Paid for cigarettes cashier did not bag them I called when I realized they said bring reciept in to get replaces when in yesterday and store manager rudly dismissed me n walked away I'd like help replacing my smokes that rs 9dollers I go on there 5days a awr

We reached at Love tyre shop at exit 42, on highway i20 (Travel shop 492, Pecos, TX) to repair the puncher tyre.

The service boy removed the tyre for repairing; The service manager “Mr. Joe” called us and said, “the tyre is not good”and he wants us to buy a new tyre from his shop. It was a very small puncher in the tyre (pics attached) but he rejected to repair and blackmailed us to buy the new or move the truck out of shop. We told him that this behaviour is not good but he said its his policy to sell the new tyres.

I recommend NEVER GO TO THIS LOVE TYRE SHOP to repair the tyres.

Mr. Joe is very bad person i ever meet in my whole life. He should be punished for his this kind of attitude.

I travel a lot due to work and stop at the Love's in hearne ,TX store 375 frequently. I normally stop between 1-3am to use the bathroom and grab a snack. Everytime I come in the cashier is always rude and unprofessional.

One morning I was standing in line behind a police officer which I believe it said Calvert Police department, there were two young ladies standing between the counter talking amongst themselves. " He officer politely then ask for cigarettes and purchase them and then leave the store.

Not only was this young lady rude to a police officer of first responder. But rude to me and many more customers I see it every day that I come into the store and now I will no longer be coming in this store I will also do whatever it takes to share with friends family members the experience…

Love's travel stop #358. I have been waiting 5 hours and 37 minutes now to get a tire fixed. Was told when I came in that 2 trucks was on front of me. They was done over 3 hours ago.

Then was told that they had a roadside call and I had to wait. Well still waiting while your people walk around the shop doing nothing. Still waiting. Now was just told they will be with me on a few minutes.

Now a hour later still waiting. If no one e can change a tire then they need to let someone know that. Not tell them to wait. My time as a truck driver is important too. And my clock is destroyed because they don't want to work.

Stopped and visited loves gas station in Pueblo Colorado. I am currently sitting in the parking lot making this complaint. Me and my wife are moving to Colorado from Texas and stopped here in Pueblo Colorado to take a shower.

Asked the manager , did not get his name a bald headed Caucasian male in his 50’s wearing a black shirt where I needed to go to purchase my shower. Gave me attitude and just said it’ll be 16 dollars and rang us up.

Myself and 2 other people stopped at Hardee’s in Syracuse Nebraska when we walked in there was an off duty loves manager in Hardee’s kitchen with a dog while the Hardee’s employee was making food. The manager on duty Melissa was behind the counter when Brianna took the dog back to the kitchen where food was being prepared. We were there 3/2/2023 between 12:15-12:30 a.m

I purchased gas at the Sulphur Springs Tx Love's on Feb 14th and used my debit card. Halfway thru the transaction it seemed to hang up. The clerk who was hurried to get people rang up took my card to retry it.

She ran the card as credit and it went thru. The next morning I looked at my bank account and the transaction was posted 3 times! Twice on the 24th and again that morning. I called my bank who told me I'd have to contact Love's and get them to reverse the transaction.

When I called them the girl said it was only showing one time and she couldn't do anything about it. I called the bank back and they said the pending transactions would "fall off" on Sunday the 19th. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to have over $70 tied up for no reason!

My complaint is with roadside assistance. Loves advertises that they offer 24 hour roadside assistance. Last night (Feb. 19, 2023) I accidentally ran out of fuel and had no other choice but to pull off on to the shoulder of I74 which anyone would agree is very unsafe.

I called the Loves in Pittsboro, IN store #319 right around 1015pm asking asked for roadside assistance. I was informed that the only tech on duty had just went on break and that there was Noone else available. I then called the Nationwide dispatch number and requested roadside assistance after I gave all the information I was asked for I was told I would be contacted with an estimated time of arrival once they found a tech to out to me.

My complaint is with the McDonald’s restaurant inside the loves location I visited I asked for my food order to be cooked fresh and it was not I even got the restaurant manager involved and they didn’t do anything. In my opinion the management team needs to be removed because they are not properly training their employees my food was cold and I will no longer be stopping at this particular loves travel stop

I have no idea the price of fuel, lights on the signs are not working. I've been here over 30 minutes and none of the 3 people working the store side has greeted anyone yet. None of them are wearing proper uniforms, thr female is walking around doing nothing, or sitting behind the counter on her phone, or over at Subway eating free food.

It’s nothing less than sickening and an absolute poor reflection on loves as a whole. Family travels, we stop always at Loves, because bathrooms and store are ALWAYS NEAT AND CLEAN, service is good, good food with good service is usually available. Stopped at above store on Sunday afternoon, about 12:15 PM to use bathroom and eat at Chester Fried Chicken, was also a Subway connected.

#1, bathrooms very nasty, had NEVER seen this at Loves, then went to counter of Chesterfried Chicken, black male told us they have no chicken ready (at the noon hour) and would be at least 8 minutes, so we went on over to Subway counter, and all was ok there.

Been to this place a several times over the past 6 months mainly for food and gas. I do business in lake charles often and stop at this store sometimes. I never do this type of thing as far as making complaints go.

Firstly, I pumped fuel and my card was charged over 100 something bucks hit return on the card just to be able to use the pump! Good thing I had over a 100 in my account, or else I couldn't get fuel and risk going somewhere else! Thats just crap!

On Thursday August 25th I checked in at the Loves store #530 in Moody Alabama. A trainee within the service department filled out my work order. I was unable to turn off my truck because of an apparent battery issue and the air conditioner in my truck was also broke.

Took my truck in for a oil leak and to get the oil changed they wouldn't fix the oil leak (air compressor bolts was not tight) but they changed the oil so I pull out to a parking spot and start tightening the bolts myself so I as don't loose all the fresh oil and the shop employees come out and tell me I can't work on my truck in their parking lot I have to leave it was literally tightening 5 bolts not taking nothing apart from the truck not Making a mess and
