I recently visited MacDonalds midland WA . This store has two disabled parking bays the only bays that you do not have to cross over the drive through to enter the store. It was very sad to see that both these bays plus the bulk delivery driveway next to these bays were all occupied not by disabled drivers but by personal delivery drivers.

Wife picked me up a gift card on 12/2/22 to put in my Christmas sock on 12/26/22 went to the same mcdonalds she got the card from and was told no money on the card went and looked up the card on line turned out the card they sold my wife on 12/2/22 was activated on 11/14/22 and used in November so we are out 25 dollars and

I went to your restaurant in Hohenwald TN and ordered 4 Big Macs. When I got home I had 3 Big Macs and one was nothing but the buns. No meat at all. They had special sauce on them and a little lettuce. That is it.

I visited the mcdonalds on meeker Ave in Kent Washington on December 29th at about 10 15 am. I went into the restaurant and asked to use the restroom before I made my order I had been traveling and just needed to use the facilities and get some food.

Modbury McDonalds need to be taught to make toasted sandwiches. I went there on Friday 23 December and asked for a ham, cheese and tomato toastie. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had it was just chucked on the grill until it had lines down it and given to me most of it was just hard bread.

I asked them to retoast and it wasn't much better the 2nd time. I took a couple of bites and put it in the bin. Most McDonalds I have been to have special sandwich presse they don't just chuck them on the grill.

I also asked for extra hot coffee it was okay but could have been hotter. When I asked for a serviette and a knife I was given a filthy look by the staff. It's not very good customer service and I won't be going back there anytime soon.
