Family of 6 bought the tickets with Delta to travel on Aug 11th from JFK to São Paulo with final designation being Igucu/ Rio which partners with Latham. Reached airport almost 4 hours before our flight tried to check in on kiosk, no luck ,Latham representative told us to get in the counter line ( we had no luggage to check in) representative there kept us waiting on the counter for over 45 mins .
We asked twice if there is any problem he said no and finally told us to go to some other Latam representative who again kept us waiting for over 45 mins and then told us we need to go to Delta to get ticket number otherwise he can not help us.
We had been getting all check in emails / app thru Delta for this flight and had our reservation number. By now we were started to get tight on time,…
