I have been trying to cancel a subscription for my father due to his death. When I realized he was being billed automatically, I called the company, they created a case and I emailed the death certificate. I received a notice they have not received the death certificate, I sent it again.

The next notice was canceling the claim. I called again, they created another case number, I sent in the death certificate for the third time. after being on a hold a number of times, a new case number was created.

I was told I would receive a call back. I did not. I called again to see if they received the death certificate. They had not. I sent it for the fourth time. I was told I would receive a call back, I did not. I called again.

Yesterday my wife, Shari Koch and I, David Koch, spoke with your representative, Harry Thompson. He was abrupt, condescending and outright rude. He 'demanded' that I call him today/Tuesday at 11 a.m. PST. when his boss may be available. I did and the call went to voicemail.

The issue is your Norton LifeLock that you say I've been using on my computer for months and you've billed me $214.99 and $239.99 dated 09/07/2022. My wife disputed those billings with our credit card company and we still dispute them.

I verified that NortonLifelock is NOT on my computer. I used McAfee for the past couple of years and am now using Trend Micro

Your contact, Harry Thompson, has probably ruined any possibility that I may ever use Norton again.

It would take 1000 pages to tell you everything and how I’ve been treated by Lifelock Norton. Bad enough they did not catch the fraudulent use of my Social Security number. That was bad enough but trying to get more information as to why was impossible they are experts at giving the runaround.

For instance I got a call yesterday Tuesday the 11th asking for my police report number. I told him I was on my way to get get it filed and I’d call back. When I called back I was on the phone for an hour with the same repetitive questions and even though I had a case number evidently he was unable to read it had he he would’ve seen all these questions answered !

Instead I was on the phone for over an hour and he would not even take the case number like he had no idea. The people that work there…

Identity theft. My social security number and name was used to apply for unemployment and some evil person collected $11,354 over a period of about 6 months. At $2,908 per month. my QUESTION which no one will answer is why didn’t life lock pick up on the fraudulent t use of my social security number.

I have spent hours upon hours on the phone and on line chat. I am filling this out in hopes that I will get an answer and determine what I should do next… very disappointed snd disgusted….

LifeLock has change there soft ware and it has caused problems with customers trying to login to respond to the reports I was in the phone for over 4 hours and the problem was still not resolved. They are poorly train or have no answer to fix’s it.

It is clear a software issue that was never tested before putting on the network. I am not sure if I’m going to renew my service with this company because it is clear that there’s no communication between departments I’m still without service.

I have used lifelock for years, originally my company covered the costs and I was unfamiliar with the associated fee, but beginning July 2022 I either needed to cancel or pay for the service myself, I opted to pay for it and updated my billing info. Everything in the billing info suggested I would be charged $34 monthly for myself, I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged twice, apparently my ex-wife was still listed on my account.

I had issues trying to find where she was attached to my account and ended up calling them for assistance, we did get her removed, however, they adamantly refused to provide a refund for her account, even though this was only a couple days after the charge. I have been on the phone for over 1 hour trying to renew my membership. I was put on with four different operators each did not know how to do a renewal with a discount. I have been a member since 2018.

I called in again for the sixth time I spoke with another lady gave her my information she said she would have to transfer me to someone else. So while she was transferring me the call got cut off. My case number is 70241596 with the incompetence of your associates not sure if I want to renew.

I took over the checking from my wife and discovered that we were paying LifeLock twice a month. I stopped it and never got a refund. Then going over the bank issues we had, I came to mind that LifeLock did not once alert is.

I do not know how they set their system, but they completely missed us. I am monetarily better without them. John Whalen

A representative from Lifelock lied and told me my subscription expired. I believed him and paid for a new subscription. When I call the restoration rep I worked with in October, I discovered my subscription renewal date is 8/27/2022. After the first hour and a half, I finally spoke to a supervisor, Noelle, who said he would refund my money and transfer me to sales who will reinstate my 6-month subscription.

I am now on the phone two hours, 3 sales reps later. Simple question: Why would anyone cancel a subscription that was already paid for especially when they have been a victim of identity theft. Problem: Norton Lifelock REP lied to your client to get more money.

I am unable to contact anyone at your firm regarding my account. When I first signed up many years ago I could always reach a live person. Not now. I received what appears to be a fraudulent email from you that claims I canceled the account requesting that I "log in here" to make corrections. Nonsense. I never contacted anyone.

How can a security company send out such emails when the public obviously knows that most if not all are fake phishing scams. I am unable to confirm this since you are a security firm and have no means of reporting such things or to determine if the email is indeed fraudulent. Some security.

I am going to switch to a REAL security firm.

We rented our locker space on June 1, 2021. Everything was friendly about opening this contract. it was at the end and half of it hardly lit. they did not! On Sept. 1st when our rent was due, my husband was in the hospital and totally forgot. why?

It made no difference and they showed no sympathy only to give us half back on the late payment to be used toward our next rent. I said we don't need a space that large for only 6 boxes and will vacate the locker and on Sept.

I've been trying since May, 2020 to receive money owed me from Lifelock. 00 with my credit company, CHASE. I later realized Norton and Lifelock are two different companies. 99). Lifelock claims I canceled my membership.

Cannot give MINUS stars Am NOT impressed with them. After you tell multiple agents about compromised identity, and them taking detailed notes, you still have to write it out all again on their forms. They do not listen but ‘hear’ what they want, then do what they want.

Have requested many times to be removed from mailings but they don’t take info to be removed, so continue to get their junk mail.

Just spoke to your rep named Grace, who was supposed to resolve a week long issue with my account. ) The conversation was torture because she spoke with such a heavy accent I had trouble following her. She did not REALLY listen to me, and more than once just took off on Lifelock talking points from your manual - I had to interrupt to be heard.

She got my payment schedule all wrong, and still kept reading from some script which further confused me; the more she read, the faster she talked, making it more difficult to understand her. At the risk of "offending," may I suggest that you hire people for the phones who speak English better - it is embarrassing and frustrating for all, making for an unpleasant and inefficient experience.

Also, PLEASE LISTEN to us and identify OUR problem before…

It's incredibly frustrating to try and vet your account or even get a refund on cancelled services. It was so easy to sign up, but now reaching the billing department to request a refund? How impossible. Can anyone help me?

I haven't been able to get on to the Lifelock customer service portal. I've asked the employee's and they either don't care, don't know, or won't check to see if it's turned off.
