Dogs that are not service dogs allowed in stores. This happened more than once. yesterday I almost tripped over a dog.

Being harrassed by 3 employees and no one will stop it it’s been going on for 2years I need it too stop I have video of some of it

I went to the newport ave store to purchase few items, upon checking out the card reader machine got jammed making my card read error. I got attacked by another customer for no fault of mine. I decided to speak to manager and he was rude as well. I feel discriminated.

I think we work way too hard for only $14 an hour. We're like slaves. This is the reason I quit. Now, we're not allowed to take garbage to the dumpster. The mouse in the market will become rats and there will be a lot of flies. Wake up!!

My local Market Basket location in Iowa of Louisiana always has an issue when cashing checks. I understand that you cannot cash a hand written paycheck, but how is it that I can't cash an electronic one? There's not many places around to cash checks, so I find it very inconvenient to not be able to cash my payroll check at my local location.

I was in line when a customer told me that my cart hit hers. Your cashier told me not to have an attitude. There was no cause for your cashier to say that. Then the cashier told me she was having a rough day.

It's not my fault that her day was not going great. The people behind were stunned by the way the cashier was talking to me.

Recently I purchased 2 cans of Sweet Pea s from MB for dinner. I proceeded to make my dinner which consisted of 6 organic leg quarters approx. 3 lbs of red potatoes. I personally cleaned and prepared both the chicken and potatoes.

I just opened the cans of peas and heated them in a pan. When I servers dinner 1 of my guests found a bug in their peas. Needless to say everyone was disgusted by it. All the food was thrown away.

Now I’m wondering if I need to also throw away all my MB vegetables? I’m very disgusted, and angry that all that food went in the trash.

First time ordering pizza at market basket near Home Depot salem NH. I was standing between pizza maker and egg salad lady and was ignored for 2 minutes.

Finally I asked where do I order a pizza ? The girl said at at the pizza station. I said where is that? It’s my first time here. She said over there and it looked like she was pointing to the egg roll guy.

Then I asked over there? She said no one step to your left. I got very annoyed since I was there already. This is my first time and last time I’m ordering a pizza from a supermarket who does not train their employees customer service.

This is the second time that I can't identify the price of the 8-roll paper towel. 99. I read the paper with the price and it says Bounty 6 rollos. 99 for 6 rolls. If I knew that was that amount, I would have paid for the 8 rolls stead of 6 one.

We shopped at Market Basket this morning at the West Bridgewater, MA store and were surprised when we reached the register. Two young girls were working at the register; one was the cashier, the other a bagger. No good mornings or greeting of any kind toward my husband or myself, which was OK, but then it all started.

The cashier and bagger were chatting back and forth about something, but we didn't know what it was because they only spoke in their own foreign language, throughout the entire transaction. Not one word was spoken to us until we swiped our Market Basket Card in the little machine.

Hi. I frequently shop at Store #007 in Billerica (I believe that's the number store) at the Towne Plaza shopping center. The sensors on the doors to let you inside the store do not work properly and they have not worked properly for years.

Frequently when I visit the store they do not open for me and I must push them. I have been stuck behind old ladies many times in this situation over several years. Today I was leaving and I had to push my shopping cart with all my strength to use the exit door to force it open.

This is a problem, including a fire hazard, and it must be immediately fixed.

I was at the Swanzey, NH store a couple weeks ago. I’ve been going there since they opened. I was at the seafood dept wanting haddock. I was the only one waiting. , He was referring to the paper numbers.

There was no number dispenser there. He told me that I had to go to the deli to get a number. Are you kidding me? I had been standing there for 15 minutes, I was the only one. Not good.

A similar thing happened today with meat department! That place has very service and I’m shocked and disappointed. I’m thinking of changing stores which I really don’t want to do.

I recently bought some MB branded yogurts. I bought x2 Light Non-Fat Yogurt Peach flavored. I thought it was a fluke when I opened one yesterday and it was plain yogurt (no peach). But I just opened a second one today and the same issue. Plain yogurt - no peach.

The westgate Market Basket in Haverhill, MA is aweful. They're out of so many items all the time. When you ask an employee they're rude & say "I don't know what to tell you". The other Market Basket at Central Plaza always has most items. Bad management.

Yes my name is Michelle Curtis I am legally blind and I have a cane I was using today in the Epping Market Basket. It was about between one and 130 and we were in there shopping and somebody had a dog in there that was not a seeing eye dog and tell me that’s not safe to have a dog on a leash and

they’re walking around the store I didn’t think we will allow dogs in a store unless they were seeing eye dogs. Something needs to be done about this let people know they cannot bring the dogs into the store walking around thanks Michelle

I like market basket, I have been going there for years. The only complaint I have about it is the deli department. I go to the market basket in Oxford Massachusetts, and it seems I am always waiting at the deli.

I don't mean 5 or 10 minutes, I mean a half an hour to 45 minutes. I understand working behind the deli you're always busy, I believe they should be paid a premium, but if they cannot produce well they should be moved to stacking shelves or bag and groceries or whatever.

Waiting over a half an hour to get deli is unacceptable.

I was food shopping at this store and it was very frustrating to see an employee (Supervisor, named Juan) being very rude to another employee, a lot older than him, telling him in front of all the customers that he was not doing his job properly. Disgusting and very disrespectful behavior toward another human being. Will not go to that location anymore.

Today, I went to the cashier to pay my groceries. It happened at 400 Lowell Avenue at Haverhill, MA at 11:05 am, according to the receipt. The cashier's name is YUSSEL, according to her name tag, was very unfriendly and very rude when she didn't have any friendly customer relations with customers, like myself.

When I was having a problem with my credit card to purchase, she didn't say anything. I wish that they terminated her, because of her unfriendly attitude towards customers, like myself. This is why I despise Market Basket, because the majority of employees are very unfriendly and very rude
