MOD Pizza

I was missing several items off of my pizza. Canadian bacon, jalapeños, pepperoni,, and spicy chicken sausage. Nobody can eat whole of garlic on each slice of pizza. It's a palate killer. I'm a chef I would never ever put whole cloves of garlic in any dish I prepared.

I eat at your business in Redmond ridge on nevelty hill quite often and have noticed on more than one occasion an employee whom i understand is named Nathan Bodine,sits outside in his black Audi doing drugs while on his breaks. I have children and I thought mod to be a family oriented environment.

Employees smoking meth in the parking lot is not the type of place I will bring my kids back to. I have spoke to others and have learned that he has been seen having sex in his car in Mod parking lot and also screaming at who I'm assuming is his girlfriend.

I have also heard that he brings girls into work with him early in the morning before opening and uses drugs and engages in sexual activities with them inside of your restaurant.

Second time in a row I tipped for a drive up pickup and didn't get my order. Had to walk in to pickup a cold order thata been sitting there.

I went to Mod after work 9/8/23. Ordered and paid for my pizza and my husbands pizza. There were 6 employees behind the counter. Two were working, the rest talking. My pizza was ready and I went to get it, the girl took my pizza back off of the counter and asked if I had paid.

I said yes I did. She asked the others if I paid them. I told her I would not lie about it. Then I told her who I paid, then she gave me my pizza. If they had been paying attention they would have seen me pay.

I was 5 feet from them when I paid. Restaurant was dirty with dirty plates piled so high they were falling over. I had already left a tip when I paid. Wish I had not. This was the Mod Pizza at Sun valley in NC

Won't even give you one star, Texas City store, solid disrespectful people not taking care of the customers on the phone, slop together a pizza, trying to move on to the next person like you're in the way your motto above your menu is pizza your way, they're not interested in that at all. Change management I've been coming to this store for over a year and have loved every experience that I've had here.

I don't know what's going on but this is the worst experience I've had at a MOD Pizza. Thank you, do something I love your pizza.

I placed my order online and it said it would be ready at 11:30 and when I got there at 11:30 I had to wait to get my pizza until 12:00. People were coming in and ordering and got their pizza before me.

The point of ordering online is to have it ready when you get there. The gentleman that was working was like oh well nothing I can do about it. Very poor service and I will never g back there again.

There is a manager named Chad Sia that is 21+ that has had proven sexual relations with another worker which happens to be a minor at 17 years old. I do not feel okay knowing there is a child predator working at a mod pizza nearest to me.

Please respond with a plan of action or give me some kind of retribution PLEASE. This is not okay in the slightest. Extremely illegal and disgusting. To think you would ever employ someone of this degree is utterly disgusting. Store location in Arrowhead Glendale Phoenix.

I ordered a pizza right before closing last night because I got off late and I was starving. The employees seemed to sabotage my pizza because they were annoyed that I ordered so late. My pizza was a complete saucy mess and it was very disappointing because it was expensive to doordash.

Just very unhappy. I’m a regular and have ordered here often. Just started the points to get free food considering how much I have spent here. I live in the Drexel town square which is 2 minutes away for convenience.

I placed my order online. I come home and my pizza was slid against the box. The sauce was so HOT! I asked for diced tomatoes and got round tomato’s. Didn’t get the ranch that I requested on the side.

This older woman that’s there is making pizza and is rude and has dropped my pizza in previous orders I’ve let it Go. I wish people would take there job seriously. This makes me upset since we don’t have good pizza places.

I have my regulars that know me.

However I don’t think they work there anymore. Just disappointed. Spent $25 for what sloppy made pizza.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and got a complete pizza of everything I do not eat!! I ordered gluten free and got someone else order this is ridiculous… especially since I paid for delivery!!! $20 for a pizza I’m not even going to eat!!

The pizza taste great! The only bad about the pizza is when it is hand made, Why do the pizza server's Crusher or grind the mushrooms beef meat, and other ingredients? Grossly looking plate, like if it is scraps ready for pig slob!!

Either the hours on google are wrong or the staff is extremely rude. Pulled up at 8:30pm as on google it says it closes at 9:00pm and the doors are locked, my wife and I pulled on the door and as we did that the entire staff inside turned their backs and pretended like we weren’t there.

