I bought a very expensive duffle bag for a trip I was planning unfortunately the trip got canceled and I no longer needed the duffle bag. I called and text the store in King of Prussia Pa. I was told by the seller he would see what he could do for me so I could get a full refund.

By now 30 days have passed. So me and my parents took the long trip to the Louis Vuitton store. When I entered the store I talked to one of the store employees and explained what happened and he said getting a full refund is no problem since I never opened the box.

It was in mint condition. He then and found the person I bought the duffle bag and he told me it was too late for refund and I could only get store credit. I was lied to. I need the money I spent back I told him.

I order a purse called Pochette Métis. I got a confirmation after. A few minutes later I got a email saying my order was canceled and don’t give a reason. I search this why would happend. Some say they probably didn’t have it in stock.

I understand if they don’t have it but don’t waste people time playing with their cards. I don’t get how this is legal to do to customers spending a lot of money on these products. Thanks I hope this helps

I went into your store in Montréal on st Catherine street to buy my daughter a purse. The lady brushed us off 2 times as others came in. I came directly from work so I wasn’t in my best cloths.

Very disappointed we couldn’t get waited on. It did not bother my daughter but greatly bothered me. I’ve bought a few items from you before but that will be my last experience there. My wife loves the products and I did but that was so sad today.

I am a loyal customer of Louis Vuitton and have purchased many items from your store. I am writing to complain against your staff, customer service and how I was treated when a pair of my sunglasses that needed to be repaired turned out to be replaced.

I went into Southbank, Melbourne store on March 17th to pick up my sunglass and was served by Simrat C. After waiting nearly an hour for her to get my sunglasses from out the back, she tried to charge me $170 for repairs not undertaken.

Your warranty states that Louis Vuitton will repair damages if the product has a fault. The stud on my sunglasses came off the frame, which I am pretty sure classifies as a fault. For the price paid, the quality should be 100%, including the studs around the frame of the sunglasses.

This e-mail is to complain about being charged $2000 while not receiving my purse. I called customer services several time and each time they say we will open a claim with UPS.

Today, I called and wanted to speak with the manager to resolve my issue that has been going on for few month now. I spoke to Spencer T who gave me this email address to send my complaint and I hope I can get some solution.

I called UPS several times and they confirmed 2 boxes were delivered which is what I got: shoe and perfume. I never received the third box or the bag yet I was charged $2000. I called my back to dispute then it was charged again on my credit card. How can I be charged for something was never received.

I happened to visit the LV store at Bloomingdales on 59th Street on March 16th, 2023. I was browsing and one of thestore employees (a young women wearing islamic head covering) followed me like a little dog for the whole time I was there.

And when I said followed me, I mean within 10 inches of my feet. I understand that stores need to prevent shoplifting (I am in luxury retail myself) but there is a more elegant and efficient way of doing so.

Although I received excellent customer service when I purchased my first purse and wallet, I am very disappointed in the fact that I’ve attempted to no avail reach out and speak with a manager from the Houston Galleria location about a horrible and traumatic incident that occurred immediately after my purchase.

I was followed from the Galleria to my side of town (over an hour) where someone broke my vehicle back window and stole my recent Louis Vuitton purchase. I’ve since reported the incident to the Houston Police Department, Galleria Mall security office and filed a claim with my auto and home insurance policies.

i purchased a product in LV barcelona boutique store. The sales said she will complete the tax refund form online.

However when i arrive at the airport next day. I did not find the refund form. I urgently contact LV customer service. They just dont care at all. i rang them a few times before deoarture, they just have no timeframe to reaolve the issue.

Until i arrive in Dubai, i have not heard anything from them. Usually a tax refund form just takes 1-2minutes, i have no issue with Chanel, Polo etc. i have to say the service at LV really sucks.

I had ordered a alpha wallet in Dec 2022. I received it damaged and defective. There was no signature required on my package and no return label sent in my package. I called LV and the representative told me to go to the UPS store and/or pick it up from my house.

I opted to have UPS pick it up. I did not place a return label as one was not given to me via email or spoken of. 13 Now a few weeks gone by I called LV to ask where the refund was? Redunna E.

My feet hurt so bad I have to take Motrin for the pain . After the last time I wore them on a business trip 2 weeks ago , I was in such pain I had to go buy a pair of shoes in New Mexico just to be able to return home .

After that trip I keep having discomfort on my right tibia and am actually going to go see a an Orthopedic Doctor because I think that wearing those shoes actually caused some nerve compression damage on my right foot . Hi there, I would like to have a complaint for the manager of the louis Vuitton store located at Dublin Grafton Street.

As I bring the item to the store there is no any trained repair specialist to assess my product and the manager simply blame everything which are due to the wear and tear.

I request for quality assessment and the manager refuse to do the assessment.

I was gifted as my first Mothers day a Pastel tote from LV. fast forward to dec 6-7 months later I noticed all FOUR corners are peeled... I sent it in they said because apparently he bought me a "limited edition" there was nothing they can do...

