I ordered a white/ black wedding /prom 3 piece suit. The jacket is what I ordered. The vest/waistcoat is navy blue with white collar, and wrong style. I was expecting white. The trouser is also navy blue, I was expecting black. The combination is appalling.

I would like to keep the jacket, and return the vest and trouser for exchange, or refund if not available. I’m extremely disappointed. You should have sent my money back if the items were not available, than sending what I didn’t order.

I’m having difficulty finding the returns/exchange/refund page, adverts keep popping up randomly. Please rectify this issue.

Impossible to return item and impossible to cancel an order unless you are an expert in gobbledygook. Deliberately confusing and difficult, impossible to achieve result. They make you jump through hoop after hoop. Discussing customer after care. Hate them.

I made an online purchase 2/23 using mobile phone #631 764 2741. The code # given to me by the website was 029561. The cost of approx $108 was chgd to my credit card. I have not rec'd confirmation because the website has old expired email address. net.

I would never use their services again, the product is falsely advertised on their website. What you get is not same as the images on their website. Below is the message I tried to send to the company on the return ticket. But much to my chagrin, I could not send the message the website would not allow the message/ticket to be submitted. A timer popped up and the message would not be transmitted. Now I am stuck with their crappy boots.Many issues with this boot. Many things were falsely represented in the photographs of the product, very important details. Details that led me to purchase these boots.

If I could rate this place a zero I would this place is nothing but a scam the rip offs they have no phone number for you to contact they don't send your merchandise off you waste money then they don't want to refund you do not come to this company because they are scam artists any company that doesn't have a number for you to contact them at do not trust and

everybody I'm telling you do not stop at this place you will contact them as much as possible through their messages since that's the only thing that allow you to do and they will not respond I sent them seven messages since the first of this month and I've only received one message back which said my marriage and ice will be sent off by the 8th and

J'ai commandé 7robes sur les 7 quatre n'étaient pas le bon size une trop grande et trois trop petites. Nous avons constatés que sur la facture ils avaient changé la taille des robes . Ils vellent me rembourser que le tiers du prix sans les autres frais.

08 pourtant sur la facture initiale j'ai payé tout les frais d'expédition et de douane.

I ordered a summer dress from their website. It was not cheap at £27. The photo showed a dress which would be suitable to go out in. The real article was cheap and poor quality, the lace at the neckline has very few threads in it so is rubbish. 00 approx for postage.

It was so thin and light it came large letter postage!!! It is impossible to contact them without completing a load of forms !!! They are con artists, don't touch them.

Trying for weeks to get a full refund from a raincoat I ordered. I was told to join membership for a dollar. I don’t want to join anything. I just want a full refund for the raincoat . It’s still in original bag, never worn with tags in place.

I sent the light in the box company several pictures but I’m not getting anywhere with the company. I can’t afford to send raincoat back to China.

I have tried to contact Light in the box multiple times, all to no avail. The dresses I purchased did not look like the decor ring images on the site. One dress didn’t even have straps but did have the strap hooks.

The other was 3+ sizes bigger then it said it would be. I ordered a small but arrived more of a xl. Plus the material was shockingly cheap and finished terrible. I wanted a refund but no one has responded.

I have made several purchases from your firm, 400 Euros worth of things. The delivery arrived when I was working out of town. When I needed to return the ones that really didn't fit, or made out of really poor quality (no human should wear those fabrics) I was reminded of the 7 day return policy and got denied. Poor refund policy You have to return to China . The city to return us more the items purchased . That’s the catcher . Note also the merchandise is poor quality. When buying cheap or discount items use Amazon .

ordered product 04/04/2020 with fraudulent website saying they'll ship with delivery in 3-5 business days. Says order shipped but tracking ID doesn't work. Sent email to customer service on 4/15 and they replied that I should be patient, but they too couldn't give me a status only saying that I should have order by 4/20.

Still nothing and efforts to cancel order are ignored.

Hi, I am writing to you in hopes that you can fix this problem. I hope you will understand what I am saying. I haven't had any luck with your customer service. I am sorry to say that your company has bad customer service, hope this is better.

As you can see I first bought this top on Dec. 31, 2019. They sent me the wrong top and the wrong size. I filled out a ticket they gave me a small reward for it. So went back and bought another on Jan. 29, 2019.

I received this on Feb. 19, 2020. Again they sent me the same top they sent me the first time. Same no sequins and a size 2XX I wear a size 12. They are telling me they can not help me because I received the top on Jan.

29, that the time has run out. This place is very slow to get their orders out. So after getting 2 tops that were not right…

I returned an item by mail because the company sent me the wrong item, with all the necessary paperwork enclosed and on the outside of the box as instructed. I requested a refund! I got no refund! Now, the company wants a tracking on postal mail.

I ordered two sink faucets # 04910525 which arrived this morning. No drains for the faucets were included, contrary to item description and specifications. I spent my entire morning trying to convey this information to your "so to speak" customer service to no avail.

If this transaction had been dealt with adequately, I would have ordered a more expensive set of faucets, but I am terribly discouraged by this terrible experience!

I bought a cell phone + LED lights for $ 128.16 from LITB on 5th March 2018. It was advertised on the site 24 hrs processing and 7=8 days for delivery.

It took 8 days to process and ship on 13th March 2018 to ship as per LITB.

Both were lies and fraudulent activities. DHL told me on Lightinthebox made shipping info but never shipped items but kept the money.

Today is 29th March no parcel delivered.

com. The invoice order is 15387063 and my ticket number is 11196300. I even have my purchase number 1511051915387063. Ordered on November 8. My last response from them stated I was all taken care of. This was after I was told they were having trouble with their supplier filling my order.

Now they are saying I have been taken care of. Have I been cheated? I tried to erase the satisfaction star at the top to give them 0 stars. com customer service I have received is terrible!
