I am a regular customer at Super Store in Nanaimo. I understand costs have increased in each department! Though i am suspect as to why! But more so… I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality of the produce at the exorbitant higher prices.

Most would be fit for animal consumption not human!! So… why has the quality gone down! Why are we subject to these disgusting costs and quality?

The manager at Paul’s Extra Foods in Ponoka Alberta should be reprimanded by your management team. The parking lot is constantly neglected. On November 18 I spoke with Paul re manager asking him to please put some salt or sand down.

His response was someone was currently working on it. That wasn’t or isn’t true. I’m 70 years old and will have to buy my groceries at another store that has public safety in mind . Thanks

Finally someone picked up and I asked if the item was in stock and was put on hold for quite sometime to only have someone else pick up phone to hang up. Called again and asked for the item and put on hold again till someone came back and ask what a Chrome book is.

Described it and immediately she said it not in stock and call back on Monday. What a crappy customer service. The called was placed at 11:30 am Sunday November 20.

the management is horrible and needs sensitivity training and leadership/management training, as well as better actions to help employees against unwilling managers and their practices. I have not ever seen this bad of management in all my years of working in service.

I have been working for a year and haven't received anything but a shit paycheque and being degraded by management. you realize we are humans too, do you not? all we ask for is livable wages, benefits, and flexible hours.

we haven't gotten anything from you except a shit paycheque.

I bought some NN shredded mozzarella cheese (2 packages) and one smelled terrible,the other was mouldy, green in the cheese. I purchased about 2-3 weeks ago .The expiration date 2023/3/02.

I have been shopping at Superstore for 10 years and I spend at least $400 per month there. That’s just me. I have no family. When I heard about Loblaws record profits through Covid and the outlandish inflation on groceries I was discussed.

When I say inflation I mean price gouging. Loblaws guarantee on not raising prices on there brand just isn’t enough for me. Does Loblaws have a plan to cool down the price gouging?

Also the $10 I get back per $1000 with pay card is a slap in the face. I’m not going to stop shopping at Superstore but I will boycott T&T ,Wholesale Club, Shoppers, and Wellwise. I will do more grocery shopping at Save-on and Calgary Co-Op.

I am extremely disappointed with Loblaws taking advantage of there good customers in these trying time. Sincerely Scott Humphries

Why do you make sales items for more then one at a time? You boast that how great it is during hard times your company. But yet you have to buy two or three items just to get a sale price.

What about the poor person that can’t afford it, single person, older people. Not fair that you’re making people buy more than 1 item just to get the sales. Put it back to the way used to be. I know I’m not the only one complaining.

Because I spoke to people this morning about it. They all say the same. So I thought I would complain. Trying to get everybody else to complain as well.

I am a senior who selected my first cell phone an Alcatel which I use pay as you go with PC mobile plan. The phone was selected at the Mobility Shop at St Clair and Bathurst where I shop weekly.

I have for 35 years. for several months the quality has been very bad and callers I can hear cannot hear me after 2,3 minutes conversation. It has never left a bedside table dropped or broken in any way. can the Loblaws corporate arrange a replacement?

also may I have an email for the \Weston office?…

Why did you remove all English books/magazines in your stores in Montreal. As an English speaking person I am offended by this and will no longer shop at any stores owned by Loblaws. You obviously don't want or need our money so I will shop where I am respected and represented.

WHY IS LOBLAWS MAKING IT HARD FOR ME TO SPENT MY MONEY THERE

Friday , July 29- 2022, went to Dominion 927 to order a birthday for a get together, couldn’t order a cake no cake decorator, guess she was gone on holidays. Apparently, you only have one cake decorator, the showcase only had 5 cakes it it - so I had to pick a lemon cake ( which by the way was beautiful- but, it has been sitting in my fridge for 3 days- so much for freshness Then I went over to the deli to order a cheese tray for Sunday ( you can get 5000 points for the cheese tray ) which is one of the reasons I ordered it. Talked to the staff- and they had no staff that could make the tray for Sunday. Imagine Rate my experience 0

Ridiculous that four stores say they are open until 11 and you close 2 hours early. How can google have it wrong? Why wouldn’t you fix it if it was wrong? Surely you know people use google. Really pissed I was a lot of time and gas trying to find one of your joe fresh stores that were supposed to be open.

99 each with members getting 3000 points. I went to the store Friday morning and found not a single case on the rack. I enquired at Customer Service and was told that the mangoes have not arrived and told me to come again.

I went on Sunday and not a case available and obtained a rain check and was advised to phone up before coming again. On Monday I called and the person who answered my call tried to connect me to the produce section four times, but no one answered my call !

On Tuesday I called in the afternoon and was told that the mangoes have arrived in the storage and was waiting to be unpacked; since it was not known when it would be out for sale I was advised to come the next day. e.
