I purchased 3 computers for our company, all the same new 2019. March of 2020 my computer stopped working - motherboard crapped out. Shipped it in and was told can’t get parts, don’t know when or if it will return.
Well months later comes back in the mail- worked ok but always had problem of any updates thru the past 2 years. Windows 11 comes and once again no way to update. Decided to see a local computer specialist and found out in my 6 month old computer they replaced the motherboard with a 10 year outdated motherboard and felt that was sufficient.
Had I known that at the time I would have never accepted it. I called today and basically getting the runaround - it’s out of warranty and old, nothing we can do. How about when it was under warranty why didn’t you replace it with a new…
