I purchased 3 computers for our company, all the same new 2019. March of 2020 my computer stopped working - motherboard crapped out. Shipped it in and was told can’t get parts, don’t know when or if it will return.

Well months later comes back in the mail- worked ok but always had problem of any updates thru the past 2 years. Windows 11 comes and once again no way to update. Decided to see a local computer specialist and found out in my 6 month old computer they replaced the motherboard with a 10 year outdated motherboard and felt that was sufficient.

Had I known that at the time I would have never accepted it. I called today and basically getting the runaround - it’s out of warranty and old, nothing we can do. How about when it was under warranty why didn’t you replace it with a new…

I have a Lenovo X1 with following product information:

Product Number / Description / Serial Number: 20XW00FSUS NB TP X1 Carbon G9 I7 16G 1T 11P MJ0G7K03 Service Order Number: 4007168590

The product was purchased on 2/7/2022. It become instable in power charging, on and off randomly since February 2023. Eventually it stopped working in early March, 2023. I contacted the Lenovo technical support center and returned the product for estimate. I got the quote for repair $1,267.80 because I am a couple of weeks out of warranty window. This is almost the total price of the original laptop and outrages.

There is an known Lenovo problem in power charging system. Lenovo even has a warming of the defect. I ask Lenovo to honor your reputation as premium…

Service #4006969467 Product FDEK000HUS Touch screen was not working sent tech with new screen. He said everything was now working. Next day noticed touch screen not working. I think they sent screen without touch screen capability. Called Lenovo assigned teck Lirona Bekteski # 347 301 4285 scheduled appointment Friday Feb 17.

She called said computer too heavy was shipping. One hour later computer arrived, called Lirona she said booked for day. She said would call Monday No call from her on Monday I left two messages no return call. Today I called her twice left messages no return call.

At 3:45 called Lenovo got James. I said I wanted a new tech He said someone would call me tonight to change tech and a tech should be here tomorrow. I think you can see poor service. Waiting.

I have a Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 9. The Power Adapter so longer functions. I have Premiere Support. I opened a ticked to have the adapter replace on 1/31/2023. It is now 2/7/2023 and still have not received the replacement adapter. Lenovo claims its Fedex's fault, and I can't get to speak with anyone at Fedex. Absolutely the worst Customer Support I have experienced. I've now been without an adapter for a week, and can't use the laptop due to the battery being completely discharged. Still no resolution.

I got suckered into buying a Lenovo product--ear buds. I then couldn't read the stupid manual for this smart product because the print was too small. I tried to magnification but that didn't work well. I then tried their stupid web site which helped even less.

I then tried the customer 'service' route that led me around in circles. I then ran out of options and gave up, If this is the future of buying online products from large companies I will be much more cautious in future dealings.

Spent about 2 hours on the phone to get a simple price match processed two days after I ordered the item from their own website, and still couldn't get it processed. This should take 5 minutes. Their own price dropped by 10% over two days on their website, and I ordered the intital item from their website.

Mind you I called them HOPING to save them money and the world gas from having to return the item they sent me and have a new one come at a lower price. They advertise a simple 30 day price match and protection, but I'm convinced they put complete idiots in place to process it to limit people using that protection.

Eventually had to hang up on the CS person after waiting 40 minutes to talk to them and a Jyoti Sharma putting me on hold 5-10 times over the next 50-60 minutes, rarely ever…

on order #4641996560 placed on 12/31/2022 - there was one charge to my BofA debit card the laptop shipped on 01/03/2023, then Lenovo charged once again for a total of $6,600 - initial charge is approx. $3,300

I contacted Lenovo customer service 5 times and the person, usually at a call center in India promised to get the double charge reversed. - they never followed through. tomorrow, 01/13/2023, I will check again, and if I don't see the money back in my account, I will be forced to file a claim through BofA to recover funds - this would take a very ;omg time, up to 60 days.

I would prefer that you reverse the charge

Purchased 10 Lenovo 330S-15iKB for my customer base and have received almost all of them back with bad motherboards and cannot get any service on these models from Lenovo. We are a small computer service company and this is a major loss for us as we were the ones that had to make a resale a a discount to keep our customers happy.

I have two Lenovos. The screen randomly cracked on one with no accidental damage. I take perfect care of it and did not drop or bump it at all. I called while under warranty and they would not repair. On the other one, the hinge froze just when out of warranty and they would do nothing.

They offered to sell me an extended warranty but I cannot use it for this problem.

I bought a new Yoga 6 on Sept 9th. It was delivered Sept 13th, unfortunatly 4 hours after I left the company for 6 weeks. Once I returned Oct 25th, I was excited started up my computer and was not able to access the internet, I've called multiple times and have sat on hold and been sent from department to department with not luck.

Ive been told the issue is not a hardware issue but a software issue and that I will have to pay $69 for support when I've not even been able to use this computer!

