At first, things were going very well with Lincoln Financial. My employer utilizes this company for short term disability benefits. After having to leave work due to dealing with my newly diagnosed Multiple Sclerosis, I was able to reach my claim manager when needed.
Flash forward to now. My disability payments already had to be delayed once due to my inability to speak with my claim manager, but now I have maybe 45 dollars to my name's and no idea if my disability payments will be paid.
The claim manager voicemail states that all calls will be returned within 24 hours. What a joke. Nobody has ever called me back.