It was very rude and upsetting. Unfortunately I don’t know that I can recommend Mod to anyone ever again. I used to think it was the best pizza place around but this experience has me questioning that. (Unless they really do close at 8:30pm)

Went to a Mod Pizza location in Wauwatosa Wi and the door was locked in back sign said locked at 8pm I was there at 7:35 called store and was told door is locked at 8pm it was 7:35 then was hung up on this was 2/21/2023

The worst service ever never felt welcome seemed like I was bothering both lady's that was her never said that you I was being extra polite hopping they would do the same they never made eye contact, they really D ont know how to treat there customers just sad..this is the Milwaukee store 7470 w State st 2pm on Monday February 20th

Was unable to place online order when I called they SD it was working ...it did not ...I then drove to the location to order 5 pizzas and was told they didn't have boxes so I would have to eat there ...really out of boxes and why didn't he say that on the phone so I didn't waste a bunch of time driving there

The delivery was half an hour late and the pizza is very cool . I am totally not happy with this.

Our order was extremely disappointing. The cheesy garlic bread barely had any toppings on it and was more bread than cheese or garlic. The pizza barely had any toppings on it either. My husband picked up our order and he said that it wasn’t very busy when he went in to get our order.

I am highly disappointed at the quality of our order today. MOD is one of the few places we can eat from that offers gluten free options and we frequently order from MOD because of this. I took pictures of our order if you would like me to send them as proof, I’m happy to do so. Thank you.

My daughter and I came in to order a salad, when the owner asked if there was anything else we wanted with our order and we said no, he rolled his eyes and said fine then. When the girl asked what we wanted on our salad and I asked if the chicken could go through the oven, she asked the owner how to do that, and he rolled his eyes and walked away, when he came back he murdered something about stupid people. Mod pizza mechanicsville VA 23111. I sent someone in there to pick up a order a couple weeks ago and it was her first time there. Luke was rude to her. I called because I couldn’t order a fountain drink online and ask if I could buy a 20oz and apparently Luke has a God complex and the rep never ask me to hold or anything and put Luke on the phone for him to be rude.

I wasn’t rude to anyone I have Covid and this man hung up in my face. Obviously you don’t want or need business. He isn’t th only one who has been rude you must train management to be rude. 00 plus order I refuse to do business with people who are rude for no reason.

I just wanted your ice tea not a fountain drink and the ice machine has been broke for almost two weeks now.

Went to your store @1010 E 2100 S in Salt Lake City. My first visit to this location. Food was fine as expected since I have been to multiple locations throughout the US(I am in town on business) Problem was the young man who started my order.

I could not clearly understand him and asked for him to repeat 2-3 times(He had Mask on). At this point he would yell and talk to me like a young child. Kept my cool as I was about to go off on this young guy.

This is no way to treat customers. I have been involved with customers in many industries including restaurants for about 40 years. Hi, I happen to be a huge fan of mod pizza but lately we have noticed a huge reduction in the amount of toppings we get especially for the mod size. Is this a corporate decision or is it the employee???

I notice I always get a little more than my husband??? And when he asked for more the guy said that was all he could do. I wish I had taken a picture of it it was very sparse. My husband said he never wants to go back. This makes me sad. What do you think?

I have always liked this brand of pizza. Both children and I love it. But today, the attitude of the staff in the store made me completely change this idea. It disappointed me and my children. m. m. We arrived at the store on time with great expectation, but found that there were a lot of people waiting in the restaurant.

The manager was very rude to my boyfriend and I today. We have been coming to the Kenosha location for years. I have always asked for a clean screen. I have Celiac disease. With doing this I have had no problems eating at the Kenosha location.

Today the woman manager refused to do it. She said it would hold her line up. There was no one, I mean no one behind us. We ended up going to Chick fil A next door and to be honest the difference in the quality and attitude of personnel was noticeable the minute you interact with them.

Your Newcastle location needs some serious supervision. I've been ordering pizzas for few years now. Pizzas are not made to customers satisfaction. I strongly believe your frequent staff turnover is the problem which needs real looking into. We're done with miserable service.
