Smoky River Contracting. Lennox dealer.

Had government approval for a new furnace install. Mike was contacted in early December to do the job. He had issues with water in the crawl space. I cleaned everything up and removed the old furnace myself. Sent him pictures he said everything was good. I waited to hear from him. After a while I sent him an email asking if he had a time and date for the install. No reply. He emails me today wanting the gas inspected and hooked up before Tuesday. Knowing that was impossible. The furnace needs to be installed before the inspection. He used this as an excuse to cancel the work. He doesn't want to work for a person that has low income. He left me high and dry in this cold. I had a heater and AC UNIT installed in my condo. i tried to contact the person that installed my unit, CTCheating. They wouldn't respond . After 5 days of leaving several messages and texts, he responds with well wait till I get back from vacation.

He had no back up. This was supposedly a brand new unit! As you would guess I was furious. Why would you allow such an incompetent company to install your product? I called Lenox and was told you let anyone install your units?

Don't you care about your reputation? I have told several people and will continue to tell people NOT to use your product or that installer. Your company doesn't stand behind their product. I was told I have a 10 yr warranty on only parts???

I am considering looking into the tv to get to more people to make sure this…

We hired southwest air conditioning a Lenox dealer . They have repeatedly repaired air handler duck work never installed new duct work around handler job is less than year old have black mold showing up . Air conditioning stop working had another company veteran air come out to check system .

This dealer says it an authorized dealer of Lenox o was told to contact Lenox perhaps you can upd like to see work done by your dealers .

I have a brand new Lennox heat pump and furnace. In Devemner 2022 the unit was freezing up and we had no heat. Now we have no A/c in june 2023. The local installer has been her 6 times over 6 months.

They have replaced the heat pump, air exchanger coil, txv valve 3 times and numerous lines. Nothing worked. The local technicians have been on the phone with the Lennox tachnical support each time. I have called Lennox numerous times and asked to have my issue escalated.

Each time i was transferred and the line went dead! One time may be an accidental disconnect, 3 times is a pattern! Lennox needs to contact me and fix there issue!

We purchased a Lennox air conditioning unit and furnace in July 2018. Part of the equipment purchased was the iComfort WiFi Thermostat. The thermostat quit working so I contacted the contractor that had installed it. It was still under the 5 year warranty, The contractor said that the thermostat is a bad piece of equipment.

On May 27, 2022, I had to pay them $750 to replace the iComfort with the S30. I called Lennox several times, was on hold for many hours, had reference numbers for my problem established. Lennox told me they are not responsible for the warranty ; that the contractor is.

I didn't buy the equipment with the contractor's name. I bought it was the Lennox name. I have all necessary paperwork and will provide it. I expect to hear from you within 2 weeks. I expect $750…

My newer Lennox units both had to have A coils replaced along with Freon! The parts were defective and now in the last two years have been changed by the company! This is a defect with Lennox and I shouldn’t have to pay for labor and 5 pounds of new Freon.

Lennox should take care of this and I shouldn’t have to again on my other unit!!

Our furnace broke on November 2, 2022 and was installed on November on 3, 2022. My wife and I are senior citizens and we both have health issues. My wife was in bed and we told the contractor we have no cash money.

He says that they can finance it but with extremely high interest at 10%, We had no choice we had to accept the terms. My wife was to sick and no where to go. After the installation the company. calls me back and tells me they have to charge me more interest because we are seniors and we do not have no money.

They demand that we sign more papers and no they raised the interest to 13%. We had no choice because we need heat or we die. Another issue they demand my Social Security which I had to give him. I never give out my Social Security and now it is all over the internet.…

We bought a new Lennox furnance in Feb. 2021 and it worked fine unttl this past Saturday. Called the installers out & they determined the gas pressure regulator was bad. Of course the local Lennox parts warehouse didn't have any & had to order one.

When it arrived it of course was the wrong one! When the correct one did show up, the furnance still didn't work. The installer called Lennox tech support and they advised to replace the control board - again a part Lennox did not stock.

It's been almost a week with no heat thanks to the incompetence of Lennox!

i purchased a 5 year old home in november 2014 that has a lennox elite heat pump system which in june of 2015 evaporator coil was rusted out and was replaced under warranty with the same type coil which was teplace under waranty sept. 2019 with the same type coil as the other two which is now rusted out.

after reading online about the class action law suit about these coils i contaced customer service and was given a case #2415324 and the lady said yes they should have put a coated copper coil in but they didnt so after spending over $2500 dollars i am right back where i started.

why would lennox let dealers still sell same old coil years after the lawsuit? serial #580ph01409 is the unit i have. now all inside the air handler is rusty. i would like to discuss this with someone. my phone…

I give Lennox zero stars. This company is horrible it has been a living nightmare for me. I bought my house new end of 2020. My air stopped working on May 30, 2022. Contacted air guy turned in warranty info on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 was denied he turned it in again and I waited and waited and finally he said call the original people that put in the Lennox system, which we did on June 14, 2022, girl there resubmitted it for the third time and

still it is under review? Is it because it’s the air compressor that it takes so long to get back to the air company? I am a 61 year old disabled woman in poor health and cannot take this heat.

TheLennox I comfort systems constantly go out and I’ve spent over an hour waiting for someone at Lennox to help reset the thermostat. A system that casita iver20,000 should not have first of all faulty products and secondly, NOcustomer service available.

I am totally disappointed with lennox products not reliable at all. I had two thermopompe (heat pumps) that failed back to back, costing me thousands of dollars on repairs. Their customer service and consumer affairs is pathetic, never seen or experienced anything like this.

Referred me to a supervisor which never dared to return my calls. They are totally careless, they are not taking the responsibility of evaluating each case in an appropriate manner, they treat every case the same and they respond with templates letters without having a bit of consideration towards their customers.

