minecraft.netI have Minecraft Pocket Edition, in which I have a world that I have spent a lot of time on. I have built an entire city and today, when I logged into it, it was gone, just a flat world. 67.
The world is completely gone and with it hundreds of hours of work.
I bought Minecraft approximately 12 years ago on the Mojang site, using my then e-mail account with Microsoft @live.com, using Paypal. I never noticed Microsoft shut down @live.com because those days I just did not use my email that much, I mean I could play the game no problem. Then I heard that Microsoft bought Minecraft and I needed to migrate my account.
Well this is where I hit a snag. I wanted to change my email account on my Mojang account, so it asked my 3 security questions. Hospital I was born in. Easy. Name of my first school. Easy. Favourite Restaurant - How should I remember what my favourite restaurant was 12 years ago.
So I told I could reset my security questions. Ok so I went that route. Where did they send the reset to? My non existent @live.com email.

Ever since you guys went to Microsoft it has been a bitch to log into. I used to LOVE playing minecraft now I dont even want to go thru the hassle of jumping thru hoops to log in.So the Hell with it I just quit playing..
Today for the past 3 hours me and my mom have been trying to download Minecraft Java edition and we have been charged multiple times for 26 dollars and every time it has not been registered as me owning the app, BUT STILL CHARGING IT, and wont go past the step of "buy it" and would like to contact the customer services for a while and would like to contact this further.
I recently installed Minecraft again but now whenever i open it the screen turns black and if tried everthing but now that i realize it it mite be my computer and its really old so could you do something about it
it annoys me that windows 10 is still in 1.14 yet java is getting 1.16 soon please speed up the updates. besides that is amazing please update it to 1.15
We ordered Minecraft online and paid via PayPal. The payment went through and was confirmed. The company was supposed to send us an email with a link to download the game. They did not. Emailed and asked for help but only received an automated reply.
Followed up again, and again no response. Very frustrated. Don’t make my mistake and send money to a company that does not respond.
My son keeps getting banned with no explanation and I'm sick of watching his frustrations, he plays the same way the other players play and they aren't banned. We dont understand WHY? Please respond
Game corruption. Game crashes . Restart game . Each time crash occurs play decreases before next crash. No way to start from a previous save . I have created new worlds 4 different times with over 40 hours each world .
Can't play more than five min. before crash. I have deleted all data and uninstalled and reinstalled game but no help.
99 then it didn't show the amount of coins that I purchased, it still said 0 coins. 99. $ for purchase withdrew from my account twice and still zero coins!!! Fix this problem please??! 99 once.
I am complaining because of the new update, I've been trying to play Mineplex because thats my favorite game on minecraft but whenever i try to play it just closes me out of minecraft.
I purchased the Doctor Who skins for my son's Minecraft game on xbox back in December. Aside of the fact that Microsoft took two payments of £10 instead of one from my card for his gaming account, the Doctor Who skins purchase was taken yet he STILL HAS NOT received the skins to his game. Caspian is eight years old and extremely upset about this. Please rectify this with urgency as I think we have waited long enough to receive that which we purchased. When I start a new account and choose my gamer tag the gaming tag changes like SuperBadDoctors then it changes to earningturtle41!!!!!!!!!!!! How can I change this problem.

My was helping my son purchase Minecraft. We have the Xbox Minecraft but he wanted to buy the Minecraft Java Edition (PC) and we even have the print screen of what we clicked. When placing the purchase it was placed as Microsoft for Windows 10 and not the Java edition (eventhough that is the precise link that was selected).
Now we are advised we will not get a refund but we already had the Windows 10 edition but needed the JAVA.
Microsoft's new update for the Minecraft Xbox 360 edition is stupid the creative inventory will not work correctly it doesn't scroll up or down. And it seems you have actually down graded Minecraft. The product team just needs to put it back to the previous update because it is so much better.
I don't know what they did to Minecraft but you need to try not to ever do it again. Please somebody fix this!
I was banned with no warning. So I want some money back because I am paying for gold. And can not use this is a scam on Microsoft, the ban is to long and unfair and xbox locked me out of my xbox because it was asking for a security code.
So we saw this deal for the game "Minecraft" at the Windows store. 99 and so we wanted to buy it. (Today is 11/29/2015 black friday deal). So we click to buy it and signed in, the screen went blank and it said "Something went wrong" "Please try again later".
" Please fix it, i want Minecraft. I will be contacting Microsoft corporate offices next with my complaint.
