I have been locked out of my Skype for adding contacts from a date site 1 week ago. Everytime I try to unlock it it Lock's me out again after a few minutes... For the past week I've been trying to unlock it and it keeps saying usage limits exceeded try again this has been going on for a week...
My old account from a year ago still says usage limits exceeded try again.. what the hell is going on there. What do I need this for if I can't even add people to my Skype. U all lock me out and I try to remember my contacts and I get locked out again
Skype started ripping customers off.
I paid Skype to use paid features then they blocked my Skype account and when I spoke with the customer service they refused to refund my money back and it seems that they don't care even I report them to IRS or post their chat to social media.

I have always easily bought credit and called my parents, but lately, there are many barriers! It is horrible! I can't just break through to PURCHASE CREDIT! Literally, that is to give Skype money if not for Skype to try and help me connect with my family abroad! I am calling Uganda.

Was looking forward to using skype but no way with this happening.
Have had Skype subscription for several years with no problems. Suddenly I cannot reach the Edinburgh, Scotland landline number I regularly phone. Feedback is 'number incomplete' or the number rings out then clicks off. I can reach this number by normal landline and mobile.
I can also reach a different Edinburgh landline number with no problem at all. Any ideas why the one number in Edinburgh I want to reach is unavailable? Subscription is up to date. Many thanks Judith Nitsch
Since returning from Florida April 5,19 I was temporary suspended and never able to sign or use Skype. I have changed pswd & codesmany times.I have chatted with MSF & Skype personnel by chat and phone up to 2 hours at a time with no results. Had to wait 2weeks for security checks.Every you deduct $4.00/month.(6months with no SERVICE!!!) I cant talk to a real person either in Skype or MSFThen Itried to cancelmant times with no results Then of course come September you automatically renewed mu subscripyion for one more year with still no skype. Great service again. Pleasecancel my subscription immediately if you cannot.set me up again with some real agent or tech a live person..

I have lost my Skype unlimited europe subscription due to my credit card refusing the annual payment on 6th November. They told me that it is due to there being a lot of fraud with Skype payments.It was nothing at all to do with my own credit card. Because I didn’t check my emails for just a couple of days, you cancelled my subscription. I am now being treated as a new customer and being asked to pay well more than double the amount I usually pay.
I have had a subscription for years and this now counts for nothing. This is really unfair treatment. TWO days’ notice before cancelling my account when there has never ever been a problem before with my payments is ridiculous.
Mastercard say the problem is with Skype not me.

October 23, 2016, I paid Skype for a year subscription of my Skype number it has not been activated, and I have tried for the last week to get it activated to no avail. Today I have spent the last two hours with Microsoft customer service hopelessly to find a solution, they have repeatedly tried to connect me, however the calls were dropped each and every time.
I cannot and should not be expected to take any more time from my important schedule to remedy this problem. So I am respectfully requesting the Skype corporate office to please resolve this matter immediately as all I done is prepay for a service with Microsoft that I am not receiving.

l am furious about you pulling out of samsung smart TV. We only got out for this to speak to out grandchildren and friends abroad. We paid out for a camera to suit the TV and now because it suits you it is all wasted.

Someone has built a Skype profile with my daughter's name to use to bully a school girl. The profile in question and its username is registered. Both my daughter and the girl on the receiving end on the Skype bullying call are only 10 years old and are very upset about this.

Skype has my e-mail screwed up so that when I post anything it will not go to my e-mail. So, I'm going to have to cancel my e-mail account that I have had for many many years just to get rid of skype.

when you try to load Skype for a new installation it tries to download a "clean your computer" program and will not tale no for an answer. It also changes dramatically the set up of Mozilla Thunderbird. This make this program a garbage program, you can not recommend it a novice (old lady) computer user to download, it will totally screw up their settings and will make it very confusing.