I've made an online purchase of a Lenovo laptop. When I received the invoice the document refered a VAT Registration Number that was not the one I have inserted. In fact the number on the invoice is a number that I cannot recognize (it's not mine).

I've asked Lenovo for the correct invoice document but they've said that it is not possible to correct the invoice. I need the VAT Number on the invoice because of tax purposes and with this invoice I cannot prove the purchase!

I've never seen anything like this.

I purchased a pricey Lenovo Yoga 9 14ITL5 (PF3E51YC) back in May. In the past week my left channel speaker is so distorted nothing can be heard. To say I'm very disappointed in Lenovo quality is an understatement.

I upgraded my warranty to on-site support because shipping my laptop off somewhere is not an option for me. I upgraded my warranty before creating a case on the issue but I created a case before Lenovo finished processing the upgrade and will not honor an on-site repair.

My expectations on purchasing a quality laptop and the support afterwards from Lenovo are very far from being met.

Sent a laptop for repair. Still under their "top tier" warranty. They had the laptop for five weeks, and then suddenly it was returned. No note, nothing fixed, keyboard still damaged. They never made an attempt to reach out and let me know how much it would have cost to fix it.

I will never buy Lenovo again. This is the third time I've had a problem with them.

I purchased a yoga 9-14itl5 laptop type 83bg in June of this year. Product number PF3KZWJW. It has never worked satisfactorly. Four service calls and one onsite service support. Several reinstall of windows. We have now scheduled to ship the computer to support for additional evaluation. The first issue with the microphone was resolved but it is still overheating.

All the technicians have been very helpful - but I still cannot use this computer all day for business.

I would like tio request that I return this computer for a different Lenovo model.

Received a yoga2idea pad. SN PF20TPSE for retirement gift January 2021. Right side hinge broke April 2022contacted Lenovo. And was told 3 months out or warranty. But could purchase extended did that and waited 17 days recalled was told that.

Lenovo would not repair got my money returned for warranty. I have been to 2 repair guys and was told hinge screw was to tight caused the problem. Cost of repair is to high. Looking for some help. Please call or email me.

Wide Tech (Services) for repairs as does HB & Dell.

My Lenovo IDEAL desktop (Model: A340-24ICK, SN: MP1NAZAT) has been down for almost 1 month. Your EXCELLENT service team has initially sent an engineer to change the motherboard & RAM but the very next day, the same issue appeared again. I have to contact your customer service to request for another engineer to attend to it again. This time, the engineer change the SSD and issue was unresolved too. Worse still, the service job was so lousy that my CD-ROM found with door jammed, monitor screen jutted out almost got my finger cut and the touch screen is no more working. I have since request through your customer service but the 3rd engineer message me on 3 June 2022 for more technical detail which I cannot provide as I am a layman. I am a High School Tech Director. We purchased 41 Lenovo Thinkpad E15s last June 2021. Immediately, we noticed that the devices were running at 95-100% Disc/CPU useage, making them very sluggish and/or inoperable. We contacted support who sent a tech out and he replaced the (SSD) hard drive on one device. All was good.

We notified support, expecting the rest of the devices to be repaired. Instead, they insisted on performing remote tests, re-imaging that resulted in absolutely nothing. In January, upon their request, we sent in a devive for evaluation. Since then, there has been next to no contact from them, unless we urge them for an update.

I purchased the IdeaPad L340 from Office Depot during the pandemic, as it was the only model left in stock. And it's never worked from the get-go. After 4mos. it all but died on me. Basically went completely unresponsive, regardless now many reboots I did. Slower than snot.

I'd basically bought a lemon. But Geek Squad was unavailable because of the pandemic. So I ended up having to shelve it, due to no tech support. Some time later I visited Lenovo warranty site a few times, to extend it (I was good for another 2-3 months) but the website was horribly unresponsive.

Only an idiot BOT available, that was no help. Each Support tab I clicked on, only asked me to sign in - again! I visited a few of the forums including Reddit, to discover this was a very common issue, with the Lenovo company.…

I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 3 in October 2021 and it keeps rebooting on it own in different applications. I tried going through customer service, but got nowhere. I paid nearly $600 dollars for this laptop and am totally dissatisfied with it.

I had heard from other people that had bought their laptops from Lenovo and they said they were one of the best on the market. In my case, I would not recommend Lenovo to anyone. High price, poor operation, no service.

I got a windows notification about an important update to my device. it was a BIOS update it was downloaded and attempted to install. the device turned off and got stuck on Lenovo red logo screen for hours. I left the device on overnight in order to finish the update. At the other day the screen was black and a tried to turn on the device with no response. I called the support and we tried all steps to reset if and make it boot again but nothing we tried made it back to life. A Lenovo authorized inspected the device and the feedback is the my BIOS was corrupted and id be charged for repair. My device was working just fine and now Lenovo just left on dark.

Bring my device back to life once the update that you launched caused this issue.

I tried (and am still trying) to purchase a new Lenovo computer. I went through your online system as well as several agents to make this happen. I was prequalified for Lenovo financing for up to $1500. My order amount was less than that.

