Family went for dinner yesterday at 4…there was atleast 10 empty tables but our wait was 25 minutes…..we placed our orders n our broccoli was forgotten about along with my daughters fries ….service was terrible….waiter was not friendly at all n service was terrible…very disappointed in this service. The waiter was terrrible and rude and took a very long time and he didn’t get our order correct nor did he bring me the stuff I asked for then when me and my father got our food finally after all of the tables who not only came in way later than us also order after us and their waitress’s not only did great and

served there people and they weren’t busy then on top of it all the crusted Parmesan chicken was tuff and hard too chew ,and his outlaw ribeye was overcooked and tuff and I have never been treated terrible at your restaurant

The first issue is the smell when you walk in the restaurant. I don't know if it is the carpet or water sitting somewhere but it is unbearable.

Second, I tried to talk to a manager twice today and was told they were unavailable (ok), when I asked if there was a website or a corporate number I was told not to their knowledge. Interesting

Went in to longhorns, waitresses sat us down w/2sets of silverware. Ordered appetizers of crusted premessan asparagus. Came back steam asparagus only. Waitress took it back, she said she did not put it in right. Oder came back wrong again.

This time they only melted cheese on the same asparagus. Was not crusted premessan asparagus. During the time waiting for our appetizer we opened our silverware to dirty utensils. Took pictures of all the issues.

Finally manager corrected the issue with the appetizer. This was after we received our main course. The waitress said she took the appetizer off and put it on her employee ticket. Went to the restroom to wash up and the restroom was as well filthy.

Toilet paper all over the stalls, toilet clogged. The smell was very bad. I don’t like to…

Montgomery longhorn steak house. 10 July 2023. 1 pm. 2/3rd of the tables were empty. Went there for husband's 73rd birthday. Waited 25 minutes to be seated. Their reason, not enough staff to work, per hostess. After 25 minutes and almost all the tables empty, I asked how much longer.

She stated she didn't know. I explained it was my husband's birthday, do we have to go to Prattville? His birthday was ruined,. We WILL NEVER return to Montgomery Longhorn. I recommend closing their store. We have always liked Longhorn.

So sad to be disappointed, especially on you birthday.

My husband and I had dinner at your Cumberland, GA location. When we received our entree, they were super cold. I spoke with the manager and he did nothing about it. I did not want to send my food back to the kitchen because I was fearful that my food would not return the way it came out the first time.

This restaurant should not serve cold food period . It was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. I wanted someone to be aware bro this will not happen to anyone else. Thanks, Deidre Gillespie

Filet Mignon and T bone pick up order. no juice at all.. hard to chew. Was ordered Med well a nd looked med well but looked old as if they were reheaded. 73 today for my birthday dinner and could only eat the baked potato.

Very disappointed and would like to be compensated.

Went for dinner for a 16th bday. Waited 30 minutes because other parties were taken before mine. It took 1 hour from the time we ordered to get our food. Took 45 minutes to get our salads. Ordered 5 steak dinners, 4 we ordered medium rare, and 1 well done.

All the steaks came well done. Very over cooked. We didnt say anything because we didnt want to wait another hour for new steaks. We have been to the restaurant before and have never had an issue. Was told by the manager they were not prepared for the business.

I understand being short staffed but today was ridiculous. The whole experience was 2 hours from the time put our names in til we left.

On Mothers Day was horribly food poisoned after ordering smallest steak.

First week couldn’t eat a thing. Second week only oatmeal. (I had only had oatmeal that morning). Looks like we are one less family of 6 to serve in the Rogers Ar area.

Ordered father's day 20 oz rib eye steak and I ordered well done but it was medium pink didn't get any bread and my broccoli was cold although I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my order. The manager sucked also. Probably won't visit that location in Charlotte on WT Harris Blvd.

