I bought a magijjack phone for my legally blind 82yr old sister a year ago n0. 318-2997021. When I tried to renew it for her it would not take her card as was saying incorrect name. Spent hours on phone with help dept.
who could care less to help. My sister cannot access email and does not have computer or smart phone so we cannot verify her email address now . 92 to renew phone on my card which is evidently what name is on phone.
WHY can’t you just reinstate her service?? You took my money under my name but because we cannot access the email you have, we cannot verify acct. I gave customer service her address, phone no, and email address she can no longer access.
She is old, sick, legally blind. You took my money but will not provide service. Horrible customer service-you must not care…
