Lumber Liquidators

The flooring I cheese is not holding up well. It is only 18 months old. It doesn’t get clean. I wish the sales person would have been more knowledgeable. Please give me a recommendation on what to do?

I moved from Munster, Indiana to Poway, California, for a new grandbaby, and was able to find a very nice newly built manufactured home in a senior park. I ripped out all the carpet and padding myself in preparation for the flooring I purchased from LL in September 2020.

I was able to leave my furniture in storage so the flooring installer, who were for the most part excellent and worked very hard. When I was choosing flooring at the store in San Diego I chose a light flooring.

My serious concern is that this flooring is not wearing very well. It is hard to keep clean. I seldom wear shoes in the house, it is only me so there is not a lot of traffic. I'm unsure where to go from here.

It appears it doesn't have a very good finish on it. I wish the sales person who helped me in the retail…

My Name is Jason Owens This is a complaint on Ms Norman that is manger at 9300 Arlington express way. Thought this would be a great place to shop for floor but boy was I wrong first she didn't even bother to say hello she is a bad host for you guys we walk right out.

But it is something wrong with her I think she needs to be put in a hospital the way she was acting with someone outside the store. June 20 2022

They let someone come in and steal half my order in Taylor mi and after I complained they blamed me and still never reimbursed me my money not even for the rest of the order. Thanks for stealing my money.

Your North Olmsted floor 10:30 sat Oct 16th We have bought floors 3 different times and different locations. Went in told Manager we needed 2 boxes of replacement for a section that was damaged,without checking he said we don't carry that any more,ask if he could check other stores .

No no one has it Ilooked in corner and saw 3 boxes of the floor we needed marked down as discontinued,he was upset that I disturbed him. I am 72 and have some physical limitations, boxes were heavy ,he took one and told me I needed to get the other one!

I did with some difficulty put the last one in my car myself and didn't get a word of thanks,he was upset because we were only spending a small amount but like I said 3 floors bought from different locations

Went to the Palm Desert CA store on 8/25/19 and met with sales rep, Martin. We selected a floor product and because the computers were down, he was unable to provide us with inventory availability. We discussed having someone come out to measure and provide an estimate on the installation costs.

Martin assured me he would call the next day to schedule and verify that they had the product we selected in inventory. Over the next 7 days not only did I never receive a call back, I called the store each day to followup on scheduling the estimator coming out.

Each time I was told," i'm with a customer right now, can I call you right back". Two of those calls were answered by Martin himself and I got him to acknowledge who i was and he recalled waiting on me.

Installation Issue- I cant get anyone to call me and confirm when the issue will be taken care of. The store manger promised a follow up phone call but that never happened. The coordinator assigned to the project won’t respond back to emails.

Returned 2 Bowes of cleats and a couple splines. Got a paper receipt for one box and an email receipt for other box and splines. Got my account credited for one box and splines but no credit for other box.

Returned to store to ask about it and was told no record of a per receipt could be found. Can't find my copy. Asked why refunds were treated different and man said he couldn't remember. This was in Greensburg PA store.

Sales Order number is 131177821 Customer No. 7866156 Included in her purchase was the following: Product: 10036497/QCBAMSTCS/1031/10/10-03-2018 MS XD ENG Carbonized Bamboo 3/8x5-1/8" 50 Year Warranty Quantity: 1392.64 sq ft Price $1.99/sq ft Amount: $2771.35 Per the note on receipt from the Lumber Liquidator employee (Brandon Brown), who loaded Mrs. Bastian's trucks and the personal count by Mrs. Bastian and her son, 52 boxes of the above product were loaded on their trucks. The required number of boxes to meet the square footage was calculated by the store sales person.

Dear Sir or Madam, If I could rate my experience in the store, it would be a zero star. My floor installer sent me to lumber liquidators to select a floor. I was prepared to purchase 1600 square feet of 3/4 oak flooring.

Upon my first visit, I was approached and asked if I needed assistance, which I did. I have never needed to purchase flooring before and I needed to explore all the products available. I specifically asked for solid 3/4 wood flooring.

I was not interested in engineered flooring. Instead of pointing to the area where I could find most of the products that I would be interested, I was made to walk the entire store and sift through vinyl, engineered, etc. Frustrated, I left.

I decided to return to the store a week later with a friend. I let my friend do the talking so that…

Recently we where contracted by Brock Nolan to lay flooring in his home. We where told the order was ready for pickup, this was at the store in Broussard, Louisiana. because our time is very valuable we depend on distributor to be honest with us. When we arrived to pick up the order, they loaded the wrong order on our trailer, had to unload that order then had trouble finding the correct order, then they just had half the order. They told us that the rest of the order would be in within five days, when we checked five days latter, the order was not in and come to find out was not even ordered, then they told us it would be in on the next truck load. Did not happen, know they say it may not be in till the end of may, or the middle of June.

Lumber Liquidations installed our flooring on December 2014. Floors are now buckling due to no room for expansion. We mailed claim & pictures over a month ago. Have made multiple calls & emails with no response. We are tripping over this mess and need it addressed NOW or we will go forward with whatever we have to do to get this fixed.

Hunter is supposed to be our claims rep but refuses to return our calls. Will NEVER use Lumber Liquidations again and are telling everyone we know!!!

December 30, 2014, I had flooring installed by Lumber Liquidators. The flooring is now buckled very badly because they are not allow for expansion. I filed a claim on April 3, 2015. I talked to Hunter one time and he said he thinks they have everything they need.

The next step is to have a contractor look at it and see what needs to be done. Now he will not receive or return my calls. PLEASE HELP!!
