I went to the 24 hour to get cigarettes and the doors were locked and the employee was rude and says it was Google for the mistake but states on the entrance open 24 hours but they were closed from 2-330 in the morning so I went back at 330 to be told he did not want to count items again and refused to sell me any cigarettes and

kicked me out of the store telling me I could not come back ever again. This store is 3 blocks from my house to get them. The employee put green earbuds in and refused to answer anything except he counted the items and did not want to recount so costing the store money for his laziness I got kicked out and

being told that he decides when the door's are locked if it is closed during the night just change the sign and this employee should not have a job in customer…

I was in one of your stores to grab a drink and a quick snack. I noticed the manager was talking very disrespectful to an employee. I don't normally say anything or interfere, but this manager was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I did glance at their name tag and I think it said Melissa. Very disappointed.

I walked into the store on 260 us highway 24 in woodland park colorado for a simple gallon of milk at 6pm on 2/16/2024. I looked at the cashier and stayed "Brrr its cold outside'. He immediately looked at me and stated "I would watch yourself if I was you.

" Hes currently dating the employee Annissa, whom doesnt like me because she slept with my husband. I constantly get glares from the cashier Annissa Neese. I always come in respectful, and dont even acknowledge her. I dont appreciate being treated so shitty by employees at a gas station when Ive been nothing but respectful.

I like the coffee there, I also like French vanilla creamer, I don’t drink coffee without it. The store here in Fowler Colorado has been out of this creamer for over two months now. The warehouse claims to be out, but why does everyplace else have it? Please check into this.

The gentleman working the register on 6/15/23 at 130pm lost you $100 dollars. He refused to sell me more than one pack of juul cartridges pointing to the law he had on a sticker. But that law clearly states that I’m allowed to buy 4 packs. I went to the other gas station in town and easily bought what I needed. I told them what happened at loaf n jug, and not only did the clerk but also 4 people in line behind me all commented on how that guy at loaf n jug is a dick and that they all refuse to go there. That was my first interaction with him, however not only does he not understand the law, he was very rude to me when I tried to explain what his OWN sticker with the law meant. I will never go back there.

Your soda machine in Raton, New Mexico is broke again!!!! Last time it broke it took three months to repair.

Some months back I asked for some Lottery tickets yet was told by the young lady selling them to me that the cost would be $4.00 to which I assured her that I had bought them many times and that the cost was only $3.00 per ticket. She then began to yell at me and I didn't patron that Loaf N Jug store for several months.

Today I thought I would patron that store again only for that clerk to sell me the wrong amount of tickets and when I said that she had switched-up the ticket amounts her reply was, "I can't refund your money."

I worked for this company for a month. They had employee selling meth out the front door and when I complained about it I was the one who ended up leaving!! I went to find out about my w2s February 7th 2023 and was told they weren’t even sent out mind you federal law requires they are mailed out by January 31st!!

Now I can’t even file my taxes because nobody knows when my w2s will get mailed out

Hello to who it may concern I am a lifelong customer of loaf and jug. I live in Pueblo Colorado and you currently have a policy at every store except for store number 67 (it is on the corner of Thatcher and Abriendo street here in Pueblo) of Selling a cup of ice for 25 cents.

I usually purchase a full price tea and purchase a extra 25 cent cup of ice for later in the day. I have talked to the manager a couple of times about this policy and he insisted they are correct even though every store in town sells me a cup of ice for 25 cents.

About 20 minutes ago I asked the sales person Charlotte if they had corrected the policy yet and she became extremely rude with me and made me feel uncomfortable so I left the store and do not know if I will go back. Thank you for your time in dealing with…

An associate of yours refuses to give me service do to being my past employee. Totally wasted my time going there. I am a daily customer and am applaud of the audacity to refuse service to me for gas. In my store if you not getting along with anybody you still had respect for them I still serve them with a smile and you went on about your day now you just lost a loyal customer to her actions.

I was fired today for an incident that occurred on 1-12-23 with another employee who used bigoted comments and was on drugs at the time. I was told I had done nothing wrong and was allowed to continue working. I also experienced Homophobic and Racist comments by store managers while I was on shift.

I kept my mouth shut so I wouldn't be fired. The environment was uncomfortable to work in but I really needed a job. I tried to always be polite and courteous with employees and customers, but apparently that is not enough.

I did nothing wrong and employees who have been there longer automatically get believed over new hires. I will be contacting a lawyer as it is a violation of federal law to fire someone based on sexual orientation or race, Thank You.

Well I shop at the galley and Hathaway store and lately I’ve been harassed and even made threats to by loaf and jug employers. The manager of the store is a racist elder who is rude and ignorant lady who is trying to do or find any excuse to kick me out and banned me.

I have never done anything wrong and always spend a lot of money when I go. Jus to get harassed and disrespected . They kicked out and banned my girlfriend and she still doesn’t even know what for. She’s never stolen anything or broke any rules.

She jus had went there and the rude staff started yelling at her and was unprofessional while telling her she wasn’t allowed in store and still never gave us any reason of banning. So my girlfriend will walk with me down there and now they go out of the way to say she’s not allowed…

Theresa @ 810 demanded I remove my backpack and place at the door. I refused because there was a customer in line wearing one and she has never made this demand on others when they enter at the same time.

Also 2 nights ago the male clerk allowed someone to cut me and when that customer pointed this out he said "he's homeless he don't count"! I am not homeless I merely carry a backpack and frequent this store which will no longer happen.

