To Whom it may concern,

I am writing in reference to a mattress that I purchased in November of 2022. I purchased the Calm 9 medium Euro top memory foam queen. After months on sleeping on my mattress it has become very uncomfortable. It is sinking in the middle and is causing difficulties when trying to get a comfortable nights sleep. A brand new mattress should not be sinking in the middle after 16 months. I have to try to sleep on the edge, and if I happen to roll over in the middle it is a challenge to get out of the bed.

I am requesting a partial refund or a new mattress, there is nothing firm or calming with this mattress.

I contacted mattress firm for help with bed for my daughter. We are low income family and I am going through disability process. Spoke with one lady by text and phone call asking for a bed donation. She said she would find out what they could do.

The following day I asked if there was any joy. A different woman called me saying there were 3 beds for my daughter to choose from. So yesterday took daughter to go pick her bed. She picks the one she likes and hugged me and told me it was the best Christmas present she ever got (she is 12).

We get paperwork going only for the woman(same woman who I talked to the 2nd day) to tell me it was going to cost me over $800. We came home only to receive phone call from mattress firm apology to me.

There was a miscommunication between their employees.…

My bed has foot and head raised and remote not working, no one can tell me what the problem is! Last week I went to pick up a mattress with my friend and the service I got there was horrible. Some woman named Margaret or Maggie was incredibly rude to us. She kept cutting us off while talking, talking down to us, she even told my friend to “Shut Up” when he was trying to explain that the mattress being given to us was not the one he ordered.

When we put the mattress in the back of our truck she said “If it flys out on the highway it’s not my problem” then shut the door in our face. My friend went in to use the bathroom and when he came out he said he could hear her talking to other employees about us, calling us fat and lazy.

I know this job is thankless, but he spent a lot of money on this mattress and would assume we would get some level of consumer appreciation. Sad really, will…

Purchased a Purple Premier 4 almost a year ago and now have severe separation of the foam bumper from the egg crate and tearing of the binding fabric and deterioration of materials. Claim was denied despite MF’s failure to provide Mfgr’s warranty conditions of proper number of horizontal supports and legs upon sale.

I was asked to do an online review for service I received on July 3rd, 2023. I gave an honest review with an explanation. I also said I did not want to be contacted by anyone. On Wed. July 5th I received a call from Candy at the warehouse asking me how I could give a review of 6 when she felt they went out of their way for me.

My complaint was that the base wasn't delivered with the mattress. She also told me that because I gave a review of a 6 that the delivery guys wouldn't be able to work for a few days. I also mentioned that they were not able to communicate in English.

I purchased a Tempur-pedic bed with an adjustable frame in the Westport CT Store The Mattress gave me such severe back problems I ended up going to Physical Therapy. There was no real verbal communication because of the language problem but he was able to say come back . He never returned.

On the next business day I called the store and found that I couldn't exchange the mattress because the tag was missing. I did not remove tag. I have no idea what happened to it. I have never seen it.

Im guessing it is on the underside of the mattress. Im 67 years old with arthritis and a heart problem. I couldn't possibly lift the mattress to take the tag off. Why would I since its not visible and I wouldn't know exactly where to find it.

I was sent an email requesting a REVIEW of service immediately after purchasing my $3,500 King adjustable bed at your location in Colonial Heights, Virginia. I gave a very positive review; however, I would like to retract that positive review as the service I’ve received since that day has been absolutely deplorable!

* I was given a time window for delivery and told the driver would call approximately 30-69 minutes before arrival. ) that they would be at my house in 5 minutes. The delivery driver then told me that they do NOT take the frame from my old bed.

Disaster …. I just got it delivered on Sat it sink … like somebody returned and they wrapped up in plastic and sold it to us. Where is a real company to buy a mattress? This my 5 th since October 2023 .

Over the years I have bought mattresses from MF. I am a repeat customer. Not anymore. I’ve had trouble with the last two I bought two mattresses within a year. The last one very expensive Stearns and foster was the most miserable.

