L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

I've spent hundreds of dollars at your Federal way restaurant at your Federal Way, Washington location over the past several years. Today 01 12 2024,I went to your restaurant for lunch. The temperature outside was 20 degrees . The temperature inside the restaurant was about 40 degrees.

It was so cold I couldn't even finish my lunch. I tried to call your complaint line to report this issue. The message box was full. What happened to the L&L service quality of the past? I for one will never visit your establishment again. Shame on your business.

Restaurant was dirty and trash full. Manager was unprofessional and rude to me. I ordered a kids meal and asked for cabbage. My order was incorrect and the manager refused to make it right. LP

Waianae L&L Location. Always lousy customer service, the asian lady look and sound like she hate her job but love her house this job provided for her and the hawaiian lady always get one attitude and make stink faces. just overal terrible customer service, its horrible, what an experience.

Ever since the original owners left, this place service went down hill.
