Stephanie Strycharz Was our travel agent… We had nothing but issues one on top of the other. Large group going yes, however, time return on emails and phone calls took forever, booked early, I asked for all our rooms to be together they weren’t, asked for help with excursions, no personal assistance just gave links… Names were wrong on the reservation.

Got to the airport she had entered Tony‘s information wrong, we BARELY MADE our flight. We will never do business with her or Liberty Travel again. Stephanie was not personable and very unprofessional. She was never in the office she would be off for days on end and don’t blame Covid that was almost 4 years ago.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with how my very expensive vacation to Greece was handled. The agent is no longer with the company and no one in the organization will take responsibility for the booking errors. It’s absolutely SHAMEFUL! Zero Customer Service.

I would never book thru Liberty Travel again! No accountability and no offering to amend the booking. Shameful.

My Husband and I returned from our trip to Ireland a few weeks ago… We had never been over seas before. The Agent Rose Germano with Liberty , Rebooked our trip that was supposed to take place before the COVID Pandemic .

We were under the assumption that because that is her job , We would leave it to her . She booked our returning flights a day before we were supposed to leave… meaning we lost a day of our Honeymoon .

Paid for an extra day of a Hotel in Dublin and an extra day of car rental . I sent an email to Rose Germano expressing our frustration and disbelief of such an error from a travel agent. She didn’t respond …. I am livid !

I work in the service industry and cannot believe she isn’t and didn’t do anything to rectify the situation . This was a trip of a lifetime for us.. And…

Booked an online appointment for today 5/27/2022 for 3:15pm. Drove a half an hour from my home to this office as I arrived approximately 3:05pm I approached the door which was locked. A travel agent came to the door unlocked it and stuck her head out and asked how can she help me and if i had an appointment.

I stated to her yes i have a 3:15 appointment for today 5/27/2022 which i booked online as per the Liberty travel website. The Agent asked if i had a confirmation number and i showed her my confirmation email with my appointment time.

This email is being written in regards to my experience with the 951 Haddonfield Road Suite A1, Cherry Hill NJ 08002, location of Liberty Travel > > I was scheduled to fly out of JFK on May 12th for by 60th birthday celebration at The Excellence Resort in Jamaicia, with 16 of my family and friends.

We arrived at EWR and JFK as well as family traveling from Arizona, we boarded the plane and some of was actually traveling over Jamaica when ALL flights around the WORLD were told they could not land, to return to points of departure. This was all due to "airport controllers striking".

It took days for my family and I to get reibursed from our airlines, but the terrible part is The Excellence Resort is refusing to reimburse or give us 1 1 year voucher. They are forcing us to return within 6-7…

I booked a Jamaican trip for two it was for February 10th through the 17th 2020. I called Liberty Travel at least three times or more to check the status of our refund since they canceled meaning Caribbean Airlines due to covid.

Each time I call they get frustrated with me because they have to call the airlines. I can't get through no matter what time of day or night I tried calling for myself. Besides why did I hire a travel agency if they can't do their job.

I am unable to reach anyone. My ticket was booked by ‘3 rd party’ liberty mutual. I am unable to change my ticket as the airline says I need to contact Liberty directly out about $1200 x 2 tickets.

I have been trying to get a full refund from Alitalia canceled flights since mid-Summer. In 9/21, I received a partial refund. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed by Danielle of Liberty Travel in Cherry Hill, NJ on 11/30/21 that the check was going out before that week was over and she would email me with the exact date.

I never received an email with this information and my follow-up emails of 12/7/21 and 12/10/21 have not been responded to. Can someone please let me know when I will receive my refund?

I booked with Jenine Williams. I was supposed to fly out on 4/25 but I missed my flight. I called Azul Resort for day’s prior the phone didn’t work (disconnected) unprofessional. Jenine tried to contact them via email/phone. No response.

The hotel wasn’t as clean and when I arrived 4/26 they didn’t even know I was coming because again Jenine couldn’t contact that or myself. The hotel soap dishes was dirty and had to do a lot of calling and emailing my entire trip.

I would like a refund for the 1 night.

I am so sorry to say that I worked with a company that is so unethical and immoral for over 20 years. My first trip was 20 years ago. My last trip was supposed to be April 4th 2020. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic I was unable to go on this trip.

This company would not give me my money back. All the years that I have been a customer , this is such a poor way to value my long term business. The Better Business Bureau , Tripp Advisory, and all other travel markets will hear about this horrible business.

We booked and paid in full for a vacation to Jamaica for April 2020. With the CoVid 19 pandemic our trip was canceled. We were promised a full refund when we first contact liberty travel back in March. Now almost 4 months later we still have heard nothing back.

I’ve called many times and just keep getting run around. Corporate voice mail is full so you can’t leave a message

I was planning a surprise vacation to Ireland for my family, and the agent insisted on calling me so we set up a time and day, and she never called. So I emailed her to set up another time, and again no call.

She said she was very busy. I'm not sure how because I know it wasn't because she was on the phone. I will not recommend this company you anyone.

In July of 2018, I booked a trip to Turks and Caicos, for my family through Liberty Travel, St. Clair, PA. My agent was Chasity Hope.

Our trip was from June 23-29, 2019. The day we were leaving for thr Philadelphia, PA airport my daughter got in touch with American Airlines to check in for our flights. The airline website would not take my up to date passport number. My daughter called Chasity at Liberty Travel and she told my daughter I couldn’t go to Turks and Caicos because I didn’t have a passport book. Our passports were never checked by Liberty Travel and in the paperwork for our trip it states we need an up to date passport. It does not state a passport book. Since…

If i had the option to give you zero stars I would. I haven't even been on my trip yet and this is the WORST experience i have every gone through. my family has been booking with Liberty Travel for over 10 years and this is by far the worst.

