I visited your location in Scottsville Kentucky last night with my 10-year-old daughter only to find one of your employees clinging to a mop bent over with her knees together and head down on the counter very obviously whack out of her mind on crystal meth. She couldn't even speak or stand still. Her name is Sarah.

It was so bad my 10-year-old daughter continuously ask me what was wrong with her. This is absolutely intolerably unacceptable. Even made worse for the fact that the manager was 10 ft away viewing the same atrocities we were exposed to at your location.

After attempting to make a complaint today I was told by another employee that there has been numerous complaints about this particular individual for the exact same thing. I don't care what people do in their own time but when…

Closing to early

I'm embarrassed and mortified that this station feels as if it's ok to come out and say leave before I can even get out to get gas. All because I was being considerate to their other customers and parked us and our camper on side of parking lot.

They had a worker say we had to go. Well now they've been coming up to the front of the building telling us to go as well after the liquior store lady from yesterday morning said we were fine. I feel like I'm being harassed and bulled.

I want something done about this because I am not going to be continously treat like scum. Several times your pumps have been pre authorized and I never get part that I couldn't fit in my tank in gas went back on Mt account either.

As much time and effort I have put into the position I have at minit mart as a employee. And being the only employee in store 589, and the way I am treated and talked to by the district manager is uncalled for and disrespectful.

You can see how much I work and the effort I am putting towards this job. Taking on responsibilities that I have never had experience with and forced to do because I am the only employee. Direct manager needs more training on how she talks to employees.

Being told that employees are unable to give someone change for a $20 bill, even though I bought something from there is absolutely ridiculous. Pretty sure I'm just never gonna go back if you care that little about your customer base.

I am a regular at the minit mart located at 267 main St Cadiz KY 42211. Upon entering the store today I noticed the " assistant manager" was walking around smoking a vape device. To my knowledge smoking is prohibited in such an establishment.

Does not look good on the store or the individual herself as an assistant manager you should be setting good examples.

I was in your store here in Gridley Illinois. A friend bought a cup of coffee and the lid didn't fit the cup. So he spilled it on himself and your manager laughed. My friend wasn't hurt he was trying to explain to him what happened and the manager just laughed

10/31/2022 my wife came to minit mart store number 520 on Louisville road Bowling Green, Ky to purchase some lottery tickets. After waiting in line, she approach the desk and ask the clerk for five quick pick power balls, and she asked her to run our ticket for mega millions which had two consecutive plays marked on it, she asked the clerk to make sure it had two consecutive plays.

The clerk misunderstood her and ran the ticket two times after handing my wife the tickets and trying to charge her $50. My wife began to argue with her that she did not ask for two tickets for the mega millions, but that it was ran for two consecutive plays .

The clerk then told her that she had already printed the tickets and that she had to pay for them after my wife told her she wasn’t going to pay for the…

The Greenville Ky minit mart has to have the rudest most hateful women working there! I say women because the guy is really sweet! But if I’m a loyal customer and I always have my id for tobacco and I come in one time wout it they won’t sell to me and I’m 42 always have my license!

But she said it says it right here is selling tobacco worth your job’ I’ve worked in these stores and if I have a customer I know for sure is over age especially if they are a repeat customer I’ll sell to them because it is at the cashiers discretion! But of course instead of treating me like a loyal customer I was treated like an unfamiliar face!

So my $50 I spend a day in that store will go to twice daily!!! Thank have a great day.!!!!

I shop regularly at your store in Foxworth Mississippi…every morning I arrive a few minutes before 5 and all of the employees park at the very front of the store…and even in the handicapped spot…Ive never in my life seen a store that does this…especially in the handicapped spot…I have a very sick older mother and every time I see this woman park her black SUV in that spot it just runs through me as we say in the Deep South…please have your employees park in the back where there is plenty of room!!!

If it keeps up I will be forced to shop elsewhere and tell everyone I know to do the same…thank you and have a great day!!!

Minit Mart located in Beaver Dam, Ky! Been in the store multiple times during the evening seen one cashier one person working the kitchen trash over flowing outside trash over flowing on the inside the tables dirty the cup area with coffee bar dirty not to mention the dang bathrooms are disgusting.

I asked for a manager an no manager on the weekends. Guessing Minit Mart should start having A Manager come in on weekends plus staff more employees besides just the two I seen. Come on Minit Mart get it together!

This place has really went to the dumps!! I had a redhead wait on me, or try atleast. She kept nodding off, like overdose MODE! While another employee ( black male, dreads) ran in and out of the store screaming and yelling, I mean he said curse words i didnt even know!!
