Major issue with 365. I can't even log into support (I have a subscription). I was able to contact Windows support. They tried helping but couldn't. They even opened a ticket for me and sent it to 365. No one has called.
I even emailed "old" tech support to the email address they sent me, asking them to contact 365 support. Left my email and phone number. Nothing. It is almost a week and I can't get to my files. This is ridiculous.
And I thought Comcast had some issues, but at least you can talk to someone there. I may have to take the program off the computer, go to Redmond, and ask for a refund. This is horrible. MS was much better in the day, much better.
I will go to Apple soon. Just don't have this problem with them.
