Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken

I called to let them know the issue with my order and a lady name Stella cursed me out saying she been there 7 years and she knows "damn well " the food was hot and not spicy

It is now 2:38. I've been at the drive thru window waiting since 2:14..Ridiculous

I went to the north Little Rock Arkansas location today me and several customers were in the drive thru I pulled up to the window there was a heavy set black male that looked over and turned away. Cars where honking still nothing I came home and called and spoke to a lady who answered the phone I told her about it she said that they ran out of chicken.

My response was well the answer is not to ignore people the responsible thing would be to take a pen and paper and put it on the door that reads sorry we're closed we ran out of children instead of ignoring customers.
