I bought a magijjack phone for my legally blind 82yr old sister a year ago n0. 318-2997021. When I tried to renew it for her it would not take her card as was saying incorrect name. Spent hours on phone with help dept.

who could care less to help. My sister cannot access email and does not have computer or smart phone so we cannot verify her email address now . 92 to renew phone on my card which is evidently what name is on phone.

WHY can’t you just reinstate her service?? You took my money under my name but because we cannot access the email you have, we cannot verify acct. I gave customer service her address, phone no, and email address she can no longer access.

She is old, sick, legally blind. You took my money but will not provide service. Horrible customer service-you must not care…

Magicjack disabled one of the phone number of my employee. I have been asking them to reactivate it but no response. It's been 3 days. Our business is suffering due to this. There is no support number or any escalation line. Completely useless company.

I would be moving away all my 25 magic jacks from this garbage company.

Upon arrival in Florida's and unable to use my MagicJack I found out it was missing. I immediately went to Walmart. 20 for my additional years, Lost a year on the old Magic Jack because of covid. AFTER THE INSTALLATION.

I was never able to make. or receive calls. I spent hours every day trying to get them to he. Well they hung up on me, sent me to someone on line who charge me for nothing. When I first started using MJ years ago, it was great..

Because I am a snowbird and stay in Florida a month or so every year, this worked for me I requested them returning may money for time that I haven't begin to use. My paid up free time is January 2023 start my purchase up time is January is four years from then.

About half the time when someone calls, I hear them fine but they can’t hear me. Tried to contact magicjack, can’t talk to live person. Used their chat but Janice person sent me a link that cut me off. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Now that MagicJack no longer has human customer service their app isn't working properly and there is no one to help me - example - someone responded to a text message I sent them - it appeared on my phone screen and when I touched the message to open it it disappeared.

I tried logging out and restarting the app but nothing. Then I saw the voicemail "dot" but when I call my voicemail it said there weren't any messages. Then I tried to send a report from the app on my cellphone but even that didn't work.

Whoever made the decision in MagicJack corporate office to discontinue live phone support should be fired. They have ruined it for me and I have been a customer for a long time. I even paid for technical support but they discontinued that option.

Live chat doesn't work for me.

I paid MagicJack on 1/10/2022 to continue a previous 1 year subscription starting 2/12/2022 -ending 2/12/2023My phone says not in service. Impossible to talk to anyone to correct this error on their at MajicJack. HELP

Won't let me renew my magic jack subscription with out an old email that I don't even remember what's up with them I've had an account with them for 14 years. I guess I'm lucky I have another phone I can use. But I do love the once a year payment plan.

I submited 3 times for help with my magic jack. They say I am on a list for help but there are no instruction on how this help will get to me - by phone? email? I have been waiting 2 days for the reponse.

I cannot make long distance calls. I can hear them, they cannot hear me. I have had this problem before and they fixed it. I think they updated my phone. I just bought new phones and the problem has returned.

Have a device, that I called, paid to have reactivated and home number ported from my current provider. They ported my number and activated the wrong majicjack. I had two on my account. The one was an older model that required being plugged into a computer and was never mentioned in the conversation.

Gave them the number of the device to reactivate. They activated the wrong one. I have called and called, chatted online with customer support. Always a runaround. They had no problem taking the payment, porting the number and making a mistake.

It has been over 2 weeks and still no service. Using my cellphone. It has truly been like pulling my own teeth with a pair of rusty pliers to deal with them.

Worst experience with a company Ever!!! I have spent the last three and a half weeks trying to get a refund for a product I accidentally purchased nearly a month ago. In early November I got an email reminding me to renew service.

I followed the link on the email to what I thought was the renewal page. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a new service pace. Without realizing I ordered a new magicjack with a new number. I did notice an increase in price, but not my error.

