Manchu Wok

On March 4, 2024 - MY husband and I had lunch at Manchu Wok and ordered the 2 item meal which consisted of Rice, Honey Garlic Chicken and Ginger Beef (as we have done many times before). The Honey Garlic Chicken and Rice was of, but the Ginger Beef was tough and did not taste good. I went back to Manchu Wok and explained and the person behind the counter was very rude, did not want to hear my complaint and just walked away. We have never been treated in such a rude way before. Any other place would have gladly taken the beef back, and would have very politely replaced it with another choice. I did not ask for my money back. Is this the policy of Manchu Wok.

I have left three messages on your voicemail and have had no response. A reply or call would be appreciated.

To whom it may concern:

I would like to register a complaint about the one that I bought earlier. It is one item pick at Manchu Wok in Glendale ave., St. Catharines. I ordered rice and chicken(orange). The chicken tastes different and now it bothers my stomach. I am having a diarrhea because of the food.

Complaint Crocroches in the food Manchow Wok resturant Khalidiya Mall 22.02.2023 Dear Abu Dhabi manicipality,

The below happened on 21.02.2023.

I am writing this letter to file a complaint against Manchow wok restaurant in Khalidiya Mall. I have been to that restaurant many times in dubai and now I have become a regular customer. Yesterday, I ordered Combo number one as displayed in their menu from this restaurant as dine in.

While I was devouring the food i ordere with my family , I saw an insect ( crockroch) in mixed with the food. Unfortunately, I had eaten half of the meal when a dead crockroche appeared. After seeing that, I rushed to the outlet of the restaurant and showed the sample to the person at the counter. Their supervisor kept saying we are very sorry.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I visited the Orlando International Airport on 5/7/2022 at 8:30 am. I got in line and the employee (who happened to be African American) asked if she could help who’s next and looked right passed me and started to help the African American people behind me.

I said excuse me but can I get a bagel and she said NO and continued helping the man behind me. The girl at the register (equally as rude) said breakfast ended at 8:00.

First of all why would breakfast end at 8am. After stewing about how rude they both were I went back up and asked for the manager. The girl behind the counter refused to give me the name and kept asking why I wanted it.

I just said I needed to file a complaint and she still refused. Awful service! Rude and clearly racist…
