I have the Michelin pilot 4S on my 2019 Mustang Bullit and have had multiple issues with the tire separating issues , poor wear (down to 3/16 of in left, cracking on side walls with only 27000 miles on them. These tires used to be great on other vehicles i owned, but the quality has gone down hill.
They all will have to be replaced for safety issues. 000 miles and I don't drive the car hard or in races.
I purchased 4 michelin tires for my corvette and have less than one thousand miles on them I noticed that the drivers rear has two small screws in it I went to st Lucie battery and tire and they said there’s nothing they can do about it that I would have to purchase a new tire for a tire with 1000 miles on it this to me is unacceptable I have two vehicles and

I bought four Michelin defender tires and I mailed a copy of the invoice to your rewards department for my $70 rebate. I have called and spoke with the women in this department more than 10 times. Yesterday I spoke with a woman who thought it was funny and she literally laughed at me.
I recommend you guys do a quality control on your employees if they are laughing at customers who spent $1120 on a set of tires. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism on the phone. If you guys record your conversations, I would challenge you to use those recordings as a sales technique on what not to do.

I bought an a brand new Audi Q5 two years ago and after 30000 kms and proper maintenance My dealership told me the tires need replacing which came as a rude shock to me. This was a big reason I chose Audi, I thought with Michelin tires I get a good mileage but I was wrong.

00 in July 2019 for 4 new tires with a 45000 mile warranty, I am spending another $520 now as those tires, (after 21000) miles, are shot. They call it 'chunking', as the tires literally fall apart in chunks. 00. Never again Michelin.
I would not have bought them again this time, but had no choice due to it being a warranty claim. I wish they would have just given me 70% of what I paid originally, and I would have found a better tire!!!
Bought new Cadillac had new Michelins on it. Haven't quit 12000 miles on my car and having to buy mew tires. Not much tread left! Can someone tell me why? I have never had to replace tires .

I have a 2018 Chevy equinox. In August, 2019, I had 23,000 miles on my car. My tire had a flat. I went to Discount Tire and they showed me how bald with no tread my tires were and said that I needed to replace them. So, I bought four new tires.
Recently, I heard from people that this was an issue with Michelin tires during those years. I was never informed about this. Some people luckily complained to the dealership and were given four new free tires or a refund/credit through Michelin.

I am a truck driver and I was into the Michelin plant in Granton Nova Scotia on Abercrombie Road and I was treated very poorly by one of the security officers driving around in a blue pick up truck his first name was Philip I was proceeding to the back of the building with my doors open driving slow not knowing you’re not allowed to drive around the yard with open doors and he proceeded to Stop and call me a liar I was very upset
False warranty. 100% satisfaction for 30 days is lie. Bought tires through simple tire. Had a flat tire withing 2 weeks. Started contacting simpletire customer service. They would take long time to respond. As I questioned why I needed to provide a tire shop report on faulty tire when warranty says if I dont like it take it back.
They made sure to bump me out of my 30 days without help. I contacted michelin saying my documentation shows dates within 30 days but they said oh well. Should have called us. Altbough website clearly instructs you to contact dealer.
Bought the car April 1, 2021 the first week I had to put air in the tire, I also called Roncraft Dealership in Baytown Tx asking why do I need to put air in my tire and they said some they don't put the full amount in when transporting cars to dealership.
Then two weeks later had to take car to the dealership in Waco because of the same and they fixed it. On the 3rd of July. 2021I had a blowout on the front passage tire got that fixed. Now at the dealership for the same back tire, the dealership is replacing.
Also I took the car to discount tire they said it's a bad tire and the dealership said it's the same on the tire that's bad, which make me a little afraid to drive it.

First I went to the goodyear on west alameda, Lakewood Colorado last night at 5:30 and they were closed when the hours are until 6:30. Made an 8am appt online and was told the tech comes in at 9:30, but they open at 7.
They we're to do a brake inspection, no other appts on calendar. 3 1/2 hrs later I cal to find out what they found and was told he is just now looking at it I pick up my truck and the pedal goes to the floor and you can hear all the air.
I take truck back to them to bleed the brakes and they insist they didn't do anything to put air in there. It was NOT like this when I dropped it off and now I have to go find someone and pay them to bleed my brakes. What poor customer service.

This tire has proven to be a great disappointment. All my previous experience with Michelin has been positive. But the Latitude V101 is not crafted for Colorado weather. They are a hazard in wet/snowy conditions and the tread wear is abysmal, not 3,000 miles before needing to be replaced.
I purchased two tires each: on 11-15-18 at Big O and on 12-21-18 at Larry Miller Chrysler. I must now buy tires again, they will not be Michelins!!!

In April 2015, I bought a set of Michelin tires for my Ford F150. Tires were rotated every 5,000 miles and the alignment was checked at each tire rotation and aligned as needed. At 40,000 miles, the tires are down to 3/32" tread.
The actual mileage is about 45% of the warranty which I understand is pro-rated based on tread wear.. Tire Discounters where I purchased the tires contacted Michelin. Michelin's first offer which I refused was to cover 20% of the replacment cost.
Their second offer, also refused was 34%. The math is pretty simple. Michelin should cover 55%.
I purchased my 2014 Camry LE auto from Sloane Toyota, of Glenside, PA new. It is equipped with Michelin Energy Saver tires which are advertised as having a 65000 mile treadlife and a fuel-saving design. I am 2 years into a 39 month lease on a GMC Acadia. The vehicle has Michelin 235/65R18 tires on it. I currently have 30K miles. I get these tires rotated at the dealership every other oil change (6K miles per recommended). All four of these tires need to be replaced already as they are down to the wear bars. I have leased many vehicles and never had to replace tires within the 3 years. I believe tires should last longer than 30K miles. When going to check on replacements they said this particular brand of tire is JUNK!! I believe you should stand behind your tires and replace these.

Bought 4 Michelin tires started sidewall cracking at 3 years Went back to store mgr of tires said normal wear Went to another tire store said chart shows severe damage defective Factory gave me more than 50 percent off new Michelin tires Jan Consumer Report says sidewall wear worst than tread wear. Went back to Sams mgr never took my name said would talk to tire mgr.