Two days later I got an email saying I needed to renew my service still. On went the light bulb. I called customer service in hopes of rectifying my mistake. I was told by the rep that it was to late to stop the order , but I could give it to someone as a gift and she could renew my service with her ( of course having to…

Defective Device/Modem after 4 years. I bought a MagicJack phone device/modem in April 2016. Since 2018, the line had disruption or some kind of static noise.

I spent over 30 minutes with a MagicJack online chat customer service on 05-9-19. It said that I have problem with my Internet and otherwise, there is nothing wrong. But when I used the phone by downloading the app, there was no line disruption or static noise.

Then I ordered a new modem and now there is no issue of noise problem on the line.

I tried magicJack and it did not work out for me due to a slow internet connection. I returned the device an now for ten years I keep getting messages up to 20 a week. I can not end the subscription to this account.

there is no one to call. I just want the majicjack harassment to stop!

I purchased 2 new MJs and the first one did not work and I called the tech department and that took hours and hours and the device still did not work after doing all that they instructed. So after much effort and frustration it was now time to install the 2nd device in the first ones place and the same thing happened all over again.

I called the chat tech line and Billing and they told me they would have a Tier 2 tech call me. I waited 2 days and they never called. I even called the 2nd day to ask why the first tech did not call me and he falsified the email notes which I still have to prove he was given my contact number.

I am sold a defective product and I am stuck with all these issues that are no fault of mine. 57 to mail the first MJ back and drive to the post office 5 miles away…

Was on the phone for 40 minutes without an answer to my questions; sent 2 or 3 follow up messages without each one being answered. Chat was ended by support agent without response. I want to know how I will have to pay for this before i buy it or set it up.

I have a paypal account. Won't send my credit card info to you over the Internet. Want to be sure i can keep my current phone number. Why would an agent need to know my personal information before he or she could answer those questions?

How would that personal information "help her answer my questions better"? Bad, bad service. Jane

My MJ has not worked for the last four days. I contacted a company that was supposed to be MJ tech support and spent five hours on my cell phone and $110 to try and fix this problem. The company was "MineSoft Solutions" they originally said I had been hacked but after five hours they said that MJ was malfunctioning' so next i tried to call MJ customer service and got a very rude person.

Next I tried MJ tech support on line chat with a Jonathon V who did not help me at all. Spent two hours with this person (who has no last name - hmm). I am 80 years old and have terminal Lung disease and may not be the sharpest toll in the tool box but i did spend 40 years in It (Information Technology) in programming and management.

I have been a MJ customer for over 8 years and find it just deplorable…

I have an extra number which I no longer use and they "send" automated calls to the number I do use, telling me to renew the number which I no longer use. I cannot find any way to CANCEL the number i no longer use.

More importantly recently I keep getting "not available" on my calls to Uganda or when the phone at the Uganda location "rings" the long time friends which I am calling say there is no ring YET THEY can call me at my Magicjack number. I cannot find anyway to contact Magicjack to get these problems solved because Once again there is no way to contact Magicjack about these problems, in spite of "contact" and "Support" buttons .

The Webs site simply takes me in circles back to "SUPPORT" "Live Chat" does not show for me and only takes me back to SUPPORT and I cannot find an email…

I have gotten multiple calls from numbers I did not recognize and when I call the numbers back, I always get a message that the magic jack customer is unavailable. Today I got a call and when j picked up the person hung up and when I called back was told that the magic jack number I dialed has not been assigned to anyone. This needs to stop.

S/N:10310202099184. The package had writing that suggested I could get phone service for approximately $20 per year. That was in April 2014. Phone service was installed and continued until September or October of 2014. I make so few calls that I can't tell exactly when the service was discontinued , but when I tried to place a call in October, I could not. My service was discontinued. 49 on 5/7/2014.

I tried to contact Magic Jack by phone and was directed to a person whose accent was so thick that communication was virtually impossible. A gentleman called after the the first phone call fizzled. He also had an accent…
