Miracle Ear phone calls – Beginning 7-18-25

7-18 - I had received a "Birthday Gift" from Miracle ear for a "FREE Hearing Evaluation & $50 Amazon* Card." and had an appointment w/Kim at Columbia MO office – Had my hearing checked. Kim said I didn’t have “enough” hearing loss to continue to hearing aids at this time, but made an appointment for next year to make sure the loss hadn’t progressed. I recently punctured my eardrum while not wearing my devices. I went in today for an appt to have a new exam after it healed to see if I had the same hearing loss. I currently have the universal, outdoor sports, noisy environment , privacy, and tv settings.

Prior to my appt, all 5 settings were working today and I used 3 of them yesterday. After the appt and adjustment of the devices, only 1 setting was working and it would not adjust to the other 4 settings.

I even walked outside of the office into the noisy street traffic and changed the setting and nothing would change . The tech said nothing was changed as far as the settings today and that she would have to send them back to the mfg for examining and it would take 3-4 weeks.

I've also had problems with very low volume coming…

00 dollars in one lump sum for my hearing aids and my cleanings and appointments were on fridays which was my day off from work. Now, nobody is in that office on fridays and I don’t want to take time off from work or travel to who knows where to a different location.

I wasn’t even notified of the change. I would never recommend miracle ear to anyone.

I purchased a pair of OTE hearing aids for $8,000. My insurance paid $1,000; u paid $1,000; and I paid $6,000. I signed the contract, because I was assured they were going to work. In the last year I paid over $300 in hearing aids.

I told them, from experience, I needed a mold to keep them from coming out of my ears. After a year, I will b getting my hearing aids with a mold.

I believe I should be given money for the year without hearing aids. Thank goodness I had an old, old pair I could wear.

I missed most of my social events, because of my hearing. I’m going to b 82 and it is crucial to hear. Closed caption is definitely for those who no longer can hear a pin drop. I missed Advent services and Sunday service. We r now into Lent and I have missed those services. Church is a big event…

I signed the contract, because I was told with a few adjustments the hearing aids would work. After a year, I was contacted by a Miracle Ear representative. I finally, was able to make them understand what I was talking about to make TOE hearing aids to work. I told them, when I took my fingers and gently pushed on my hearing aids they were great. I told them I needed a mold, in order for them to stay in my ears. I’ve had OTE hearing aids before and to keep the receiver in my ears a mold was needed.

To Whom It May Concern, My mother Joyce Vaughn went to miracle-ear located at 2121 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA. 71111 back in November to see about getting a hearing aid for her tinnitus. She talked to Justin Stuart. He told my mother we can help you.

when I first got these hearing aids the technician at your Olympia Fields store seemed to know what he was doing. since he left been having a new tech almost every time I go. They have messed with these aids to the point I have been living with a constant whistle I went for mycheck up told him about it and he stated that if turned in for repair I would have to do without the aid until I get it back.

That's unacceptable since I'm as close to deft without them I truely believe all thats needed is a larger ear piece, because if i hold the hearing aid in tightly the whistle goes away I explained that to the tech and he wouldn't replace it with a larger one. I can't believe that a company as large as yours wouldn't have loaners for this type of situation

You would think that after $6000 you would get better service and get the help you need. They have gone through so many workers and not everyone knows what they are doing. Went in one time for an appointment and wasn’t really helped left with not really being able to hear, but there was not much more he could do to help us, we went in for an appointment today that I had scheduled the day prior.

00 down. 00 for 5 years for balance. 00 due on 7/27/22. I contacted miracle ear. Said I couldn't afford payment and tried to return hearing aids. Admittedly I was a few days late of the 30 day return period so miracle ear refused to take them back.

I filed a dispute with Comenity. They investigated and essentially said it was miracle ears fault for a misquoted monthly payment. I have since tried to return aids to miracle ear with no luck. I have not made a payment to Comenity which caused the bill to keep going up and my credit score to be reduced by 100 points.

I am still in the middle of trying to work with ME to either get the replacement aid cost refunded, or, ideally, get simpler aids. We paid over $8,500 for the top of the line hearing aids BECAUSE of the “find my device” app.

That app DOES NOT WORK! Therefore, I find these aids unacceptable. I have been contacting ME since October (over two months) and get nothing but promises to call me back. I have been scammed. This is THE most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. What a scam!

I want to complain in reference to the past service that my mother received. She went to the Gainesville Ga office and she was told she had no insurance coverage.

However, she does have coverage. Then when I got involved I was told she could not get refund because of too many days. I feel like no one even bothered to reach out to her insurance company at all. She is old and gets things confused if they had called to verify an appointment with miracle ear would not have been set.

The expense is just to much for her and I feel like she was taken advantage of. I have spoken to everyone in that office all I am asking is for her to get a refund of what she has paid in.

I recently moved from Mississippi to Newport News, VA. I took my hearing aids in to the Newport News office on Warwick Street and they had to send one to the factory. I was told it would be 7-10 days. I took them in on Oct. 3. When the office answers their phone, they tell me they don't know anything and that they don't know what to say. They have never returned a phone call.

I am hoping someone can help me get my hearing aid or at least find out what is happening.

I can't rate my experience because the rating scale doesn't go below 1! Dont believe all the hype. My mother made the decision, at the age of 91 to purchase a set of these hearing aids. 00. When she first got them, her old hearing aid (she only had 1 at the time) was still working so she continued to wear the old one unless she was going out somewhere.

