At first, things were going very well with Lincoln Financial. My employer utilizes this company for short term disability benefits. After having to leave work due to dealing with my newly diagnosed Multiple Sclerosis, I was able to reach my claim manager when needed.

Flash forward to now. My disability payments already had to be delayed once due to my inability to speak with my claim manager, but now I have maybe 45 dollars to my name's and no idea if my disability payments will be paid.

The claim manager voicemail states that all calls will be returned within 24 hours. What a joke. Nobody has ever called me back.

We have a client, Shizue Minobe / Policy 0000207171, that has received 3 letters regarding her Guarantee Enhancement Rider - Activation Pending. I called about 2 weeks ago at the number on your letter only to be told that that is not the right department and they sent me to, 844-275-4677, option 0.

I spoke to a representative and after a minute or to I transferred the call to the agent, Robert Boyd. They (your representative and Robert Boyd) talked about the policy. Then the client received another letter and the agent asked that I call and have Lincoln send over her options.

I called the 844 number only to be told that I needed to call the number on the letter, only to be told that I needed to call the 844 number again. I waiting for 35 minutes on hold and then got disconnected. So today…

This company is so backwards! They are taking MONTHS to pay out a life insurance claim. The customer service makes promises it can’t keep. After losing a loved one, this company only made it worse! Awful!

I was at the Luke Combs show on Saturday July 29th. I anxiously awaited this event for a year only for it to be completely awful. The parking is terrible as is traffic guidance, we were packed inside like sardines which was a complete fire hazard not to mention if someone had a medical emergency.

There was vomit in the floor. We were pushed like a stampede. My seat area was blocked with people. I will never go to a show here again. It was God awful.

no communication from the case manager, put in request for info. and instead of following up with the places to get the info, they send me a notice after the date that they need the info, stating they are closing the claim. i have reached out repeatedly to my case manager, and others that work thier, and noone can give me an answer to any questions, and i have spoken to my case manager once since the end of may.

I was misled by two representatives about what form I needed to complete my claim request. One said I was good, the other said I needed something I had already turned in. I filed my claim on May 31 and it was not until June 26th that I was e-mailed a blank form for my doctor to fill out.

By this time my claim had been closed. It is now July 11th and I have been off since May 31st with no income at all. I should have received that document with the rest to return back in a timely manner.

I am now facing eviction because I couldn't pay my rent. I have been without daily necessities. It has been real hard. What can you do to compensate me for that being I pay to have your service?

I started a short term disability case on May 31, 2023. All documents that I received to turn in had been turned in to my knowledge. I spoke with two representatives. The first one called me about a information still needed but in the same conversation said that she had found it and I was good.

So come the next week still nothing I call back to be told by another rep that documents I already sent in were missing so I sent them again. Only to get an email the next day saying my claim has been closed due to lack of information requested.

I called many times and asked and was never given the right information for what I needed to do. Today I received another email with the document that was needed that I had never received. I have been without any income for a month now and I pay to have…

I need to speak with a manager surrounding my FLMA disability claim. My last day of work 4/24. A release from was requested for my doctor to review records. On 2 separate occasions I was told by the claim staff that they had sent him the document. They had not.

They held the form i complete stating they had a heavy caseload. This is documented in email and through your recorded calls. I need to speak with a manager. Your company finally sent the form and the medical records were faxed to you on Monday.

The claim person doesn't answer email or phone calls and this is not the first time I requested a manager. I have been off from work for over a month now. I am ready to use other measurements to be heard and spoken too.

My claim was voided out when it wasn’t supposed to be. My husband has the same case manager and we have t been able to get in contact with Hannah Whitcom. I’ve left multiple voicemails and noted on my account she needed to contact me.

I’ve been off work since 4/10 and would like to be able to provide for my kids

The fact that this company takes extremely long to get anything done. I been out of work for two months & haven’t received a single payment. Had to upload everything from my own personal email to the portal because my doctor didn’t receive any information from this company via fax.

I have been waiting for my first money I thought would had been direct deposit since I gave the info 4 times. Well they mailed it and 8 days later no money. I have scripts to pick up and almost had lights shut off..

no one waites more than a week past the due Date no more.. they will not send me my money direct deposit they keep giving me shit. Well it's been a month since my surgery and no money yet. I have 2 other co workers off sane time got paid 2 times by them.

I think I'm being targeted and the mailed it in purpose. Just sent the dam thing to my bank.

I was approved for my leave but there has been no communication with my company/HR Department. I HR had no knowledge of me even being out on leave so I had no other choice but to log into work today to prevent losing my job.

I have called and left many voicemails for my claim manager Jessica who has also not responded. I need to extend my leave to 10/21/2022 since I have had to spend so much time trying to sort out this mess with my company.

I was told that Jessica Daniels at Ext 14758 is my case manager but I have no been able to speak with her, only get her voicemail with no return call.

I have talk to over 25 people about my account to withdrawn money. They over and over told me they would fedx standard overnight to me for a charge. I paid the charge being told i would receive it no later than Tuesday this week.

Now i am told they sent the check out Friday and us postal and that now i won't receive no until Thursday. I could have done direct deposit and received in into my account. So i have no way to track the check now nor do i know where it is or when it will arrive at all.

I now will be in default of my loan because i can't deliver the funds on Wednesday because of you personal. I have no idea why every employee of yours stated the check was going fedx overnight standard. When that was not true.

I still have not got a straight answer how the check was sent. Perhaps…

I attended the Kenney Chesney Concert on 6/18/22. I will never go to a concert at The Linc again. The restroom situation is ridiculous. You have an event with 80,000 people and you absolutely d not have enough restrooms. The wait for the ladies room was on average 20 minutes!

Then when you got I there there was no toilet paper. The parking lot was even worse. Not enough portable toilets. We paid $130 for a spot in K lot. Long lin s and again no toilet paper. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

People are spending g a lot of money to go to these events and do not want to spend there time waiting in line to go to the restroom. It’s not like this is a surprise. Every year it’s the same thing.

It’s ridiculous and completely unnecessary.

My experience with this company during my work related disability was horrible. I have been back to work for three weeks. I was out of work for 6 weeks. The customer interaction with the disability rep was also unsatisfactory. She was rude and unhelpful.

I uploaded all the necessary documents to the online portal proactively. The funds were finally issued, in the incorrect amount. Then i did not see the funds pending with my bank. I called LFG three times to try and confirm the account info an was blown off each time.

She blamed me at the beginning of our conversation because I have been trying to reach her since last Friday. My leave has already started and I am about to be in labor in a few days. So I filed a STD claim weeks ago. It takes three business days to get assigned to a case manager. Then when you sign the documents. So they can get your medical records. They don’t send them to the doctor an pharmacy at the same time.

In my case they wait on the pharmacy. After they get that an review it. Then they send the request to the doctors. Which may take a week to get. In my opinion they drag their feet. But when I first talked with the case manager.

She said it can take 45 business days. I will never use Lincoln again.

I was waiting for a check, which they didn't deposit into my chime account.I had direct deposit set up and they sent me a check.This took longer.I called and called about my money.They said it was processed but,never told me,they sent a check,instead.Never told me why they didn't think this was a variable option.They did it before.They could of called me and said they were just sending me a check.Not happy at all!