Saleswoman told me it was a medium. Found out. Absolute firm. Woke up in pain all night for months. It is a Huston. Found out from other stores it is an absolute firm. Sickening. Start ed looking again. The online customer service reps were awful. Never again MF

Ordered a new mattress from Mattress Firm 10 days ago. 2 days ago they delivered the WRONG size, STYLE and BRAND. The delivery driver put it on the porch ( I didn't want to pay the $150 for inside delivery) and I noticed right away it wasn't what was ordered.

I caught the driver before he left and told him it was the wrong item. He told me he was a contractor, couldn't take it back but would make a note on the delivery slip and let them know (he didn't) and told me to contact them to have it exchanged for the right item.

First off you can't talk to a live person (I called they put me on hold and forgot about me) you have to use their messaging system to talk to a customer rep. " Really?? That set the tone for the rest of the exchange.

I called the store several times that I wasn’t happy with mattress causing neck and my back was hurting and wanted to return mattress. I was told that I got to break it in and that I have sometime to do that!!

The results are still the same so I call store again and was told someone would follow up with me only received call about payment!! I would like for mattresse to be pick up !! I feel like I did get the same mattresse from store!! I feel scammed!!

Good Day. I have been a customer of Mattress Firm for over a decade. I am appalled with the recent conversation and help denied by Gina and Cameron. I went to Cameron at the Menlo Park location here in NJ to request a pick up date for a boxed mattress that they said they couldn't stop delivery to my house.

They said it had to come to my house before they could move the ticket to exchange a Tulo foam mattress for a Snug foam mattress. I was directed to speak with Gina who works as a supervisor of Woodbridge NJ.

I went in to the store 1504 cotton grove rd Lexington nc. No one came out of the back for 15 mins. We yelled back there 3 times she finally came out got on the phone and ignored us completely.

We went to your Westport Rd store on 10/21/22. We were reluctant to spent $7000+ on a bed however store manager stated in direct terms, we had nothing to worry about if we did not like our purchase, except for a possible cleaning fee. 76.

On 12/4/22 I returned to the same store and again speaking with the manager “Michael”, and was advised the firm was not included in the return policy. The stated he reviewed this, and it was on the receipt at the close of the sale.

He did not, however in very small print it does not “no return”. It is my opinion, and mostly likely many other reasonable thinking adults, using a font 6 on a receipt after the sale ,and misleading statements is the an example of deceptive sales practices.…

We spent over $2,000 on a mattress that has brought me nothing but pain. We went through the whole process of what we were locking for, including pain points. I have more pain in my shoulders and am not able to sleep well since buying a mattress there.

We have attempted to make contact several times and get no return calls. I sleep better on 3 other mattresses in my home that we purchased at Sam’s Club for a fraction of the cost. Don’t waste your money at Mattress Firm.

Very bad experience with Mattress firm. Purchased a $2,800 Stern & Foster firm king size mattress on May 11, 2022. The mattress wasn't slept on till July, 2022. It was only slept on in Aug. Sept. Nov. and Dec. 2022. Sagging began with a short period of time, starting in Sept.

Mattress Firm denied my warranty claim. I went to step two. Paid their $79 warranty service fee to have someone (mattress firm sends) come to my house and inspect the mattress.

A man came to my home and measured the mattress. Would not give me any information. He took his measurements and told me Mattress Firm would give me their decision.

You guess it! Denied!

I ordered the wrong size mattress (too small). I wanted to return it and purchase and bigger size mattress but they wanted to charge me for picking up the returned item. I messaged them and never got a replied. I don't think I will do business with them again.

I gave Mark Brown an employee at Mattress firm 410 Towntown RD, White Plains, NY 10607 1200 to purchase a mattress for me. He been giving me the run around and have not ordered my mattress. Instead he pocket the money for himself.

When I addressed him about my mattress and called the job to find out when I will receive my mattress. He sent me death threats. He told me he will kill me and my kids. I filed a police report with the 41 precinct. com.

Please followup with this matter as soon as possible. I have records where he called me numerous times and as a result I had to notify the police and he will get arrested for death threats over a mattress that I paid for.