I cannot believe a 4000$ bag peels like that after 6 months.. she said well its sensitive leather... I will never in my life buy a LV ever!!!! they have horrible customer service and stop selling products if they don't last...

On 12/16/2022 I visited the Louis Vuitton store located 100 Huntington Ave Boston, Mass. My complaint is that upon entering the store I was not offered help for roughly 25 minutes and the employees treated me very rudely and made very sarcastic racial comments as if I was not a worthy customer to make a purchase!

The sales rep (name unknown) was very unprofessional and treated me as if I was just wasting her time. Mainly because I was a black customer and was dressed in my dirty work clothes and boots! I clearly had on a Local 7 Ironworker sweatshirt but was constantly overlooked by the sales reps until a rep was forced to attend me!

I was at the Louis vuitton store in San Lorenzo in Italu on Dec 10,2022. The manager at the location told my 73 year old handicap mother to get up from a chair she was sitting in while she was waiting for me to shop.

The shopping process took longer than necessary because no one would assist me until I complained if the reason I wasn't being helped because I am a young Hispanic female. The store manager made this a horrible experience being that people that looked like him recieved bettrr, faster treatment and service.

I felt prejudged as soon as I walked into that establishment. They have horrible racist customer service

I have a very expensive LV bag that came apart where the chain hooks to the leather strap. A small metal piece that connects it slid out. It’s not a problem of wear and tear, it is a faulty hinge.

LV says I must pay $350 for a new strap and wait 26 weeks. I was shocked that LV doesn’t stand behind their merchandise. They lost a customer over a repair that cost a small fraction of the bag.

The staff at LV Vienna named Maryam @ Mariam served us like shit. She was making face (not friendly and didnt give us a damn smile) from the beginning of our purchasing session until the end. The worst thing is, she didn't reconfirm what my friend Sarah and my purchases resulting in wrong charges at my friend’s credit card amounting 3000 euro ++++ So stupid and frustrating.

I went to your shop in Bond Street. As I came in I had to give my name and number and was told I’d be helped. Other people came in and went and got helped before me. I eventually went down stairs and got helped by a lady at the bags.

Then a guy came and asked me if I’m being helped and I said yes and he looked confused. The bag strap was defective and I was told to go to Selfridges which I did. Same thing happened there, a lady took my name and I sat and waited.

People walked in, definitely did not put there name down and asked a shop adviser to show them the aftershave. Which he said sure he will and did not ask a name or check a list. I got a necklace, which tarnished in a matters of hours. Horrible customer service. Philip at the Louis Vuitton Store located in Brookfield Place mistreated me and did not want to take the defective item to be polished. As a loyal customer of LV for many years I thought I would share .ey experience today in Selfriges Birmingham store.

At 1030am I visited your store to buy a bottle of my usual perfume. Despite the shop being empty I was advised that I needed to join a virtual queue with a 50 minute wait. I explained that I knew exactly which perfume I wanted to buy and didnt need furher assistance. I was turned away and I was unable to make a purchase as I had a train to catch.

I had an appalling experience at the Marina Bay Sands Singapore outlet this afternoon. My CA, Carynne, cancelled on me this morning and rearranged my appointment with Giang (screenshot attached). I was fine with it - as I really wanted to purchase a couple of items as a birthday treat.

I was unable to make it into Louis Vuitton in time to exchange a present given to me because of multiple covid exposures. They refused to exchange my gift for store credit. I wanted to use it to buy a bigger bag and spend even more money.

Not only have I not received my order after 6 days of placing it. When I called customer service I was on hold for almost 45 minutes only to be put on hold again by the representative. I still have no idea what is going on with my order.

I went into the Aria Louis Vuitton store in Las Vegas, Nevada. I had been advised by an LV assistant that one of my LV bags had been recalled. I had an email with proper identification of the LV assistant.

When I went into the Aria LV, they didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when I approached her and told her about my bag being recalled, she didn’t even try to help me. Instead she said I needed to get an email sent to me and proceeded to give me a list of procedures to follow.

She even insinuated I had made up the email that was sent to me from the LV assistant. The people in that store are just rude and stuck up. They do not resemble the elegance of LV. I walked out of that store angry and quite frankly embarrassed.

On my last visit to the Jacksoville FL St. Johns Town Center Louis Vuitton, my feelings was hurt and I feel like the customer service was not to the highest level as it should of been working at a high end designer store.

We went in and no one acknowledged us. We looked around and I went to the service counter to see if I could get help. She told me she was busy and someone will be with us. On my last visit to the King of Prussia Louis Vuitton, my feelings was hurt and I feel like the customer service was not to the highest level as it should of been working at a high end designer store. I was put on the list to see a sales associate I was waiting for almost 20 mins just to be skipped and had to wait an additional 15 min to be assisted.
