No order received. Was told by shipper that they have lost my order. After two weeks lululemon has neither acknowledged that they have a problem with shipping - using 3rd class, 3rd party,cheap, unreliable shipping companies - will result in non-delivery.

They are rude, incompetent and have zero idea about customer orders and where in the order/shipping process a client's order is at. Shitty company with an even shittier attitude!

There was a fraud on our credit card called the store and they said shipping will stop .but unfortunately they shipped the items going back and fourth with your company we can't get credit for our credit card they are asking for proof of the shipped Adress or email Adress And you guys can't provide Because you are saying your system is old and can't go back six months

Regarding a size exchange dorma Father’s day gift. They wanted to charge me an additional 25% as this was a Fathwrs Day gift. I was literally exchanging for size. The salesgirl Kristen from the Christiana Mall, Delaware location was beyond rude.

She had an attitude the minute I walked into the store. I gently reminded her of the thousand upon thousands of dollars that my family spends at this store and online. I didn’t appreciate nor deserve such disrespect. I’ll be as transparent as possible.

I’ve never written a complaint on someone, but she crossed the line. Store manager should have stepped in before it got worse. I work for Corporate America and own several small businesses myself. This young lady needs to learn the definition of customer service..

I won’t be frequenting this…

Filed a return request for a defective item that has been in the "queue" for one month. I have called three separate times and been told "sorry, we are really backed up and there is nothing you can do but wait".

I paid for the item which was a piece of garbage. I followed the defective item return process and have gotten nowhere.

Complaint about the lululemon local store at Bayshore shopping center in Ottawa store service rep name Makenzie. I was returning a recent online purchased item in store but she cannot return it because it was a final sale item. I was been acknowledged and which was fine to accept a gift card.

The problem is I had the same situation before but the same store always return to money back even for final sale items. So I asked why this time I had a different experience. This is a wrong expectation as a customer received and inconsistent service.

She said she doesn't care and it was not her who offered the inconsistent service. As a brand, is it proper to treat customers like this? She also asked me to leave the store.

My 12 year old daughter was trying on some active wear at the Summit NJ Lululemon store yesterday. I told the store manager that I'm 8 months pregnant and needed to use the restroom. She denied me access. I asked the male sales associate for the manager's name.

He refused to tell me it. I then asked for his name. He said it's non of my business and asked me to leave. Is that the customer service you want working for your company? Left there distraught. Being rude to a pregnant woman and a 12 year old would make for very bad publicity.

Tried to exchange a 2 piece gift for my kids gift to their father for FD.

First went to store closest to me. Excellent customer service, eager , immediate help upon entering store to find larger size in top and shorts that were purchased by my older children for their dad. Shirt available at Lakeside. Unfortunately , had to go to Canal to find shorts.

Person at counter rude for the moment I walked up , tried to explain that lakeside said exact short was not available and tried to confirm that before I found a close replacement . Employee argued with me , kept asking for receipt which I explained was bought in Boston and then he told me" I'm going to ask for a receipt no matter where it was purchased" .

It got worse but you get the point, I was so upset I left my keys at the counter and…

They charged me extra taxes for a straight exchange. A month ago contacted me they told me they will return the money, they emailed me and asked me to send both receipts which I did, it’s been more than a month and hours of waiting on the phone and no sorry or money back, no responses to my Emails.

00 to the original payment method since 12/30. After talking to 3 different reps, who all promised a refund, I still do not have it. 5 hours and said the credit would be in my account within 5-7 days. Still nothing.

The 3rd rep said someone would contact me in 3-4 days with the credit info. Still nothing.

Made an order in store, they sent to a wrong address by not asking my info. I had to call 3 times to correct, which it still wasn’t corrected, and on my 4th point of contact the associate told me my issue “wasn’t that bad”. How condescending and rude

I have three daughters and looking back over my books see that I have spent over $3,000 on product at your store in the past 18 months. I recently had a birthday and was give a few pairs of your pants, a coat and a couple of shirts. My daughters are trying to keep Dad in hip workout gear. I was excited at first and felt a kindred spirit until I tried on a few of the items to find they did not fit. No problem I thought and looked up the store location where they purchased them to go in and make an exchange. The store closest to us is at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN.

I checked on the website to see when the store was open and then called to make sure that was the case. The website gave me hours as did the answering machine on the store's website. I went 45 minutes out of my way,…

My Complaint is in regard to the treatment (or lack of) and poor and untimely support from your customer service.

04Feb2019: I contacted Lululemon via chat (spoke with Courtney) on February 4 to say that I have an issue with 2 of the 5 pairs of Fast and Free HR Crop 19". One pair has a very long loose thread (they were purchased for me from by daughter from the Princeton, NJ Lulu lemon Store for me for Christmas and were worn once) and the seam is partially unstitched along the top of the buttock area. I have tucked the loose thread that is still attached and would unravel further into the side pocket.

The second pair was probably either a gift from my other daughter (not sure which store) or one of the 2 of 3 pairs I purchased on line which you should be able to see in your computer…

Bellevue square location is closed due to renovations,but VERY POOR if any communications to public. Tel # recording is inaccurate and non helpful. Impossible to speak with live voice. With a family of 4, 3 females we have been loyal customers of Lululemon for many years, but as of last experience we will not purchase from your organization any more!