Purchased two Tempur-Breeze Pro Pillows Queen on September 27, 2022 and never received my order. I called the Bel Air store to report my order wasn't received and I requested to cancel this order on October 11th. The Bel Air store was closest to my house but the purchase was done in Catonsville.

I was asked to just give the Order number and the order could be cancelled. I was told an email would be sent to me about the cancellation - never received. It seem like I'm getting the run-around and told to keep calling back for followup.

Today is October 13th I followed up and was told the email may take a couple of days and the store agent isn't in the office. I was hung up on when I asked the person for his name today and told I had to call back tomorrow.

The first mattress I purchased by cash/ debit and mattress was returned. Second mattress was returned. Through Synchrony first mattress applied to Synchrony. Mattress Firm over credited according to Synchrony. No refund from first mattress. 61 for over credit. To make the answer to my question clear: You only give refund by credit card or no refund?

Since I don't own any mattress from Mattress Firm, I closed the Synchrony account. The refund is only applicable if I keep the Synchrony account open?

I was parked outside the store waiting for my Wife as she gets out later an I do. As Im waiting a salesman walks up to then car and points at a sign that read No Soliciting or loitering. I rolled my window down and he just kept pointing at the sign and saying you cant be here.

I have purchased Serta Sandburg Firm Mattress on 01/23/22 at the location 11058 McDonald Ave. Brooklyn NY 11230. In 5 months it starts sagging and dipping, despite I have followed all the instructions that were given to me at the day of purchase.

For three days I have attempted to call your company and speak to a real live person. I've gotten referrals to other robots from robots, calls cut off by robots and transfers by robots to numbers that never picked up.

I purchased 2 mattress on July 1st and there were delivered on July 3rd, on July 5th I called Robert our salesman and requested a return of the matresses and a pick up date of July10 was scheduled. The delivery came and picked up the mattrees and when I asked for a receipt, I was told a receipt would be emailed to me.

I recently bought a bed from the Deland Fl location. I was given a delivery date and 2 hour window. After several calls to the store asking why my bed was not delivered I was told by Steven the salesman that was working they had come and left.

I would have to pick a new day. I said people were home all day that's a lie. I was given Sunday for next delivery. I work nights so I was sleeping when they arrived. I woke up to the delivery guy yelling at my wife about the base of the bed.

I had to get up and settle the employee down. I found it so unprofessional and unexpected that anyone would come in a home and yell at my wife. The matter was taken care of we got the base to our bed.

After my last two times doing business I would not recommend your company nor buy anouther item. Come Monday…

Mattress warranty is terrible brought a mattress warranty for 5 years this is year number 2 mattress has a big lump in the middle. Mattress firm wants me to take a picture of the upload it to their office. Or I have to pay $79 for someone to come and inspect the mattress . I can't afford $79.

I experienced a significant amount of delay in the whole process of my purchase of just a mattress and an upholstered bed, and the sales representative or I don't even know who's in charge of the communication and regulation of my order, did a very inefficient job. I originally scheduled everything to be delivered and installed at 6/3/2022, and on the day of delivery, there was just the mattress itself delivered to me, and the guys who carried them upstairs seemed both impatient and confused about my inquiry.

I needed a new mattress so i decided to go to mattress firm. When I got there another customer was talking to an associate. He happened to be the only one working about 20 mins went by and he finally was able to help me I picked out a mattress and he said I can have it to you by Friday so I said ok.

A week later as I am tracking my order it is still pending after doing some research o found that mattress firm guarantee you will get your mattress between 45 to 60 days. What a joke. I will never go there again and do not recommend anyone goes to mattress firm to buy a mattress you will be lied to.

If they lie to you about shipping what else do they lie about.

On March 1st I bought a mattress and an adjustable bed at Mattress Firm at 1401 Hallandale Beach Blvd. in Hollywood, Order #S039005290, customer #C021072672. The salesperson was Kevin, paid with master card and on the same day I cancelled the mattress but I kept the adjustable bed base.

I asked about my refund for the mattress and Kevin told me that I will receive back in 7 to 10 days after the delivery of the adjustable bed which was delivered to me on March 7th. Now we are 3 weeks later and I still didn't receive my refund for the mattress.
