Our first Homes and Villas stay made a joke out of your claim that all properties meet Marriott’s highest standards. If that is the case, would hate to see what the lowest standards are! ” We have a lot of photos of these things, but can’t upload even one because the image is too large.

Good morning We arrived to our destination on Saturday 14th Jan in the evening and communicated our flight info etc. 5 days. We were equally tired. The young lady was sure to advised her that she was tired and thus the treatment we received.

Booking in Paris France. Was suppose to be a luxury apartment but was everything but that. Upon our arrival we noticed several dents in the wall, broken closet handles and a picture missing. Checkmyguest to let them know we did not do the damages.

I also wanted to ask what kind of detergent to use in the washer. It was then we were notified the washer was broken. The representative told me a new washer would be purchased and hopefully delievered during our stay.

Since it was December 23rd chances of that happening were slim. The representative told me 8f we did not get the washer we would be compensated. Then an awful sewage smell was coming from one of the bedroom showers. I called Checkmyguest again and the solution to this problem was to deliever 2 cans of Fabreez.

This is my first time bookings with Marriott’s Vacasa that Marriott advertises as “THEIR HOUSES and CONDOS” – I am a Marriott Rewards member #963722749 And THIS VACASA is NOT A MARRIOTT and has NONE OF MARRIOTT STANDARDS! This was my first using this service and it WILL BE MY LAST and right now as mad as I am – I’m doubting Marriott.

I’m guessing they could care less about a 3rd party destroying their name! I am also a Holiday Inn member and can use them; I’ve not had this trouble with HI. I tried for a month to get information on parking, how many spots, if there was a cost, how did we get into the unit, can they email or text me the code - - it took the WHOLE MONTH for someone at Vacasa to get back with me.

They didn’t know anything about the parking, they didn’t think there was a cost…