I spent $28 CASH on that visit. I'm submitting a review on Google next.

Blonde lady at 10:26 AM Rock Springs, Wy location on Dewar Dr. My boyfriend said “Have a nice day. ” And the blonde older lady said “Whatever” out loud. The whole store and her coworker could hear it. Worst and rude customer service.

1930 S. Academy was the store location that the incidents occured. The first encounter i was not felling well i had a terrible headache and little cough so i walk a few blocks to your store and rang the bell for late hours service your employee came from in the restroom and was pretty angry i was there!

Walked in to your store on CY and asked for a tobacco product, showed my ID to attend ent, he asked if I would take it out of my wallet, I did, he then snatched my ID out of my hand, I grabbed it back, he stated he must have it.

He was very rude and I told him that he was not a nice guy and he has no right taking my ID in his position. I am 52 with a gray beard. He seemed to be on a power trip to get my ID.

I will be checking with a lawyer after Christmas to See if this is even legal. Rudest guy I have ever encountered.

I didn’t have my ID, tried to use digital ID. Joe told me that they don’t accept digital ID which I understand but I didn’t have to get yelled out like that in front of other customers and then he refused to sell me anything else because I asked him to see the policy..

Continue to run out of simple things like creamer/half n half, cappuccino, and coffee. All I want is to come in and get a fresh cup of coffee and yet over the last 2 yrs, they've made that almost impossible.

Staff apathetic about cleanliness, restocking, and reordering. Morning staff gleefully throwing away product to get out of restocking so customer's have to wait literal weeks (actually witnessed this multiple times). Turning off machines so they can throw product away. Night Staff leaving coffee/cappuccino machines broken down all night.

I might be able to get a coffee 3x a week, maybe. Running out of other popular products is a regular occurrence.

I went in to limon colorado loaf n jug and had the worst experience with a associate who snatched my id out of my hand and called me stupid.

Loaf N Jug on galley and hathaway in Co springs has some of the rudest staff ive ever met. Tall white guy with a beanie on 2nd shift has the shittiest attitude and CONSTANTLY cusses at my family and I.

Store isnt ever stocked or clean. Soda tastes like mold. Great job staff!!

The guy working wanted to argue with me about what's on my card let alone tell me they can't take v approved ids from the phone when Ive been in trouble by my manager for not doing that when I was at loaf n jug a few months ago

You have an employee named Tiffany Dorf who has zero customer service skills. I wont go back to that store. She was complaining about her job, the lay, the “f”word was every other sentence and she gave her daughter free food in front of us.

Stopped at loaf 'n Jug in 287 Fort Collins Colorado going up the Poudre Canyon we live in Livermore and we stop here all the time. we bought a pack of cigarettes during our visit last night... there was a sheriff there on a call for a suspicious vehicle who had been sitting in their parking lot for over an hour.

There is a complete lack of consistency in regards to when the store at 2835 N Washington St, Bismarck, ND 58503 is closing. Every single night they seem to close at different times and it is extremely inconvenient. Last night they closed at 10 pm and so tonight I went at 9:15 and they were in the middle of closing at that point.

This is exceptionally frustrating for a store that is supposed to be open 24 hours a day.

Charging more for products than advertised.

My husband recently took our son qith down syndrome to your store on 18th street. He needed to use the restroom and we were paying customers. The clerk was extremely rude and would not allow him to use the restroom because she said the druggie ruined it for everyone.

It was clear that our son was disables and not a druggie. You should be ashamed of the service we received. I am turning g this in as well for a disability violation. We were jn your store at 745 on saturday.

The colorado city colorado store has been broken down for so long. No breakfast sandwiches no burritos no cooler no air conditioning holes in the drive. This is our favorite local store but we have to go all the way to pueblo to shop with our rewards.

For about 5 months now, the Loaf n Jug at 010 Fairgrounds Rd. Eagle, CO 81631 has not been accepting fuel points from City Market. Points are not being accepted at the pump nor at the registers. I would prefer to get my fuel from this business, but have been choosing another business that offers gas at a less expensive rate.

This Loaf n Jug has been my preferred location for more than 11 years.

Went into loaf jug on Beverly and 2nd Street in Casper WY at 12:20 am and found no cashier. After waiting 5minutes went and opened the cooler door and asked if anyone was here. When Michelle came out she was very very rude and started arguing with me about what kind of cigarettes I wanted!!

I had to leave and take my $ elsewhere and I will continue to do so as long as you employ emotionally immature people who find me and my $ an inconvenience

This was at the loaf and jug in Colorado Springs, located at pikes peak Ave and Circle drive around 11:30 am on 5/6/2022. There were 3 police officers that were at that location on a call. Not sure what it was.

My problem was that the two clerks at Loaf and Jug we're criticizing the police officers saying things like they are just out there doing nothing just to get out of paper work. They also said several other things that were negative about the police.

This to me was truly discusting and I won't go back to that location.

I live in Colorado where food is non-taxable. Yet the Pueblo store I visited charges taxes on ALL items. Only prepared foods are supposed to be taxed. so, I am wondering if they are not turning the taxes into the state, where is this money going?

Makes you wonder about Loaf-n-Jug! Yet if you try to get a hold of them, they changed their Headquarters information and location, and won't let you know where they are located now! I tried three different locations listed for them!

And store clerks are told NOT to give out their new information. SOUNDS SHADY TO ME!!!!!