I am finished with lennox produt and I will never recommend it. I had and still having a terrible experience with soo much stress involved not to mention the expenses for the failure of their product which…

I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW HOME FROM LENAR ( LENNOX) AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT REGISTERED BY COMPANY WHO INSTALLED,WHICH IS BAYONET AIR CONDITIONING AND PLUMBING,OR LENAR WHICH IS BUILDER. I have a Lenox unit that is 3yrs old, that is a total lemon, We have had to have multiple parts replaced on the unit, some more than once. Freon has been added multiple times as well, due to parts breaking and the unit not holding freon.

The unit, is once again, broken and needs to new parts. Lenon refused, our installer, to replace to entire unit. Never again will i have a Lenox unit.

I purchased a candle holder which order number is L13458 on 11/3/2019. As a Lenox fans using its products for around 8 years, I am extremely disappointed with the candle holder and this purchase experience. The quality of the candle holder is really low.

There are scratches on the stem, there are too many bubbles as a grass product and there is a broken in the middle of the stem. I have to decide to return this item to Lenox. When I called the customer service, I got a customer number at 4000119950.

Unfortunately, I was told that I have to mail it to Lenox HDC in Maryland from the post office and the postage will be charged to myself. This does not make sense to let the customer to cover the postage because of Lenox fault.

Lennox(Paul's Heating) in LaCrosse (54601), refused to self me a part for my heater unless they were to put it in. Diagnostic time and travel $250 not counting part and labor. Refused!!! So I had the honors of going to buy a space heater and wait 4days for the blower to be delivered.

Your reputation will diminish if you keep having rip offs like these represent you.

Replaced heat and air 2013 2018winter would not heat called air solutions service call said all elect. Ok no change simmer 2019 unit ran all the time called air solutions rep. Found coils frozen and insulation in fan box had come off sides blocking fan no air movement rep.

Glued insulation back to sides ---it worked for aprox. 2 MO. 00 and have a patched up unit do you have a retro fit unit to correct problem poor construction or poor design fan too powerful for fabric insulation or poor glue let me know if you have a solution. Frank masoner 918-245-2966

My 93 year old mom purchased a Lennox 14ACX 041 230 04 approximately 2 years ago for almost $6700. Now the unit can’t hold a set temperature. We set the thermostat for 75 and the temperature inside gets as hot as 80 degrees during the day.

We have had the installers,Bryan’s United of Gretna LA out to check the problem. They added some Freon and dye, charged $428 on 6/6/2019 and the problem is still occurring. They came back after I complained again on 6/14/2019 but didn’t find any leaks. The technician Mr.

Zeringue stated that they would need to return at a later time to recheck the unit because the dye needed more time to go through the entire system. Thank God they didn’t charge for that trip. We are very disappointed with Lennox.

Wow I feel like my elderly mom was robbed!

5 years ago from a local dealer in Knightdale, NC. The unit is not holding freon due to a slow leak in the coil which now must be replaced. The part is covered under warranty but the labor to replace the coil is not. That cost is $850.

I bought a Lennox unit believing it manufactured a high quality product. 5 years and to be required to pay the labor cost to have it installed makes me wonder. If they believe in the quality of their product then I feel they should cover the entire cost of the repair in an instance such as this.

I called their customer service and was passed on to a consumer consultant supervisor. She was not in so I left a message and I never heard back.

Perhaps Lennox should move anything related to the heating business to the northeast, where the business is, and, not vulnerable to twisters??

To whom it may concern I purchased a Lennox Heat pump on 5/8/15 and I started experiencing issues with my unit in 2017.

First the contacter went bad in it and then unpon finding that they discovered that a copper wire that helps regulate my heat had also broke due to no fault of mines. I stay in a community where there are other Lennox units that have been installed and they have not had any problems! Why me.

Signed Fustrated because it cost me $1180 dollars which brothers company nicely reduced after arguing with them. 48 I dont know what y'all are making your products with but it needs to be addressed ASAP!

I have a Lennox furnace installed Dec. 2010. I have had it cleaned 2 times in the 6 years I have owned it. I change the filter annually. I recently had a cleaning done and was told I required a new vent fan motor.

50 installed and it is not covered under my 10 year warranty do to not having the furnace serviced annually. If I have a 10 year warranty from the manufacture why am I paying for any parts. Please assist me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

The first week in September of 2015 I had a brand new Lennox Heat pump installed. The whole unit both inside and out. I believe the invoice totaled somewhere between $10,000 and 11,000. That is a lot of money to spend on a system, and you would think that the system would work correctly for many years to come. Well welcome to my world! I have had technicians out on at least five different occasions. Some were due to the a/c not working and now the blower motor has to be replaced. Now I understand that mechanical things will break, whether thay are new or old. But it is my belief that in this case the unit was not installed properly and therefore the blower motor cratered!

I don't complain very much and it takes a lot for me to get upset. I would normally call the company that installed…

We bought a new Lennox air conditioner and furnace 3 yrs. ago Our compressor went out we need a new one. Yes it is under warranty but they charged us $300 to put a cold pack in it and they want $700 labor for the compresser.

My original air conditioner lasted 25yrs. I am 72yrs old and don't have a $1000 to pay for labor what good is a warranty. This is not fair. The compressor should not of gone out this soon. Please help me out.

Otherwise I have bad compressor and I will still be paying for it.

For a comfortable living , I recommend Lennox products. We have taken heating units, Air conditioners from them and totally happy with the overall quality of it. It is one of the best buy in terms of AC units. High efficiency with two stage cooling unit.

It is even economical, environmentally responsible home cooling system that I have come across.
