25 dollars per day. I really don’t understand how 5 big bags are missing for 96 hours and they have no clue where they are. We are here waiting for our bags with nothing but the clothes we arrived with.

On October 28 we travelled from Phoenix to Miami via American Airlines. Unfortunately the flight got delayed due to mechanical problem. We missed the American airlines flight to Lima. American airlines rebooking agent booked us for Latam airlines flight at 1:30am to Lima. The agent informed us that our bags will be transferred to Latam flight to Lima. We went to Latam check in counter. The agent at the counter would not issue boarding pass unless we go back to baggage claim of the American Airlines and get "Delayed baggage receipt". We went and returned to Latam airlines counter. The agent tells us now flight is full. My travel agent informed me that flight was not full. On 26th October 2022 I border a flight on Latam Airlines. On arrival in Sydney it became clear that Latam airways had lost my luggage. This luggage had crucial medications which impacted my mental health in a very serious way, as well as a microphone and cables I was needing to perform at an event in Sydney. (I missed out on playing at that event due to Latam airways losing my bag).

I contacted the airline on multiple occasions, and continued to be told that I would get a call back. I was promised a call back from the Manager however nobody called me back. On the last day I received notification that my bag was found, and I collected it just before I flew home.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a complaint and against LATAM. I am doing so for the following reasons: poor customer service, lack of staff training and preparation, lack of compliance with data protection, absence of clear flight cancellation procedures and deliberate red tape which prevents customers attaining fair compensation.

I make this complaint, which I have also shared publicly since I have not received a response to my complaint delivered to the LATAM staff at El Dorado Airport, after the worst flight experience I have had in my life. I have spent the entire day trying to do a simple reschedule of flight. I went through Priceline who said that the airlines has to charge a change fee. Fine. But after spending a few hours with two agents, they both charged my card but couldn't complete the change.

Both agents said they are having an error but gave me different excuses. So now almost $600 is being held by LATAM. I can see these charges on my bank account. They told me that they are getting an error and my best bet is to go directly through LATAM.

I then spend another hour on phone with phone with LATAM agent. She tells me that she can't do anything until 24 hours before the flight. Then when I explain what I was being told she told me she doesn't know what she can do.