A customer service rep (Malvin) completely ignored my messages and the chat was closed without any explanation why.

Then restarted my chat with another customer service rep and there were no issues whatsoever. I guess my rep took a coffee break in the middle of my chat and didn’t let me know he was going to be away? If this is a repeated pattern, I think this customer service rep isn’t suitable to be working at Lenovo.

I managed after navigating a menu of several levels and finally spoke to a representative to whom I had to have repeating words continually. The problem was not solved at that time. Today I have met with the same confusing menu in which my tablet was not mentioned by the name on my purchase which was just 2 days ago.

After 2 telephone calls which were terminated after about 5 minutes, I decided to vent my frustration by writing this complaint. During the wait I received several recordings tell me that the service would result in the best experience possible.

So far, in 2 days after receiving my purchase, my experience has been dismal, not even approaching acceptable. My experience is less than the one star available, so not even rated.

Have IdeaPad5 with a "preferred" warranty. Hinge broke. " Mostly unneeded but did not include a hinge. They sent another package containing hinge, but no screws, which I heard tech order. Now, in taking the computer apart, the process resulted in damage to the camera's setting.

Lenovo support stated I needed to send computer in to them. Why not complete the process with the needed screws? Tech and I had several unsuccessful convos. Requested to speak w/manager. No manager. No manager. No manager. Probably asleep as Service is in India.

Promises that manager will call back are unfulfilled. DO NOT BUY LENOVO OR WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Downloaded a recommended Lenovo update and the computer went into sleep mode and would not recover; called hotline and after basic checks that I had already done ; was told that I would have to take it to Best Buy for repair and I would have to pay for the repairs!

So you download their updates; they brick your computer and you get to pay for it! Great market strategy!

Chrome Book stopped powering on after only 2 months of use. I have been trying to reach Lenovo for 4 days and they are accessible and will not call me back. Last August (2020) I purchased a Lenovo FlexPad 5 for my daughter. Within 2 months, the charging port stopped working. I tried to return it to get a new one, but was told that I only had 30 days to do so so they gave me a repair shop to take it to.

I did as directed and took it to a repair shop. When I picked it up, not only was the charging port still not working, but they lost the charger and the all "foots" at the bottom of the laptop were missing.

I then had to send it in to Lenovo. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive the computer back. Once we received the computer, the charging port was working, but now certain keys on the keyboard didn't work and the camera o the computer was not working.

This is heights of a company screwing a client over and quite blatantly running the warranty down so they don't have to own up on the fact that a crappy product was sent to me.

1. End of September 2020 - System purchased new - Blue screen error once a week after 2nd week 2. November 2020 onwards - Blue screen error multiple times a day 3. I bought a Motorola one zoom phone 10 weeks ago. They advertised, before buying, that if for any reason you didn't like you the phone you could return it within 14 days. I decided to return the phone for a refund.

The reason I’m writing this correspondence is because Lenovo so-called Customer Service is extremely difficult to reach.

I was given an incident number (40BMCG9) and told to email that number to Atlanta Customer Service and that a new DVD Burner would be sent to me. After several attempts to contact the Atlanta email address failed (returned by Outlook), I have given up!!!!!!!

I will no longer purchase a Lenovo product due to extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

Lenovo customer service is very poor and unhelpful and very disorganise especially when I wanted to pay the repair for broken screen. I dropped the lap early Jan 2020, still haven't heard anything from Lenovo.

Overall Lenovo customer service is terrible, unhelpful and I would never buy Lenovo product in future. I will spread out the word on this.

1. why my laptop charger always breaking down a circuit break every time i plug it in to my home electricity? 2. mine is Lenovo E10-30, for the first about 8 month using, a 'Shift' button broke was broke, and i have a couple friends had a same and other problems for they early view month use of lenovo like broke a motherboard, charger, keyboard, suddenly got slowing down.

Worst customer service ever. There is never a supervisor available. It's been 2 months not that they were supposed to get back to me and no one has. I call back they say someone will get back to me and they never do. Just brushing me off.

Garbage, just garbage. Will never buy, resell or recommenced there products ever again.

I bought a Lenovo laptop ideapad 330S-151KB on 2/25/2019 and after using it for almost two months(Normal using- net, e-mail, typing) it suddenly not powering on. This only proves how incompetent and sub-standard the products of Lenovo is. I brought the item to the service center and they asked me to leave it there for repair and when they texted me that it's ready for pick up because they said that it's now ok, low and

behold, everything that I've installed like the IMPORTANT FILES, PHOTOS and DOCUMENTS were gone. No one informed me that they're gonna erase everything. No text nor email. they just decided on their own. In two months of normal using, the repair center said that the problem is the motherboard.

This computer system is merely trash. I hate, hate, hate this computer and I fail to understand why it is on the market to begin. This system has built in spy-ware and, in FACT THERE is a class action connected to this product.

I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
