Can you identify when and where was this card account used? The bank -just recently- has given me the last four digits of the said, because these were not showing by the reports.

Mastercard blocked a transaction I tried to make to Jail ATM. I got no text asking me if it was a valid transaction or email etc. It just wouldn't go through. I called Jail ATM and they said it was the credit card company. I called Mastercard and went through a ridiculous vetting process with the fraud department in order to use my card.

Couple of weeks later I tried to send more money. Once again blocked. Once again no inquiry to me asking if it was valid. I called and went through the same stupid vetting process and was told it was fixed. Tried to make the transaction after the phone call. Still blocked. Called again and was going to be through the same process. Could not understand the person I was talking to because of a very thick accent.

I used my Capital One master card to pay for a service that turned out to be a scam. I was originally lured into a Crypto futures trading scam and ended up losing 180k. Then in desperation I was seeking ways to get my money back.

I found The Crypto Marketing Company and they said they could get my money back. I ended up paying them 30k, of which 10k was on the master card. I filed a complaint with Capital One to try to reverse that payment and sent them all the information I had concerning it, which wasn't a whole lot because all the interactions were done via whatsapp.

I have a PayPal debit card and can't get it to work.

On 12/03/2022 My Mastercard was compromised and I filed a Dispute with Merrick Mastercard and the closed the account and issued a new card. on 1/23/2023 Merrick decided the charge was reversed because normal transactions and I had a history with the merchant. This is False Never heard of the merchant never made any purchases through them. I called Merrick Bank to request documentation as to the Transaction as stated at the bottom of the letter. I also requested a copy of the Merchant rebuttal. Steven from the Fraud department said he would send out the requested documents and I would have them in 2 weeks. I have been a Mastercard holder for 25 years, most of that time an Executive World Elite card holder. On January 25, 2023 (Wednesday), I contacted Citi Cards to express a concern about a charge on my December/January bill. I spoke to "Gail," and we quickly agreed that (a) the charge was erroneous, and (b) it was quite likely fraudulent. As a result, my existing card was cancelled. "Gail" assured me that a new card would be issued and FedExed to me by either Thursday or, at the latest, Friday.