To start off, when you close a location the best thing to do it CALL or at least contact the parties that booked through that location and tell them the store is closing and your account is being moved 3 HOURS AWAY!!!!!!!!! I cant drive 3 hours to make a payment so i have to pay over the phone which I've tired to call for the last two weeks to make my final payment and

our agent who took over the booked is out on medical leave and everyone i talked to was unable to help me and keep giving me the run around until today.

We have booked our vacation thru the Mechanicsburg office. We are going on a cruise May 5-12. We booked our vacation in March and it has been an experience. We went to pick up our tickets and it took an hour and half.

we just needed to book a hotel overnight before our ship leaves. We are flying from BWI to Ft Lauderdale. But we are now staying in Miami and coming back to Fort Lauderale to get ship. It is also $174 for one night stay.

At our trip to pick up tickets I asked if we need to bring anything and this was never answered. Then to find our we need our passport information. Told to email that and that was still not entered in computer. We did ourselves.

Emergency contact info was given to agent but never entered in computer. Oh we needed to pay gratuities and we ended up sitting…

My friends and I entrusted Liberty Travel to handle all of our vacation needs for our yearly girls vacation and we were very disappointed. We were asking for very simple request:Adult only, all inclusive with double beds. We were booked at LaPerla- double beds is a "request" and not standard option.

This was never relayed to us we paid $1200 per person just for room (flight not included) to have to skeep on a cot on the floor, room had bugs, the hotel qould not change out rooms without coat for penalty. They said it was Liberty Travels fault for not advis6about the room categories.

Liberty travel sent my family and I to beaches negril in April the resort was so terrible we had to leave. We are wanting a refund and have been working with three different women who work for liberty travel and one is just as rude to us as the other. We were booked for September 3, 2017 to Punta Cana Dominican Republic. We booked our trip through liberty travel with Abbey Winters, Travel Consultant from Liverpool New York. Hurricane Irma was projected to impact Punta Cana, Dominican Republic while we were their vacationing.

The Supervisor I spoke to about this totally disregarded my safety concerns. She stated she has handled 26 years of hurricanes. Supervisor stated. "Just go and have fun". My wife & I had to make a decision on Saturday September 2, 2017 to cancel as we feared Hurricane Irma would strongly affect our stay Tuesday September 5 through Friday September 8th.

Booked a Disney Cruise thru Liberty Travel, Delran office. I spent a great deal of money and booked this cruise for Oct 22, 2016 back in June, 2015. Other than the original booking we have received absolutely no assistance with the travel plans form the TA. I have seen repeatedly other Travel Agencies giving On-board credits to their customers, some $250 or more. When asking our TA about on-board credits, we were told we were not entitled to on-board credits.

I continue to see other Agencies providing customers with on-board credits toward their cruise but Liberty Travel will not provide us with any credits, even though we have had this booked since 2015. And we had an awful TA who gave us, first time cruisers, absolutely no assistance with information and planning. I will never, ever use…

My complaint is about a customer. She received a penthouse suite full drink package, and shore excursions with wifi valued at $6,300 and paid $3,200. She got onto the ship and still complained about her penthouse and moved cabins again.

This woman had made threats and should never come to our store again beware nothing but issues. Will complain until she gets something for free.

The travel agent failed to confirm my flight from Montreal to Toronto and I when I got to the airport I couldn't get on the flight I needed to, thus causing me to miss my connection in Toronto. I spent 12 hours in airports trying to get home.

when I spoke to her she said she told me in January that I didn't have a confirmed seat, I don't recall her telling me this. And my tickets and vouchers came in 2 weeks before my trip which was June 25th, She should have told me then that I needed to confirm my seats and she didn't.

I will never use Liberty Travel agency for any future travel.

On Feb 24, 2016 we booked a cruise thru Liberty travel in Saugus, MA. We were told that the deposit was due on 3/2/16. On 2/27/16 we paid Liberty travel cash in the amount of $500. As of today we have been notified by Norwegian cruise lines that our trip was cancelled as of 3/3/16 due to no deposit received.

I have called Norwegian two times and received the same response. I would like to know why my deposit was not given to the cruise line and who is responsible for this issue. Because of this, my husband and i are not going on the trip we planed on.

This was our first experience with Liberty travel and needles to say it will be our last one. Looking forward to your response.

I booked a room at Oasis Cancun in the month of February 2015 with agent Dawn Hoffman from Liberty Travel and planned to stay from 4/24/15 until 4/27/15. I received confirmation thru an itinerary by email and u.s mail. Once I land to the hotel whom I booked with my sister was informed that we cannot stay at the hotel and they were over booked. The hotel was an inclusions stay which includes unlimited food and drinks (the main reason why we chose it).

As of 4/24/15 I had to pay out of pocket expenses for food and taxi service. I went back between 2 hotels as advised by travel agent Dawn and didn’t have a room until after 10pm when I landed at the hotel at 4:30pm. Had the best honeymoon ever. We went through Liberty travel and had the best view hotel rooms ever. Everything was planned out well by them and we had no issues at all. The representatives from Liberty Travel were very helpful and called up and planned every day of the travel perfectly.

It is a once in a while vacation that was perfect. Next time I want to plan any travel or vacation it is definelty going to be Liberty Travel. I would definelty recommend this to my friends who can enjoy like I did.