I visited the LH STEAKHOUSE on Amelia Dr on June 8,We seated Directly under the AC DUCT(near the Bar)We noticed that everyone at least 7 sets of ppl came in after us they were sat in the larger area with the he higher ceilings,It was so cold that we couldn’t enjoy our $100+Meal That was very upsetting to me and my guest, that we ended up getting Takeout Containers and packed up our food and left I couldn’t upload the video that I took of us in the area all alone

Ordered a medium rare steak and got a rare one It was taken back and returned with the same steak that was over done in part of it and still rare on the other Offered me another one and it came rare again It was a filet 9oz so we paid for it because I felt it was useless to send it back because it would be the same as before

I paid for my meal with my card, I picked my order up, and they took an extra 10 dollars of my card, talked to manager Gina she said that there receipt had 53 dollars My total was 53.04, they took 63.04 I told her I have my bank statements she said she did not care, they where not gonna refund my money, I love longhorn, but the service sucks. I have to get my bank statement so I can send it to you all

My son and I both ordered the Outlaw Ribeye steaks to be cooked Medium. They both came out rare! And neither steak had the delicious seasonings it’s famous for. The waitress was rude and disinterested. My wife ordered the 6oz Renegade to be cooked medium well.

It came out well done and was tougher then shoe leather. We used to dine at the Pittsburgh Mills location several times a month. But know we will try Outback Steakhouse.

My husband and I went last night. The service was great the waitress Stephanie was wonderful! The French onion…not so much. I love this soup and have searched restaurants for the best. Yours always came on top but the last 2 times I got it, it was room temp, it should be super super hot!!!

And the bread was not toasted The soup was really really bad. Both times. Please teach the chef in Deptford nj longhorn how to make this soup!!! I miss the way it was!!!!

On 2/13/2023 my wife and I decided to have our Valintine dinner early because of wait times on the day of. We were sat and ordered our food. My wife ordered the new Sierra Chicken with bake potato and I had stuffed mushrooms and ordered stuff mushrooms to go!

We ate our food and left the establishment and went home. As soon as we got home my wife started feeling nauseous and started throwing up the whole night. I knew right away she had gotten food poisoning from what she had eating.

We left without receipt last night but I will be going this morning and speaking to manager for my receipt. I have filed a complaint with the health department as well and currently my wife is under medical care receiving IV AND MEDS.

We did save our left overs in case the health inspector needs it to…

I was at ur restaurant a month ago and ordered a chick and rice lunch I requested no seasoning because I have kidney disease. It came out and had a lot of spice it was awful I was going to bring it home and was it but didn’t work.

I called ur restaurant in Albany/ Colonie ny. The mgr said her name was Bridget which I found out she lied. I have called 5 times and no one helped they brushed it off this Bridget offered me a gift card which I never got.

I didn’t ask for a card she offered will never go there again and putting it on facebook. It’s the principle!! com. Just wanted u too know they r not giving u a good name young people r very disrespectful and u won’t last long there.

To bad u use so much spice and don’t keep ur word! No good

Honestly I don’t even know how to explain the terrible experience I just had at the cleveland tn long horn. Nor am I sure this message will get sent to the right person to be taken seriously.

I got to the Cleveland long horn tonight, about 8:30. I walked in with my family. My two young children ages 9 and 6. While waiting to be sat we noticed an old friend working and walked over by the bar area to say hello. We stopped to chat and immediately began getting screamed at. A blonde girl came from working around the bar. Yelling at us. Screaming that we were in the way. My children were crying they didn’t understand what was going on. I was in shock. I walk into Longhorn steakhouse restaurant with my husband and 4 year old, the manager “Rob” who was a the desk said the wait was less than 15 minutes and I proceed to give him my name and phone number, he commented that I had an accent and I smiled but never understood his comment.

My family decided to dine at Longhorn at 3700 Lake Emma rd in Lake Mary FL today. The restaurant was pretty empty. We came in and the hostess took 5 minutes to come to the front to seat us. She told us to hold a minute and left to get another hostess.

Then she proceeded to say that the server wouldn’t be in for 15 minutes so we had to go on the wait list. I found it odd that there wasn’t a server in but was fine with it. I asked why we couldn’t be seated while we waited for the server to come in since my mother in law is 80 years old and needed to sit.

My husband is neutropenic. I asked for a medium to medium well steak because he can't have anything that's not well cooked. They gave him a rare steak while he was in the hospital I brought it to him. They did not seem to care much that this happened and I was very upset that I placed this before him.

His dinner ended up being over an hour late because of the travel time and they were very dismissive of me and the fact that he has cancer
