I called mercury office in riverside county and to to let them know we will not be renuning are policy at the end of June 2023 because we were moving to texas they had told me that they do not cover in texas well in July they took out the money for the insurance that we can not use I would like the money robust thank you David ramey

I've been a mercury customer for over 20 years. I'm rethinking that now, only after having to file my first claim ever. The customer service I received was piss poor/non existent. Filed a simple claim to have a cracked windshield replaced.

Claims department representative Jedon Jones-ross was assigned to me and she couldn't care less about providing decent customer service or just doing her job. I received no updates from her about my claim status during the process. Upon me following up with her, I was provided with attitude as if doing her job was an inconvenience.

My claim was approved, but Jedon never bothered to inform me about it, so my reimbursement was not processed in a timely manner (until I kept calling for some answers). On my last interaction with her, jedon hung up on me on…

Worst experience in my life. The claims agent was highly disorganized. Sending a tow truck before we agreed on a body shop.. just so a rental car agreement could be established. Three days after the fact. Strong armed into using the clearly low budget body shop on the worst side of town so that the rental car agreement could be managed. Phone calls not returned.

Questions not being answered directly. Cold calus treatment for a not a fault hit and run accident. Held cash payout ransom until title was delivered via mail. Amount offered was representative of the current market. Could not replace what she had.

So we were forced to get a loan. They showed very little human decency..

Ty claims adjuster bad faith. Treated unfairly on my claim. I'm covered under my insurance. Never asked for photos of car damaged. Had no interest on investigating my accident. Low balling my situation. I literally had to do everything to show prove (footage) I dented my car & still had nothing to say.

Only received a letter yesterday telling me will be no coverage for the property damage on my vehicle. What is the point of having car insurance & paying a premium for? Have never been so unset at how he handle it.

Dispointed, doesn't even describe the matter here.

If I could give 0 stars. That has been my experience. I was hit by a policyholder. Now, I am stuck footing the bill because Mercury said that Toyota Collision is taking too long to repair my vehicle. So far, I'm out at least $400.

The Manager, Mandy, I think was her name is saying there is no reason to justify extending the rental any longer. So, my recourse, not have a vehicle at all, even though I take care of my elderly Mother and Grandmother, or pay for the rental because Mercury does not want to pay for the rental any longer.

My Adjuster Allysa was pleasant enough. But Alexis Palacios-Fazli and a Manager, Mandy, I think were not helpful at all. Alexis said that my Collision Center had not been in touch, when in fact, when I spoke to them, they said they had spoken to her numerous…

I don't usually leave reviews but this is review worthy I've noticed Most if not ALL reviews are stating my problem.. Mercury does not fight for there customer and worst customer service ever.! My car was totaled out over a month ago My car sat in a tow yard for weeks.

I was told the appraiser simply never showed up so they had to assign a different one to appraise my car AND i would be liable for fees of the car sitting there. You better believe i fought and spoke up to get those waived.

It took a while but worked Also i only spoke to my adjuster ONCE as well day of and never again..

finally a month and a half later they appraised my car at $62k but let me know i would not receive anything and to simply take it up with the lein holder! Well When i did they said it's Mercury who should…

Complete disaster. After almost 6 months of filing a claim and dealing with Aubrey Miller one of the representatives from Mercury we know nothing. Unprofessional, flaky, never returning a phone call, misinforming us constantly. After 15 years of being with Mercury he’s the reason we’re letting it go.

Our leaking roof is still not fixed and our case is still pending due to incompetence of Mercury Ins.

You can drive the car but, you cannot leave the car with the window open. Thus, you cannot go shop groceries, go to work, and leave the car. The car was full of large pieces of glass everywhere: front and back seat as the window was hammered down. The reason they vandalized my car, and 15 other cars was that we had items inside they stole. Conclusion the car was not drivable. Particularly to work in Hawthorne and I live in Marina del Rey.

In my case they stole a down jacket and gym clothes. After our most disturbing conversation on Friday May 29th October while at work, I was not going to pursue it my clothing items were covered in my home insurance with Mercury.

I got my car fixed. I do not need Mercury. In fact, please cancel my claim to the adjuster to Safelite and to Enterprise.…

My husband was in a motor vehicle accident and a claim was opened. I file this complaint because the agent assigned to his case named Brenda Zamora in the San Joaquin County California office has not returned any of my calls to date.

I've been calling everyday for 2 weeks leaving my cell phone number and his and he has been calling off and on leaving his cell number and mine. After 2 weeks, I asked to speak to the agents supervisor Jamel Anderson but she is on vacation for week.

Then I called back and asked for somebody else that my agent is not returning my calls and her supervisor is on vacation. I left a message for yet another person. Then I called again and the lines got mixed up and I spoke to a gal back east who connected me with someone named IDA who got to the bottom of things…

Mercury agents have done nothing but lie and inform us that we excluded the owner of the vehicle from our insurance policy and said they would not even have any idea who he was to exclude unless we types his name in. This is straight from Mercury coverage specialist agent Wendy Garcia.

