Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

I purchased a spicy chicken sandwich and all I could taste is salt I was tempted to take this sandwich all the way back to lee‘s chicken but I decided to remove the crust off the top and bottom and when I did the sandwich was just as salty without the crust

I was overcharged for a three piece meal at your Muncie location. I attempted to get the matter resolved and was met with what boiled down to a bunch of bs. 50 because I wanted one of the three pieces to be a breast, which was NOT stated on the menu nor told to me at the speaker.

99 separately for the biscuit that came with the meal. I had to leave because I didn’t want to get angry or upset with anyone. How do we resolve this matter?

I got the worst chicken though could imagine Breasts were so dry you couldn’t even hardly bite off a piece. There was nothing left to bite into on legs except the skin they were so dried up. The thighs were no better. Needless to say I spent 32.00 for coleslaw and a pint of chicken gizzards. This has also happened to a coworker. I can’t see myself wasting hard earned money on such. Being you used to be such a great place to get chicken, I don’t know what has happened.

I ordered a livers meal to go and when I got it home it was all dried out. The breading had fallen off of them they were so old.

I want to know why are you guys charging us extra money for using our cards. If my food is a certain price it should be that no matter if it’s with cash or a card. You all are getting over on people for extra change and that’s not fair to the customers.

We stopped to eat at the Campbell River, British Columbia Lee's for supper while on a road trip. The food was good and, initially, the service was good. But then, as we were still finishing our meal, the manager announced that the restaurant was closing in less then five minutes.

Five minutes later we were told we had to leave. I have never eaten in a restaurant where diners are told to pack up their almost finished meal and leave because the restaurant is closing. Bought 2 4pc dinner and order of small livers. When we got home(across town) each dinner had 2 thighs no leg. One dinner had no biscuit. And there was order of pot. wedges but no livers! I called the restaurant and explained what had happened.

My complaint is that the store in the 200 hwy. Ocala (close to walmart) not find employees for work because your company has ridiculous practices. The store manager says that no one that not be the applicant can submit an hiring application in the store.

I tried to do from my wife and they say that my wife has to fill it out and come personal to the store to give to the store manager. Others stores accept my hiring application without she would be present.

My family visited the lees Huber heights ohio location and ordered the family chicken strip meal. We ended up with bone in chicken rather than strips. The mashed potatoes were very runny snd inedible with the gravy. The biscuits were overdone snd throat meal was packaged in a very haphazard way with mashed potatoes all over the boxes.

This was very disappointing and we will not be visiting again anytime soon. We love lees chicken and my entire family was upset

I went to order my food at the glenway Avenue location I’m sitting at the speaker waiting on someone to greet me. No one says anything I sit there for a couple minutes then I finally start saying hello to get someone’s attention and still no one answers me so I say hello again and

I ordered a 2 piece leg dinner. One of the legs were undercooked. That's a law suit waiting to happen, serving customers raw chicken. When I tried calling the store,the phone was off the hook. I think this store needs to close down cause the food is terrible.

On Sunday 8/21/22 @ aprox 3:30pm I ordered a 8 pc chicken dinner from the Huber Hights location. I ask for my 8 pieces to be 2 breast, 2 Thighs, and 4 lags no wings. Paid for the meal and waited.

When I received my order I as always checked to make sure everything was correct when I seen that I did not receive the 4 legs and did have the wings . I was at Lee's on westnedge in portage on Tuesday 7/5/22 and they asked me to pull ahead for my order and took my number so they could call when my order was ready I waited 30 minutes before I went back in and they offered nothing for my wait ! I am highly disappointed in this service and store I will think twice before returning to this store.

We have been a customer at Lee’s Chicken on State Road 200 in Ocala, FL for years now because we love(d) it that much.

We know with the pandemic, the supply shortage and inflation you had to increase the price of chicken strips. That’s not the issue. The past two visit, within the past two weeks, has been a disappointment. You must have changed suppliers or something. The strips have shrunk to half the size and are very crunchy or over cooked being the size.
