I signed up for a 3 month membership last Thursday the 13 and I called and canceled within a few hours. I changed my mind. I paid one hundred sixteen dollars it won't even let me on the app @ all.

Match will not allow me to access my matches and messages even though I have a fully paid subscription. They NOW require that I continue with a "vibe chat" procedure which I do not want to do, and which was not required when I paid my subscription.

Each time I try to access my matches and messages, I get a popup box to join vibe chat, which blocks my access and there is no way to disable this popup- no cancel, no close no skip options, Attached is a pic of what happens when I go to the matches page

When the say it's a free site they are are telling lies, even when you have a active account, you can't get the help you need or refunds when you delete or deactivate your account. I was targeted by a scammer on Match dating website. I was a paid member. This woman scammer asked me for my text number; I refused, because I don’t trust just anyone, especially without knowing that person. This person reported me to the Match customer service people; and for no reason whatsoever.

I then received a notification that my account was deactivated because I broke a privacy agreement. I I sent email several times and tried to respond and defend myself about the complaint, but every time I did that; I received a privacy and terms notice and they did nothing but issue me a credit on my account.

First, all dating sites are owned by the same company. IAC owns Match as well as others. For complaints, don't bother with their customer service. They have no interest in helping you. You need to call CEO Joey Levin at IAC Corp at 212-314-7300, and ask for his office.

Since joining Match 11-11-16 I have only been able to use this site twice. I have filed many complaints stating that my password would not work. With a reply I would be contacted within 48 hours. This has not happen.

At this point I am asking for a cancellation of my account and a full refund of the 3 months I have paid for.