That's such crap let's see so when they type in a license number or a vin number they don't see who the car belongs to Wendy your full of shit and some one who lies to cover having to pay out when you know as well as we do mercury excluded my boyfriend cause you consider him high risk not only that I highly doubt any of you even looked in to investigating the exclusion because you guys are the one who did, especially since you stated before hand after acxusing me of doing it that you doubt it's an error on…

I am in the process of filling a lawsuit for an unfaithful claim. I received some money for the claim that was filed back in November 10th 2018 from the Woolsey Fires. The person that has handled my claim is Robair Sherrod his number is 909`816-4511.

I have given him notice to pay the balance of my claim in 7 days or I would file the lawsuit for $150,000 which would include punitive damages and emotional distress. I Have been under the doctors care for months I have asked for him to pay for new carpet and a few other expenses which he has failed to do.

‪Hey @MercuryIns for a company who claims to provide the best quality for their clients, you sure don’t work with integrity or honesty. Your client ran a red light, hitting me and admitted fault. My insurance reached out to you guys and you gave them the green light to close their case because you admitted your client was 100% at fault.

You told me to go an authorized Mercury vendor to have the damage assessed, which I did. Two approvals were given to me and I was told to schedule a repair. Three weeks later, out of the blue I reached out because payment had not been received.

I was told the check was in the mail. A week later, no check. I called you again and left two voicemails.

have some damage to the front of my car it was taken to the auto body repair shop where it was looked at but before even looking at the damage I was asked what my insurance company was and I was told that in May Area mercury likes to total out the vehicle sure enough I was told the same thing this person has continuously gone to this shop and

totaled out vehicle with just a glance I was told by the shop that my car would be able to be fixed I believe you have an employee that is just there for the paycheck with concern to paying customers I will follow up after speaking to the supervisor tomorrow

Claim # CAHO-00087685 Joaquim.

So I have home owners insurance though Mercury insurance and earlier this year we had bad rains that caused a flood in the upstairs bathroom and downstairs living room. We called to file a claim in February and having multiple people out to inspect the roof and damaged drywall I just received a call from my representative ( May 1 ) to tell me that wont be covering the claim and don't cover for mold that has now grown in that area due to the leak. I'm beyond Pissed about this . What's insurance for if you don't get items fixed. I can guarantee I wont be renewing with them and don't recommend anyone uses them. Next call is to my attorney .

Just wanted to let you know that It took over two months for this gentleman to complete this claim after the accident. I sent certified mail, numerous emails and left voice messages and he only return a couple over the duration of that time ,leaving me in the dark as to how I should proceed with a rental, and obtaining repair to my vehicle and updates on the claim. Very poor customer relation and nothing was upfront. I've finally received partial compensation after having to file a complaint with the department of insurance which I did not want to do if he had just returned some of my phone calls or emails, instead of just ignoring me. Bad business practices and very unprofessional.

I was in an automobile accident on November 20, 2018, its now November 27,2018 and I have yet to speak to ANYONE regarding my claim#GAPA00019885, I have only been asked to leave messages since my accident, this is very poor customer service, customer service at its worse!!!! Tiffany Owens has provided no help at all!!! I have also requested to speak to a supervisor but every time being asked to leave a message, this is ridiculous poor service!

I filed with your company on Monday 3/26/18 regarding an accident when your client made a sudden left turn infront of me. Since Monday I have waited for claim specialist to make a decision. He failed to arrange for a rental car despite being informed numerously my car is not safe to drive.

Today in his email he forward my insurance information to me and notes " we need you to mitigate your damages as much as you can. " I have been driving with an unsafe car and after 4 days of waiting this is the response from mercury.

On March 15th I asked my agents at United Agencies of Pasadena CA, namely Melissa Wolf for a loss report for our commercial Insurance policy. I have not received it and generally Mercury is not responding to this simple request.

I have asked for what is the matter and get no answer other than Melissa will check it with Mercury. I want the loss reports and I want an apology for the total ignore going on. Ron

My apt had smoke damage from a fire 9/15/14. I hired the company that was fixing the building to do my apartment as well. It cost Mercury Insurance guys a fortune. 2800.00 for the apt. 1400. for the electronics. And around 1500.00 for the clothes. Mercury Insurance had no trouble paying for those rip offs but you won't give me a lousy 500.00. I submitted a claim and the only thing left outstanding is the 500.00 for lost items. It should probably be more than that but that's what I will settle for(unless we end up in court).

Your guy Eric in Texas at the Mercury Insurance corporate office can't seem to get it through his head that the company (Belfor) threw the box of stuff out and did not give me a copy of the loss list. Nor did they sent it to Mercury Insurance. I have told him…

I have been with Mercury Insurance for 2 years now. They have given me a plan that is exactly what I needed for my family. The returns to the insurance policy is good and it€s a great value for money.

The executives at Mercury Insurance are helpful and gave a clear picture of the policy. Everyone I talk to is very nice and helpful and empathetic. They came home and told me pros and cons about my policy and then made it easy for me to decide.

Thanks to MI, I am now carefree about my future and decided to go for some other plans too to secure my future.