Plus, she was accustomed to putting the old one in as it was molded to the shape of her ear and easy for her to insert and remove. Over time, the old hearing aid became of no use to her so she began wearing the miracle ear hearing aids every day and I have to say that she and myself are very dissatisfied with them for a few reasons.

First off, at her age, she has severe arthritis in her shoulders and hands. Raising her arms or just holding…

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They are happy to take $8,000 from a 90-year-old woman but are too busy to come out and service her hearing aids. She was desperate to hear !

Miracle Ear sells defective products. When you pay 6200 US dollars cash for a product, you fully expect it to work. I have been unable to contact Miracle Ear either by phone or on-line. They have no respect for their customers once the product is purchased.

Buying hearing aids from Miracle Ear is the biggest mistake I made. I hate to get a lawyer involved, but it would appear that I have to. Miracle Ear deserves NO STARS at all, unless like numbers, they can get a negative star.

I’ve had 2 unfortunate experiences recently with the receptionist, Shameka,She has always had an attitude when we,ve been in the office but these last 2 were the worst. Then I received the newsletter and the coupon for a free gift.

When I showed her she told me that was for new customers only, then she stated she needed to see the entire newsletter. We,ve been going to this offfice for several years I hate to see someone like this ruin it.

In December 2021 I booked my first appointment with Miracle Ear due to a friend suggesting the company may be able to give me a better product, as he was very happy with his. The Henderson office had a very good personnel named Mrs. Cheryl Jones. She left . The company hired a young lady, which was ok on service. I was Scheduled for an appointment on 4/6/2022. I showed for my appointment, but Mr.

My hearings have had problems charging, a noise. The phone at the Miracle ear office doesn't work properly, it won't let you leave a message if it does happen to ring, it usually rings busy. You can never reach them when you need to.

The finance company Ally Lending Company is horrible. If you pay a payment early they don't count it as the the next month's payment and they charge you a late fee. Found this out through an email, their customer service is very rude.

I purchased H/aid on Nov. 25, 2020 payment of $7638,98. 95 since. Since I wear them, nothing but unhappy about tinny ( metallic) sound laughter or softer. I need to hear my voice to talk and understand conversations. I visited office often to adjust the sound to understand contents I’m hearing or talking.

Went July 20 2021for hearing test was told it would take about a week to get hearing aids needed for both ears. Well it’s September 22 2021 and no hearing aids.

I have called several times to office in Slidell Louisiana they always say I will check on situation and call you back guess what no return calls. Purchased Hearing Aids Duluth Mn Gina was FANTASTIC to work with but just couldn't get Hearing Aids to work for me. We tried a number times but just wasn't satisfied. So through all these trials we went past the 45 day limit only because Gina tried everything to please me.

when I went to your store in Baker City a few years back got my ears checked . the person said your hearing aids would help me. Now their is yet another person in the store so iI let him try to adjust them.

He sent me to get my ears cleaned by a doctor . The amount of hearing loss I have he told me he would of never recommended hearing aids for me. 00 I payed for them . They don,t work and I don,t need them laying on my dresser.

Miracle Ear is a good product but unfortunately the technicians are only there to make money off of you they will upgrade you when you don't need it they will try to talk you into different technology when you don't need it so my opinion is Miracle-Ear does sell a great product it's just the technicians that are pushing clients away because they are trying to put them into technology that they cannot afford just so

I have had $6100 retail with small discount Miracle Ear hearing aids for several months. I cannot understand a work anyone says. Everything is so loud I can’t stand it but cannot hear voices or understand what anyone says. Each time I go for adjustment they get worse.

I have been to Miracle Ear in McAllen, Texas. The first visit was ok, from there on in, I came back every day because the hearing aids did not fit and fit properly I did not realize that 30 days have past.

I will not pay for something that does not fit properly. Will you please either take them back and not charge me. I thank you very much for any help you can give me.

I turned my hearing aids in to my local dealer 10929 US 1 in Port St Lucie Florida last September and still do not have them back. The dealership has never called me but I have called them 11 times. In December I called and they said they finally got them back but the left one still did not work. They sent them back in and I still don't have them. I got a call from the district manager of Miracle Ear after I wrote a complaint to the company and he said he would get to the bottom of this but never heard from him again. I want someone to call me ASAP or I will have file this. You still have my hearing aids and I have nothing. 4 months is not exceptable You can contact me at 910 777 1534 harleyman012358@gmail.com

Age-shaming company. I have never contacted Miracle Ear for anything. Miracle Ear buys mailing lists with ages and relentlessly mails come-ons. " My hearing is fine. I have contacted Miracle Ear previously about getting my name off their purchased mailing list and they tell me that it is my job to do that.

Their job, apparently, is to age-shame.

On 8-31-17 I went to Miracle Ear for tube replacement and hearing exam. Seana Garvey accused me of switching my hooks out because they were both different ones and she even got the numbers off of them to order new one when I needed them after the first of the year because they had told me earlier couldn’t replace them but once a year.

On 10-3 I went to have my hearing aids which were under a purchased warranty to be sent off for repair I brought my old hearing aids with me to the which Seana chewed me out for putting them on the hooks I had said they would strip them out I ask her what I was supposed to do go without hearing aids to the which she started in on me again as usual and was told not to come back anymore.

I did at that time threaten the BBB of which I did call back and…
